Wow, that was fast. Works as expected now.

Yeah the first cool android Bluetooth multiplayer game, I wish that there are more bt mp games for android.

Excellent gameplay (good bluetooth and interesting Angry Mode), cool controls. In addition, free game. It will be a hit.

First time on the computer desktop I used to play this game .. i loved.. thanks
Sent from my GT-S5570

We're glad you like it . There were some updates recently, so here are some explainations on fixes that were made:
UPDATE 1.2:
- fixed lowering of texts and ball indicator, when add is displayed, for various screen dpi
- fixed hints display in menu (didn't show sometimes)
- bt devices list is fixed now for long names
- after installing the game OpenFeint is now disabled by default (in order to enable it, check "Use OpenFeint" in options menu)
- fixed some graphics (hints' pointers were not suited to text length)
UPDATE 1.3:
- bt devices list is fixed (non-ascii chars are replaced with '?' now until we find better solution)
Also we are modifying steering and adding new one right now as some users requested. So if everything will go ok, in matter of day or two you should be able to experience the gameplay in the way that fits you best. Stay tuned!

Nice game, it remembers me old memories of the PC version

And here comes another update. It brings few fixes and some new features. Details below.
UPDATE 1.5:
- added steering with arrows (buttons)
- slider steering has been modified, so now you can jump using button on the opposite side of screen
- now, apart from choosing player side, you can choose side on which you want to have steering (applies to slider and arrows)
- other minor changes not worth mentioning

Hi great game!
Would it be possible to add the option to play it over internet and bluetooth?

I was waiting for this game! It is the first volleyball game wich have some great gameplay and realistic phisics. Good job!

Well it's possible to play over Bluetooth now actually . And speaking of Wi-fi, we're working on this now, so it should be available soon (I don't want to specify date, as it might be quite inaccurate).

looks like a good one, installing

Its me again.
I would make a translation for german, if you send me the strings to translate.

Is this the Bobby Volley version like on the PC?
Oh, I missed it so!
Thank you!

That would be great . Sadly at the moment our game engine doesn't support localization. We will most likely implement it in nearest future, so we might use your help now and apply translation when we will be ready. Just please give me a day or two so I can gather texts that will need to be localized.

It's nice to hear. And yes, it's similar to the PC version of blobby, but since we've written it from scratch instead of rewriting code, it's suited to android devices in 100%. Also, if you ever played multiplayer on pc version, you probably remember that on client side it was rather unplayable . In our game you'll notice that multiplayer works smooth for both client and server (even on wifi, it's not released yet, but so far tests are successful, so we should merge it in few days).

[Game] Memory Owl HD (update 12th June - new levels)

