This application is built to enhance the photo quality stored in the Android contact. Android system only supports contact photo in the resolution of 200 x 200. It is not good enough to be displayed in full screen when users are using add-in incoming call screens such as Answer Calls by Gesture (ACG).
HDC can capture high quality photo from the phone camera or existing image files in your device. As usual, you are able to crop the photo before setting to the contact. The photo resolution is chosen for you automatically according to your device. No worry on wasting storage spaces on over-high quality image.

Approaching 200 downloads just after initial released for 1.5 days. Give it a try. Just have it updated. Now users can choose half screen resolution for their entry level devices. Better performance to use with Answer Call by Gesture (ACG).

Hi,
i would like to have more frames per secund for videos, or another options for better video quality. Bacause i would like to make screenshots from videos this the pc, but there are all bad
an example:

"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
you can change fps in registry:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\Recparam\
in every folder there is value "FrameRate" default set to 15, try change it higher.
don't know if its actually changing something...tell if you see any difference.

You want a proper camera, not a phone! Seriously, though, the frame rate of the TD2 is not fixed at 15fps, it varies depending on the light level up to a maximum of about 18-19fps. I doubt you'll be able to make it go higher even by "hacking" the registry because of the limits of processing power available.
In any case, the blurring in the pictures is typical of stills of moving objects shot with the video mode of most pocket cameras, it's not the TD2 which is at fault. A lot will depend on the light level, movement will be "frozen" best in direct sunlight.
Sorry, posted twice because xda so slooowwww...
No seriously, you need to get a proper camera, smart phones by their nature are jack of all trades master of none
I remember many posts I've read in the past wishing that someone could develop a camera app with an incremental manual focus feature, that gave an on screen bar that you'd move to control the focus. No one found a solution after toying with existing camera apks. After playing with the LG G2, I've found that the camera app has that feature.
If anyone more proficient at app development could create an apk usable for other android phones based off of the LG G2, I would be MOST appreciative; I also believe many people in this community would be grateful as well, as that's such an underrated feature for a camera. :cyclops:

Hopefully this info gives someone what they need to create one!
Most cameras only support autofocus and it is handled by the system not app itself.
You can touch where to focus/set focus at macro or infinity. The slider in that app allows as much only.. macro >auto/touch>infinity.
There are a few other modes but none provide any precise control over focus.
P.S. I could be wrong, you can check out Camera.Parameters for more info.

Hi everyone,
Have you ever seen a screenshot of a Computer, but captured with a smartphone camera? Do you hate them as much as I do? Well now I got a simple but efficient solution for this problem.
Introducing DeskShot:
DeskShot allows you to create a Screenshot of your computer with your smartphone with the press of a button. All it needs is a small java program running on your computer and thats it. At the moment you can only capture your primary screen and only the whole screen but I'm going to add a way to capture only a portion of a screen.
The App is in a beta state right now. To install it either download it from the attachments section below or join the Google+ Community (plus.google.com/communities/109206966394527976430) and register as a tester to get automatic updates.
The backend requires Java 7 or higher to run and can be downloaded from the attachments. It defaults to port 2555 but I will add configuration options soon.
I would like to hear whether the app is working for you too and I would love to hear feature requests or improvements in the UX.

Good day Sirs
I would just like to ask if there are any of you guys that has encountered this issue/bug on s8+'s back camera using Pro mode and high shutter speed settings (as you move the shutter speed to high)
the issue usually presents itself when I go to Pro mode and use high shutter speed settings which is 1/500 and up and usually indoors
got to test this on two demo units and only 1 also has this
could you any of you guys post your images with the said settings or if you guys had it replicated...
the issue/bug is already right there at the preview screen
so what you see on my images is also what i see on my screen... the only difference is the dark lines are moving sideways on the preview screen
please help me on this Sirs
will bring my unit at the service center this weekend
btw, I have the S8+ exynos version

Download: Adobe Photoshop Camera (preview) for Android is now live!
Please download, install & feedback what you guys think about it with sample photos etc.
I installed on Samsung Note 8 working for now haven't hit any crashes yet.
Will upload samples when I done shooting with the app.
Crashes after taking a photo on my Xiaomi Mi Max 3 with Miui 10.3.5 (Pie).
But the most frustrating thing is that, except for the filters and so, the options are extremely poor: only 2 picture sizes, no panorama, no ... Nothing.
I am going to uninstall it.
It is preview, I do not expect it to work or work well.
See where it goes.
Installed and works on Xperia 1 Android 10 but no gallery? There is no option to choose storage?
I don't know where it stores the pictures, the share button works though.
Kind of cool but the edge detection needs work. I imagine stability and storage options would improve with device specific inclusions.
