[REQ] Crime City

In flashing multiple different roms I have had to start over my game of Crime City time after time after time. I'm wondering if anyone knows a better way around keeping my game. I won't spend a dime on it, but I'm getting tired of starting from scratch and not being active trying to help other people.
In short I have tried the transfer but it never works. Does anyone know how to keep the game local so I do not lose my stats and level.

I haven't with this particular game, but all the others always work.

It always takes me to Alex's hood (essentially the default game). :-(. Thanks for the idea though.

It is a network based game they keep the data on their servers in have the same issue with kingdoms at war every time I flash. Just email the devs of the game, make up a story about an update that att pushed and you lost your data and would like it restored to your device. It works for me so essentially it should for you too

Anybody have a spare digitizer? I'd like to trade!

Hey guys I know this may be the wrong place to post this, so don't flame me too bad. But I picked up a digitizer cracked g2x for 90 last week and was wondering if anyone one had a spare digitizer with tools to trade me for my cracked Motorola defy.

How many games do you have, i just bought a digitizer to repair my aunts g2x. I might just buy the digitizer again and trade for the games and give those as gifts.

Ohh yeah I meant the tools as well. How's the g2x so far, have u tried any roms?
Btw if I decide to do this trade let's have a thread in the marketplace. Not saying now though and I have no feedback so I'll have to ship first.

shall do my friend! Have had it for about 6-7 hours now and I love it. Display is fantastic (despite the digitizer haha) but phone won't make a sound or vibrate when text is received.. vibration and sound work everywhere else though. Even as I type. Rom wise I'm on eagles blood ics aosp right now and works fantastic. Came from cm9 though. Like eagles blood. How do you wipe the internal SD, without a computer, if possible?

Vibration might just be because of an app u downloaded. Some apps take control over that like some music apps and mms apps, Or you have to enable it in the messaging app settings. Also I'm no expert but can't u just delete everything with a file explorer? I just wiped everything recently so I can try again.
Edit: I think the internal SD is under mnt, emmc, so u can delete everything with a file manager. Someone nor knowledgeable should help you out with that. Btw, if u wanna see this phone fly, run Hellfire Phoenix

Yeah it is weird, on stock roms it recognizes the internal as the SD card.

I have dual boot on my laptop. I have to restart to boot into ubuntu though, his question seems more like, can you store two os in ram and switch between them. That would be sweet. Especially now that I know about that swapper program that lets you built a virtual ram partion on your ultra class 10 32gig sd : )

This works great on computers but on devices it would be kind of pointless not to mention the amount of memory you would need...still seems cool but I can't imagine the benefits...

Help me out guys?

Windxixi has released the zImage file for our new GB. Now I know it's a small piece to the rest of this, but what can I do with this for now? I wann keep myself occupied and stop thinking about my breakup. Although...I don't want to mess something up and brick this phone. I gave my Optimus to my ex.

Well, PM one. Maybe they'll do something.
I still love tracking the limited development we have on this phone. I'm using a Nexus 4 as my daily driver, but still swap into the Sidekick as there are still somethings like typing and swapping between apps that it does better in some cases (like trips to the grocery store). Here's hoping our new GB ROM works out well.

Sgs2 skyrocket partition resize?

I've looked all the way back to 2010 for a answer to this and to no avail....is there anyway to extend the internal storage for apps from 2gb to all the internal storage? Sorry if its a dumb question but it seams so simple with a Odin .pit file

Never hit the limit. I don't play a lot of games on this ancient device though either. I have emulators on here for n64, psx, and gba but almost never bother. I have my Xbox for that. Productivity apps don't use that much space.

exactly how many apps do u want or need to install, how big are the apps are u trying to install

Its not my device but a friends, its to hold him off till his upgrade is upgrade is up and he is a heavy user and has lots of various games and apps and the 2gb limit cripples him.

The hardware cripples any decent games too lol so even if you changed the partitions it won't keep up.
If you want to try and change them, by all means feel free but I don't know many here wanting to risk it. Talk to team rookie someone there may be able to help.