Version 1.61. On the Market:
https://market.android.com/details?id=magory.memoryowlhd
It's a fun game not only for children:
- you have to find pairs of matching pictures like in memory game,
- there is raising water level (tiles can drown),
- there is physics at works,
- there are birds and fish that can interact with the tiles making it harder,
- on some levels tiles change places,
- some levels have layers, you can also catch stars to make more points,
Actual version is first market release - I hope I won't get a waterfall of bug reports.
It requires OpenGL ES 2.
Credits: most tile pictures are public domain art from openclipart.org, all the rest is by me. I used libgdx with box2d for the physics.
Known bugs: nothing right now, I hope it will stay that way.
It was tested on children and adults.
Changelog:
1.55
- Earth episode now has 19 levels with carnivorous plant and mole
1.50
- Fix for awful bug in reloading levels - sorry about that!
- First 6 levels of new Earth episode with completely new gameplay - you have to move the tiles so they touch!
1.33
- Ice episode has 28 levels now,
- many fixes for older phones (crash on 2.1 is fixed now)
1.25
- 14 level of Ice episode
- Classic levels for those who want more traditional memory game
1.20
- 7 levels of Ice episode,
- new music and graphics for Ice episode,
- some new sound effects,
- revised graphics (mostly new buttons)
1.15 (beta)
- first test levels for Ice episode
1.14 (or sth like that)
- many fixes
- important ad placement fix
1.07 (first Market release)
- minor changes to levels (making them easier),
- some fixes to water and optimisations,
1.04 beta
- many improvements and optimisations for phones
- easier levels (still some might be too hard),
- on easy difficulty setting and in phone version (you can switch in options if your device was wrongly detected) design of some levels is simpler (small tiles were hard to hit on a phone screen),
- massive speed boost on levels with multiple layers of tiles,
- better stability.
1.03 beta
- new levels (many will probably be changed before final release - please write here if some is too hard or to easy),
- difficulty setting (easy, normal, hard), easy should be OK for small children, hard is probably too hard right now
- more pictures,
- optimalisations for phones and slower tablets (you can now select quality - very low, low and normal is for phones, high and HD is for tablets - but HD will work on high end phones too in most cases),
- ads on phones are hidden during play,
- there are lives now on some levels (on all if you select easy mode),
- many more small and big changes.
Hm, no responses? Has anyone tried it? Does it work for you? Is it good or bad? Do you like it?
Graphically it is very clean and fluid.
There's nice touches and twists like the small blue bird who sits waiting to drag a tile out of the water and the changing tiles make it more interesting.
If pitched against a normal tile matching game conceptually this one would win hands down.
My only issue is even I found it difficult later on. Speed and accuracy was killing it for me.
Considering I had downloaded this for my 4yr old Granddaughter, as brainy as she is I'm sure she would have soon become frustrated in not being able to complete the level.
She's coming over tomorrow and I had intended to let her try it out before commenting.
I'll try and get back later in the week.

Thanks. The levels are mostly test levels (to test all the options) - I will make first batch easier and make it harder in later levels.
From a 'younger' point of view, that would certainly make it better.
Young minds soon lose interest after the first five minutes and the trick is to keep them attentive and wanting more.
By making that first batch easier will certainly help.
I know she will love the graphics and the different game play will test her... Just slow it down a bit and I think it's a winner.
I like this game already...for little kid, I think making it easier is a good idea. if you are aiming for all ages group, can you possibly make an easy mode for children and a challenge mode for adult? Or something like that. Cause if it too easy I'll get bored and if it too hard my kid will get bored lol. Hope that help.
Sent from my Transformer TF101 using xda premium
Thanks! This looks great...I'll try it and give some feedback soon.
On the evo 4g... Framerate is smooth at title and options menu. From the level menu on it becomes slow and slightly choppy. Hope this helps.
Evo 4g
HW version 0004
Thanks. That is really helpful. I'm fighting the speed problems right now - something strange is going on in the select level screen (not much graphics is shown and even Tegra 2 can't generate 50fps - it drops to 44). I'll let you know when new version will be available for testing (the optimisations are a priority now, then I'll design levels). I will also add easy/normal/hard difficulty switcher.

Okay... Bookmarked for when you next post.
Very good game
Tested today with my 2 sons - 5 and 7 years old.
The game is pretty good and very origina.
Very smooth on asus tansformer, very nice graphics, and indeed difficulty is high but ok even for my son of 5 years old.
We finished the 8 levels... and are waiting to get the next ones ;-)
I posted a new version in the first post:

Changelog:

Thanks for testing.
Some levels are still to hard - I will be fixing them soon (especially 16, 17, 20 ... 26).
Will get my granddaughter to test this out this weekend.
I hope it was not too hard for your granddaughter - I fixed some levels and it should be easier know (but still - I may simplify them a little more), especially on easy setting and on phones.
http://a.wieza.iq.pl/media/MemoryOwlHD.apk - here is 1.04 beta version.
Next version will probably be on the Market.
It was tested on LG GT540 and Asus Transformer.

