Me and @theos0o have managed to get Milk Music working in devices without the need of having root and modifying the build.prop.This app could not be possible without his help! Enjoy!
EDIT: sorry for the lack of updates, but if Milk music isn't working in your country use a vpn and use it as you would be using it in the
U.S
Edit #2:You cannot listen to explicit content unless you have a samsung acccount. Samsung account apk here: h t t p ://d-h.st/ix0
First download the apk file and then install.Upon installation it should do nothing.
2.Download and install Milk Music if you have not already and open the app. *if it crashes at first its normal
3.Once you are in the Milk music app, press the drawer icon on the top right corner and press on settings.Press to create a Samsung account and the Samsung account application you installed earlier should open allowing you to create an account.Once you have made the account you can toggle the explicit content to "on"
Hope this helped.

Nice, its working on my nexus 10
Works on my LG-G2

Works great, but Lookout is flagging it as "riskware" due to all the permissions it requires. What's up with that?

Anyone have a mirror. The xda link isn't working for me
Does not work don't bother.
App works on Alcatel idol 2 mini, but isn't in my country. Is there a solution for that problem?
Thanks.
Works perfect. Thank you. Been looking for this since the days it first came out. Someone had uploaded it just like this with no build.prop edit and all.. Thanks. ?

It works!
Device: Motorola Xt926.
Found 1 issue so far, cannot allow explicit content, force close on sign in to verify age. Not a big deal.
Edit: NVM, problem is due to not having a Samsung device and account, DUH!
Edit #2: to get sign in and explicit content working:
1 download the Samsung account apk mentioned here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=51600563
2 install
3 go to settings>accounts>add account>Samsung, create an account (or sign in if you have one)
3a. Check your email and verify account
4 launch Milk after creating account
Step 5+6 are important! (I couldn't turn on explicit until I did this):
5 in milk menu pane, settings>account details>profile>enter password>confirm
6 back out of profile settings
7 tick the explicit checkbox
8 enjoy.

Not sure, I scanned it with Dr.webb antivirus, but didn't detect anything. No one has seemed to have a problem with it,but the good thing is you can always uninstall
Confirmed!
It works on my Note 2 (ATT) running Dirty Unicorns. I couldn't get any of the other APKs to work even the one from the Galaxy Apps store.
It installed on my (original) 2012 Nexus 7, too!
It works well for me. Thanks.

This is great, thanks so much!
As an aside, has anyone seen a way to get the new "Milk VIDEO" app onto non-Samsung devices? Via an Xposed mod or patch? Even a source for the APK itself would be nice:

Yes, I'm aware. This very thread also has a patched APK of Milk Audio so rooting and Xposed/Chocolate Milk isn't required.
But that's for Milk AUDIO, and my question was about (the new) Milk VIDEO.
And I have since found a source for a patched APK of Milk Video, no tinkering required to get it installed on non-Samsung devices.
Here's the link from the comments on this article.

Thanks very much for this. I note that your patched APK is version 1.0.176956 though. There at least one newer version floating around, 1.0.179553. I'm rooted and that newer version is supposed to be compatible with the Chocolate Milk Xposed tweak. I've tried to sideload that version however, and installation fails every time.
I also note that the actual, current version on the Play Store is 1.4.185368.
So my question is, any chance for a patched APK of any of the newer versions? There's apparently higher music quality and more genre selection to be had. Thanks!
I haven't found a patched Milk apk that will install on ICS(4.0.3) Is it only possible with jb+?
Always get the parse error with all versions, any chance of making compatible?
Sorry for misunderstanding @FoferX- good request btw

Hi
I have just got my self a Moto 360. And in order to get more information on my watch i had to change my default messaging app (I have used the stock) to avoid getting dublicates of messages on my watch. But I can't find it on the list of apps i can disable in the settings.
Does any body have any idea if it is even possible?
You should be able to go to the app settings, go to all apps, scroll down to Messaging, then tap Disable. This will stop the app in its tracks, allowing you to install your third-party messaging app for your watch.

And since you can't do that, I'd recommend that you acquire Superuser (Root) privileges and install both Titanium Backup and SuperSU. There should be an option to disable the app in Titanium.

I do not want to Root my phone, but I think it is strange as all the other preinstalled apps have the possibility to disable.
But thank you for your help
I've had the s6 since it came out. Never had a problem until about a month or so ago. I keep getting these pop ups and whatnot on my screen saying that my phone is infected and I need to download *that* app to remove the virus. I know never to do that. I have factory reset the phone several times to no avail. It usually runs great for a few days then the pop ups started again. I have downloaded a few virus scan apps and they all say there is no virus...... frustrated, please help.
More pics
I am running stock with the latest firmware. I am using textra as well.
Just don't trust. They are advertisement. They wanted you to install their bloatware so called "Antivirus" app.
These are just creative ads. google has nothing to do with it as you can see in the address bar.
One more thing there is no such thing as virus in Android because it is linux bases OS.

If you are rooted then install adaway to block ads.
Or you can just block popups from chrome settings.

I wish I was rooted....I miss being able to mod my phone. How can I get.them to stop?
Hi all,
I use my HW2 for running via the workout app and I tend to view the stats using Huawei Health.
So far this month I've ran 6 times and all of them show in thw history on my watch.
The annoying thing is that 1 run (the longest) doesn't show on the Huawei Health app.
Is there any reason why all but one of the runs would sync?
Paul
Hi Paul
Never had this issue before but I log all my activity through the Strava app and it hasn't lost a workout yet...
To be honest, it doesn't surprise me cos one month in with this watch makes me realise that it's temperamental, at best.
Maybe try a 3rd party app and sync with Google Fit?
