Then you don't know the rules apparently.....the two that are themeing my rom asked pwermission to do so due to the fact they are modifying apks taken from my rom ...as is the systemUI used to build these toggles(which I already had built for the next release) didn't dog the op for it just merely said it would be better next time...be courteous. I don't post a thing with the name of another devs name in it without asking first. Its just respectful...have a happy new year..

But on another note, this flash will work other roms. Just do a nandroid back up of your phone before flashing.

I loved the 14 toggles you modded for the infuse.
I tried this on bigfau's Numas based off uckj4.
The status bar forced closed on reboot.
Fix perm or wipe cache/dalvik couldn't fix it.
Questions.
1. Can you mod one for numas?
2. If not, how can I get the old status bar back? Would replacing the system.ui with numas original system.ui fix it?

edit: I took out the modded system.ui and replaced it with numas.ui.
I got the old status bar back. I guess zeus.ui doesn't work with numas.ui
Different system ui from this and Numas...yes you would have to adb push the systemui from numas or make a flashabke zip...but this mod wont work on numas ...it has some Rogers framework like caty

Nope. Some elements in EPM but not the 14 toggles. Not really necessary but it is a nice feature...lol..kinda like sexy lingerie...not necessary...but its a nice feature

It could work on other roms based on UCKL2 firmware, on everything else won't.

I wanted a lighter theme, with transparency, and also really enjoyed the theming from the SGS4G Bionix Frost theme by Team Whiskey.
This theme is based on GingerClone, as well as a port of Bionix Frost, as well as some other random things that looked good to me. I also included my Extended Power Menu edits as well.
Credit to Ayoteddy for Gingerclone, and to Team Whiskey/Dr. Honk for the Bionix Frost theme for the SGS4G.
Requirements:
Rooted Rom
Deodexed Rom (any themed rom is deodexed).
Instructions:
1. reboot into recovery
2. make sure that /system is mounted in the mounts menu
3. flash the theme .zip
4. make sure that /system is mounted again before rebooting
5. enjoy!
Let me know if there are any problems, I'll try my best to help you out.
I have tested this with a fresh installation of Gingerclone, and it worked just fine, so it should work for you.

The menu background being transparent bothered some, so here's a fixed version that uses the stock background that isn't transparent, it's grey instead.

it was intentionally transparent, I'm updating it with a semi-transparent background now though. the issue was that the background to that popup was a .9.png and I didn't want to mess with the draw9patch. I'm just gonna fix it with the kitchen now though, it'll be up shortly.

I know it was intentional but since its a .9 png the background goes bigger then the title bar that's all u can keep it transparent just has to. Redone with draw9

I did all of the theming by hand, but UOT Kitchen was what I was going to use for changing the popup, however it keeps giving me errors. the only reason that title isn't transparent is cause I can't seem to find it's background image.
I'm going to try UOT again to get a transparent popup.
Everything in my theme currently was done by me by hand, if I can get the transparent part working, that will have come from UOT.

Don't have time for transparency, but added a version with the original menu backgrounds, so they are grey and not transparent.

I know which elements to change, the issue is that changing those requires re-adding the .9 patch and I'm too busy right now to add that. it really doesn't matter that much to me, maybe if I get bored or find more time i'll look into it.

For some odd reason I flashed the zip and double checked that I had the system mounted before and after the flash and got absolutely nothing. Does the sdcard need to be mounted as well?

It's not supposed to, it hasn't been ported to KG2 yet.
EDIT: I'm not sure what you're talking about Revolution, but it works just fine on KG2, it just needs to be deodexed, which I had in the OP.
i have pulled all these pngs from many, many ics themes to make my own for the stock roms who don really want to flash a custom rom.
Toggles include reboot, download and recovery for those on stock that dont have an extended power menu, one flash and now you do..
Instructions:
Place zip on sd card
wipe cache and dalvik cache
fix permissions
flash theme
reboot
this is intended for non-themed stock roms, if you flash over any of the themed roms you will probably have issues. I am just giving love to the ones who like the stock functionality but want a little ICS eye candy, and handy toggles. Youve been warned! just in case any of you were thinking of trying this out on custom rom regardless of instructions, I already tried on Infused 2.3 and it gives bootloop after flash. =/
Edit: Also will let you know that this will result in needing to reflash back to stock then to the custom rom you had before. So dont try it if you havent backed anything up. I only did this because I was already backed up and was planning on flashing back to Froyo anyways. So i just took a chance on it. Now flashing Infused 1.6 as we speak.
Infuse 2.3 is not even close to UCKK1, 2, 4 or UCKL2....that's why I specifically clarified that in op...so this question wouldn't arise...but yet it did anyway....go figure

The reason I put it in the op is so these questions wouldn't be asked..period...but people don't listen...I wasn't being hateful...but I post as much in the op so people wont ask a question they know the answer too....anyone who reads the op should automatically know that it wont work with infused rom...so the question or comment should have never been posted. That's why I commented...I don't know how much more clearer I can make the op be...but I will edit the op with a list of roms this is compatible with so this does not come up again.