Apologies, I forgot to come back and let you know.
Yes, she found it easier and much better.
After I persuaded her not to worry this time about water levels she soon took to the game.
Unfortunately we didn't get enough time to have a good run at the game so this will be done on her next visit this week.
I'll download the new version and see how it compares.
Thanks again... Will let you know.
Rly good game . Keep going Works fine on Asus transformer 3.2 and Xoom 3.1. Nica idea with "moving" blocks
Maybe you should add to game a normal mode memory game ofc with all yours ideas like moving blocks etc? Why? Becouse this is good game and when I end the game ...it would be nice to play it sometimes in normal memory mode for example with 100 cards. In this mode the list of high scores should be added (best score+best time), maybe in future list of best world results like in game "1 to 50"?
Sorry for my english

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll definitly make most of this in the future. I had already the "normal mode" on my list of things to do.
I published the game on the Market today. I hope I won't get flooded with one-star reviews and bug reports. Thanks everyone for testing, you were great!
I also have plans for next episodes:
- Ice: more logical than arcade, penguins eating tiles (yeah and spitting it out with force if you don't find the pair for it in three moves ) and snow owls stealing them,
- Classic - as mibo666 suggested
I also plan on making a new game Baby Owl - very similar but with levels designed for children and education (for example: finding pairs of similar things like nail and hammer or round objects, or letters).
First of all, great job with this. Using on transformer. My 3 yr old son had no trouble with the first two levels. One problem I noticed, the app does not show up in the list of my apps in the market. (Currently can't uninstall.) Any way to fix this?
Also, are you going to release an add free version? I usually don't let my son play with apps that have ads, would prefer to pay for ad-free.

[GAME][2.2+][FREE] Heriswap - sweet puzzle game

Hello guys,
Soupe au caillou (means "Stone Soup" in english) is a french team of development. Our goal is to make quality games because there is a lack on android.
So our first game is called Heriswap, available on the store in english or french. It's a match3 game in which sound track and graphics are polished up.
Everyone can play it, including children or cats and at the same time hardcore player can play&compare each other with Openfeint !
Let me know if you have any questions, tips or feelings about it .
For developers : the sources are under GPL3 license so you can download them on our website !
Actually sweet
I tried your game, and I must congratulate you on your choices of colors and simple/beautiful and clean graphics. Music too is really pleasing on ears.
Here are a few suggestions that I have:
- When I get stuck I should be shown a hint. Because sometimes you know just cant find the pattern and thus game becomes slow.
- There should be some powers like special leafs etc and/or when we collect 4 or 5 together.
Maybe I should give it a try lol.
simple match3
not the best match 3 game and not so interesting but rather simple and cute

Hello, we made our probably last update for Heriswap yesterday !
We added a "highlighter" at the end of the game which is showing one remaining combination.
Fixed bugs on restore (it shouldn't bug anymore including ICS).
Optimizing some things.
We are now working around our next game, but let me know your feedbacks for a potential update perhaps !
Hello!
The last update took a little (big) more time to end up, but here it is : final version of heriswap (excepts bug corrections) is there!
We added a hint when you get stuck (vihag we listened to you ), plus one more gamemode and an intermediate difficulty.
Enjoy it!

[GAME][2.2+] iTavli - Three backgammon like games 3.2

Hi everyone,
I am really excited to announce my application "iTavli - Three backgammon like games", which is a board game. If you are familiar with the backgammon game, you will love the other two games: blockgammon (or plakoto) and narde (or fevga).
The difference between these two games and the backgammon game, is that in the blockgammon game you block your opponent's single checker when you land on it, and in the narde game you can land your checkers in open or friendly occupied places.
This app runs on Android devices running OS 2.2 and higher, is free of charge and you can download it at Google Play
Version 3.0 was released yesterday, with the following new features:
- New UI for tablets
- Minor enhancements in the UI for smartphones
- A player can resign an online game
As with the iOS version, all games are free of charge, but with ads. Currently, you can not purchase the extra games (i.e., the Plakoto (or blockgammon) and the Fevga (or narde) game), but we plan to add this feature soon
Please, do not hesitate to contact me for any question that you may have
Thank you,
Vasilis
Very nice. Here is a link to the app at play store. iTavli
Hello everyone,
Version 3.1 is ready for download, with the following new features:
Use virtual coins to rent and play a game without ads.
Use virtual coins to bet during an online game
Several reported bugs/issues are fixed
I am looking forward to your suggestions
Thank you
Very nice
Version 3.2 is ready for download
The iTavli application is integrated with the Facebook, and you can now invite your online FB friends to play a game.
Your friends are sorted alphabetically, and you can invite those who have installed the Facebook on their iOS or Android device.
Finally, this version has some minor changes in the UI, which should make the application more responsive
Enjoy the game
Good engine.
Very nice, a lot nicer than others tavli/backgammon apps.
I would loved to see though:
-quicker roll dice and moves
-combined moves
that way a game would be much quicker as the real one!

