Use MultiPicture Live Wallpaper:
https://market.android.com/details?...50YW1hbmVnaS53YWxscGFwZXIubXVsdGlwaWN0dXJlIl0.
Does the cropping for you, and allows you to set specific backgrounds for each screen, including the lock screen.

Hey guys, with all the flexibility that Android OS is supposed to have, one restriction that is really aggravating me is the wallpaper size contstraint...
Is there any way to get rid of the wallpaper size restriction? My goal basically is to able to make a wallpaper as wide as the amount of screens I have so that when I go to a different screen it looks like a different wallpaper. To see what i mean, take a wallpaper and use 2 home screens only. When you switch between the two, it loads a half of the wallpaper, so if you made one picture with 2 480x800 pictures, it would look like two seperate wallpapers. What I would like to do is use 3 home screens, and a wallpaper created by using 3 480x800 pictures (1440x800), but whenever I try to set a wallpaper it forces me to crop it to a 960x800 area. Can anyone chime in on if this is at all possible?
Thanks!
I like the idea and would like to know aswell..
I think wallpaper wizardrii works.

OK. It had been a really long time since I used multi live wallpaper.
My goal was to be able to have, on my 3 screens, individual wallpapers that i compiled randomly, and use a wallpaper changer to always have a different wallpaper on each screen. Multilive does that now! Just set it for random, and eveyr hour, all 3 of my screens update with a different wallpaper. All I did was create 480x800 versions of all the wallpapers i was going to randomly combine into large wide wallpapers, throw them all into a folder, and tell multilive wallpaper to pick from there. It's pretty damn sweet. Also, if a wallpaper that I don't want to see at that time comes around double tapping the screen changes them all up again. It's great.

Hi,
I am trying to fit a 1280x960 sized wallpaper on my ADW Launcher screens. no matter what I do, it gets only first half (top) of the image to the screen.
What is wrong with my settings ? How can I set correctly ?

This is a well known issue with ADW. People are getting around it by using a free app called MultiPicture Live Wallpaper. It will not hack up your wallpapers (plus it has some other cool features)....

I managed to get over it by resizing the image to 1280x1280 (adding blackspace to bottom)

Hey guys just wondering if there was a way to get bigger wallpaper selection/crop box on my eee pad.
The tiny box you can use is really annoying as i want a photo as my wallpaper but the box wont let me get the whole photo only a tiny section and its really annoying me. Even "tablet wallpapers" are really zoomed in and you cant see ****.
Thanks in advance

You could use MultiPicture Live Wallpaper where you can set a static wallpaper which wont get resized. Some guys here reported over the forum that it works great but I found it to make my screen transitions when using ADW to be a little stuttering after starting to use it
I can't seem to find a way to set a custom image as the wallpaper without having to crop it to the point that the resolution is incredibly low and it looks terrible. I don't want to make it scrollable, I want a simple 1920x1080 image set as my background just like the default Asus ones. I have seen some users mention PicSpeed HD wallpapers but this is not a viable solution because if the image you want is not in their galleries it won't work. Also I've downloaded the Wallbase app and setting a picture as the wallpaper results in the same cropping as trying to do it manually.
Anyone know how to fix this?
You can install MultiPicture Live Wallpaper. It's what I use and it's excellent. I'd also recommend messing around with the settings in it.

Nice
Reading this thread and dowloading this app may be what prevents me from returning my TF700. Thanks for the tips!
I have been using zedge to get my wallpapers for some time, every now and then I find a really nice wallpaper and when I install it it gets zoomed in as if it's the resolution is to big and the wallpaper gets cut off. Is there any way to make the wallpaper fit entirely on the screen? I have tried to resize the wallpaper with no luck, I am also using nova launcher even though that probably doesn't make a difference.

Supposedly, Wallpapyrus will keep the resolution of your images intact.
Install the app called 'Wallpaper Setter' to solve the issue.
I tried both, and they do keep the resolution intact without croping for the home screen wallpaper but not the lock screen.

This (Wallpapyrus) worked for me on my freshly-upgraded ICS Galaxy S2 LTE. Thanks, chaps!
