EXT SD card not working

My phone works perfectly but when i go to CWM and tap on INSTALL FROM SD CARD.It shows NO FILES.
Iam using DDKP3,UC-9 i swapped my int sd and ext sd by replace method.
I had the same problem in XDA BAM KER,I changed the KER to UC-9.But still the problem exists.
THX in ADVANCE FOR THE FIX.

Try swapping in cards bavk to stock and flash the kernel again! And u must have a zip file so that recovery can recognize it!!

I dont have the original swap file of XXKP3.If u have it plz provide it.

[Q] Fit -Probleem!

Hi guys, i had alot of cm's, since i got my galaxy fit, and couple of days ago i was runing on cm 7.2 rc 5.3 , and i was instaling games, dead space,plants vs. zombies, gta, and soon i run out of space, that was really weird, bcs i had apps2sd script and paritioned sd card and that stuf, so i acidently clicked on move to sd option in manage aplications, and i know i read somewhere that i must not click on that, so problem started i coludnt instal anything, whatever i try to instal my phone mini restarts, just show android logo and go to dekstop, so i flashed it with cm 7.2 rc 5.7 with patch, and unpartitioned sd-card and deleted all data and stuff, and i try instaling no frills but i got same problem, im up all day tourturing my self with this phone can any1 help me pls? Sorry for long post didnt know how to explain it short . .

nvm i did a full wipe, with system wipe and all possible wipes, and now it works flawlessly . .

ouch..
you must wipe data and wipe cache first..
then reebot your phone..
back to cwm
mount data
mount system
then install a2sd script..
and install apk a2sd
press thank if i helped you

Ran into a problem installing JB rom EOS

Hello guys
I am new to the rooting scene and I ran into a little problem. I followed an instruction online to root my tablet (TF101) and got Rom Manager to work. I also flashed ClockworkMod by using the rom manager. I am trying to flash my rom into the Jelly Bean from EOS http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1782410. I did a full back up of my stock rom and ready to install the new rom. I put the downloaded file (from the link I put) into the root folder of the main SD. But when I try to install the rom from rom management, my tablet just reboots and nothing is installed. I really have no idea where to go from here. Please help !

I got it to install but now I am stuck at the boot screen! What now?

You have soft bricked the tablet...
Can you access CWM ?
then download the latest build of team eos (build 63)... create a folder in your external MMC and save it in there
Go to recovery/cwm and format factory settings/data, wipe cache wipe dalvik cache
Now install the ROM by navigating to the folder where you have saved the zip file and selecting it...

I had that issue a while ago...cwm recovery doesn't play that nicely with the tf101...I had to get team rogues specially altered cwm and hey presto, back in the game!

U just soft bricked your tablet... as long as you can access your recovery you should be OK... format your external mmc and then copy the latest version of eos and place it back into tablet... now wipe everything and flash it again you should be OK.. doesn't work then wipe and use AOSP JB... you will get it to work don't worry...

When you say mmc, are you talking about the micro SD card? I have been installing from the internal SD. Do you think that could have caused the problem? Also when you say format, do u mean delete everything and place the JB zip file directly into the micro SD?

Problem fixed. I just followed this guide and got a new CWM and that seems to work great

[Q] a2sd help

i have miui v3 installed and preloaded a2sdgui but don't know how to use it ? please anybody explain it how it works? how can I install application on sd ext ?

dude a2sdgui is not that good..
You can use S2E , it far better than a2sd.:good:
Use any root explorer delete the apk of a2sdgui from system/app and install the S2E apk normally..
search the apk in themes section uploaded by pavel also flash the patch given by him(all instructions given there)

As Rohit02 said it's not that good dude..install either S2E or link2sd. S2E is better but didn't work 4 me.I'm using link2sd.get it here:

If you installed script for A2SD, then you need to re-install the ROM.
In CWM go on Wipe Data/Reset, Wipe Cashe Partition and in Advanced go on Wipe Dalvik Cashe.
It do before and after flash ROM.
Some of these applications: A2SD, S2E and Link2SD working on some ROMs, and some do not. So, it depends on which ROM you installed.
I've installed CM 10.1. On CM 10.1 Link2SD works fine, and S2E for Android 4.2 works fine on CM 10.1. A2SD don't works on CM 10.1.

[Q] Pico no rom is working

i flashed pico with sense4 build7 but the roms does not works then i try to flash another rom but no rom is working the recovery is working and i am getting this error in recovery E:error in /cache/recovery/log(no space left on device) please help

it does not work i think i burned my nand i read cute price thread but it requires to move some files in root directory and i am not getting in to the phone

Flash twrp recovery and in advance setting you will find file manager
Use it to copy aur move files
Or try using format everything and flashing new rom

Thanks for your reply i already wiped and formated everything but it did not work i need to move a folder to system/xbin and to set permission to 755 to recover burnt nand but how can i set permission in twrp recovery?and how to enable root aceess for both Apps and ADB again thanks for your help