Hi, thank you for your feedback.
With regards to the quicker roll dice and moves, did you check the option in the Settings screen?
What do you mean by "combined moves"?
We identified an issue with one of our ad network providers. We disabled that network, and the game should run again smoothly.
Furthermore we received some crash reports from various users, and we released version 3.2.1 which should fix this problem

By combined moves I mean when I have a roll dice, let's say 5 and 6, I would like to have in the options not only the move of a 5 or 6, but also the straight 11 so I don't have to click twice, first ie. click 5 and then click 6.
No biggie, just a suggestion!

xm, Depending on the dice and the selected checker, when you tap on a checker you will see 3 possible moves. Namely, if you roll a 5 and 6, and you tap on the checker which is at the beginning (this applies to all three games) of the board, you xan move that checker to three positions: 1) one which is 5 blocks away, 2) one which is 6 blocks away, and 3) one which 11 blocks away. Is this what you are describing?
Also, did you manage to change the speed of rolling the dice and moving the checkers in the Settings screen?
Ok, I didn't write that good enough last time. I mean, when you are playing "portes" and you have a checker out, when you have the options you can only do the first two, inside the first 6 block. In case you want to make a combined move (placed in and move) you have to click two times. Like I said before is not biggie but makes the game faster, that's all...
For your second question, I honestly can't find where settings are??

oh, yes, this is definitely a nice and useful feature. It is one of the things that I would like to add, but it needs a lot of testing, as you may remove a chip that you are not allowed to.
If you have a tablet, then you simply click on the "Settings" button
If you have a smartphone, then you scroll the screen to left. If you scroll it to right you will see the players who are currently online, and if you scroll even more to the right, you will see some online statistics.
Man, i'm sorry, I really didn't know that I should scroll... Now, I've got it! Cool speed, ok! But perhaps an indication to slide on screen could be helpful.
Great work, thanks!

[GAME][4.0+] Luna Signal

Hi guys,
I am happy to inform you about Android game "Luna Signal" I recently published on Play Store. It is "old school", retro style 2D arcade. I was a single developer working on it for a long time using just pure Java (without any frameworks). I would like to hear your opinion about the game.

Well done - Its a big accomplishment developing a game as a single developer. First of, it was a bit confusing being presented with the settings menu as the first thing when opening the game. First off, you should really consider making the inputs/control into a digital joystick, the arrow controls are quite tedious and in many situation frustrating. Also the training level seems very long and has no checkpoints, so I had to start from the very beginning whenever I died. After 2 tries I quited the game, since I lost my motivation. The game is well optimized, very small build size and has some potential in gameplay. With some small changes, you could make it 5 times better imo.
Congratulations with your release & good luck

Thank you very much TeamAlimote for verbose feedback. I put your comments in TODO list for next update. Regarding checkpoints, you have Quick save/load option when you pause game. It should be very helpful to avoid start game from beginning every time
Also there is button "+" in pause menu where you can increase energy or ammo. You just need to watch rewarded video (instead to buy it through in-app purchase). Please let me know if those options are helpful.
No problem.. Nice with the save/load feature! I completely missed that, and think most new players will do so. Maybe you can give a small introduction to the save system just before the training level - Or maybe have forced auto saves on certain progression points