I think you are misunderstanding me. I was just trying to tell you that he wasnt even asking a question. he read the op and knew that the theme wasnt designed for infused, but he tried it out to see if it could possibly work and then posted to let everyone else know not to try it.

Would it be possible for you to maybe ppost links to individual apks that might work (albeit in a standalone method) with Infused 1.6 (Froyo)? or any custom rom for that matter. Such as links to the dialer apk, boot animation, etc. Maybe the thread could just be turned into a repository for such links along with your project. It just seems useless to post something that can only be installed on stock devices considering that probably most people on these threads have a custom rom on their infuse. Dont mean to be rude or anything either at all. Thanks though!

Yep...most people do run custom Rome that are fully themed...but there are a few that do run stock rooted roms and are happy that way....this is for them...they need some love too...this ain't Burger king...

Hey guys, just thought I would post the 14 toggle mod I put together for CatyRom 2.1. I am also using the ICS_CatyRom_Theme5.zip from dman's post here
I followed lidroid's guide from here in order to make this mod. As always, apply at your own risk but I have been running it for a couple days with no problems so far.
To Apply:
1. Flash CatyRom_14Toggles.zip in CMW
2. To customize toggles, open Quickpanel Settings app in app drawer
Thanks to dman for allowing me to post this and making a great rom and lidroid for the mod. Also, to trip007in for the icons.

Yeah sorry I will. Just was following the thread how lidroid did it but I can see how that isn't everyone's cup of tea.
Also, I screwed up on the original lidroid-res.apk and put in the wrong one. I updated it now so it should be like the one in the screenshots. Sorry for that, I had way too many windows open and uploaded the old file. Sorry all, thought I double checked it.

Well I just figured out how to deodex and bit the bullet to make a completely stock FC09 ROM for those on MTD that do not want to Odin just to try it out. Other than sticking Shadowkernel and busybox in, this is completely stock, Sprint ID, Signal Optimizer, everything but Asphalt and HD Game Demos. I will make a seperate zip if requested for those.

Superuser is tough to getr rid of. Muyoso found that it is actually reinstalling itself upon reboot after deletion. Thanks to him for pointing it out in his efforts to get back to stock. He tore through the scripts deleting all instances of su. PM Muyoso if you need help with this.

It's actually all ready for a theme and a boot ani. I didn't expect to see the flashing ANDROID when booting. I had trouble connecting to my wifi router but that POS always gives me issues. It is all stock files so if anything is broken it is Samsung's fault...LOL.
Now I just need help from a DEV to learn where everything is that needs editing, like how to insert the hotspot hack, remove battery full popup, and all the other goodies we love.
To silence battery full beep for now use root explorer or ES File explorer and push this to system\media\audio\ui

LOL...important safety tip...don't flash an EL30 theme on this! Stuck at Samsung. Reflash brought everything back including data which is pretty cool.

Hey guys. For those that dont know, my Real Icon theme has been found to be compatible with all ICS Touch Wiz roms so far since it uses the villian themer as opposed to full apks. I have confirmed it works well on Scott's clean rom. I havent made a separate folder yet on my ftp site but the one for synergy rom and beans rom are identical, just grab one and install it. Here is a basic link into my site...

I thought about it but past experience has shown me that I get a lot less traffic on generic posts rather than ones that say specifically for a rom they are running. Not sure if people just think "hey, probably doesnt apply here" or what but when they see "this is for clean rom" etc they tend to download it more. I also struggle with putting the date on the post. I like to do it so people know there is a new release but as the thread ages, i get much less traffic because people just think it isnt applicable any more. Am I babbling?
This does not work well on CleanROM if you have installed Kinda Crap mods or other mods that affect the icons in the notification bar.

Most modders will tell you dont mix and match. With that said you could equally say the mods dont work well with my theme. As long as you dont suggest i am breaking stuff then we are good.

No, I'm not saying that. What I meant (and meant to say) was that this doesn't work if you've flashed other mods before it. Speaking of which, if I wanted to run this mod but had already flashed another one, how do I get rid of the other one?

I think if you just dirty flash cleanrom over the top after wiping cache and dalvik you should get rid of the old mod

Ok so I found that as long as I flash this mod first, I can flash Kinda Crap mods over it and I can keep the Real Icons icons for Messaging and Calendar and all the in-app icons as well, only the Notification Bar icons are replaced by Kinda Crap, which is fine with me. However, I lose call recording that's enabled by Dirty Tweaks. If I try to flash Dirty Tweaks over top of Real Icons like I did with Kinda Crap, the phone won't boot and I have to restore from backup or re-flash the ROM which wipes out all the mods anyway. Is there any build of Real Icons that won't affect the phone app so that I can keep call recording? Thanks!
Will this Theme work on the Leaked HD Rom?
Yes it works here look at my Wi-Fi, battery, and signal all change. I'm on clean Rom 2.1.with the vrlhd update

It appears that you've only flashed the radio portion of the VRLAHD Rom on your phone. I'm running the same thing. I was wondering if it works when you install the Full HD Rom, not just the HD radio.
