problem to upgrade from RUU_PYRAMID_ICS_HTC_EUROPE _3.24.401.1

Hi guys
sorry but I have a problem with my sensation
ics files I wanted to install RUU_PYRAMID_ICS_HTC_EUROPE _3.24.401.1
Installation of the program seems to start detects the current firmware version of my sensation that will be updated and that, in theory at least delete the data then goes after a little update on signature in the course and after a little out of the 'error 132 (error signature)
both unlocked bootloader which bootloader locked. The sensation is Italian and no brand
how can I be able to update it??

Updating Issue with the Sensation XE

This is my first topic on xda-developers, so I'm willing to do my outerst best to make this as understandable as possible!
After four search results, I could not really find anything similar with a related answer so I'm making a topic about this.
I got the HTC Sensation XE, Android version: 2.3.4, with HTC Sense 3.0.
Now after rooting it using revolutionary, and enjoying my phone for the weeks after I noted that I got the abillity to do an update.
This update is a 8.97MB performance update, and I would love to install that!
Now here is the issue,
When trying to update, it downloads the update, it shuts down the phone and as soon as it starts installing I get the android boot error.
The phone starts up fine again, but the update is not installed.
I already tried to restore my phone to the state it was BEFORE I rooted it, but that still gave me the same result. I also tried to reset to factory settings, wich also did not work.
Does anyone have a clue where to proceed further?

I'm not too sure but when I used to have a Desire I had the exact sane issue, and it's actually down to the CID (Customer I.D)
If you do a few searches you should be able to find out how to get back to a stock CID. You cannot install OTA updates from HTC on rooted and custom Rom phones.
Restore your CID to HTC_0001 (I think) and it should work, can't remember though so Google about.

Also can I ask where in the world you are? Because in the UK the XE dies not have an update.

Thanks for your quick reply, I tried a tutorial with Android Recovery manager.
it went smooth, and I'll be updating you if the update proceeds!
I am from The Netherlands, I didn't see the update untill I manually checked for it.

It's okay, if the process doesn't work don't panic!
Your update is probably carrier specific then (unless your unbranded) but this update doesn't seem to be appearing in the UK.
Hope you get your phone updating soon!

CID for Croatia (and eastern europe) is 032 which was mentioned in first ota for europe, so i assume it will be here within a month...

ICS in Macedonia
I just got ICS 4.0 for my Sensation in Macedonia... Now installing it.

OTA just started in Croatia too...got it a few mins ago!

Confirmed...got OTA message too..but dont want to accept it yet...

Unbranded or carrier locked?

Nevermind, just got the update, I'm on Tele2 carrier locked

After installing the update everything is running great! No more loading screen after running out of memory, the power button issue is gone, the whole thing is working smoothly, no more lag. HTC got another satisfied customer although I almost lost faith in this device tbh.
Guess after ICS this device is working as intended.

And it seems that that annoying auto brightness bug is fixed also (on gb on auto setting, the brightness changed by itself despite the environment remained the same...no more of that on ics )

Meni se isto skinuo update, ali ne radi. Reboota se i stane na screenu s androidom i trokutom s usklicnikom.
Downloaded OTA update, but after restart installation stops with android screen..
Any help?

had same problem
i managed to update but lost s-off, had to install RUU:
RUU_Pyramid_HTC_Europe_1.50.401.1_R_Radio_10.58.9035.00U_10.15.9035.02_2_release_228602_signed
serached for software update, tried to install OTA but failed 1st time, after that did full wipe and tried installation from begining, it helped.

Hey ptviet, unfortunately it looks like it's not available. I've had a look myself and couldn't find it. Posts about this previously haven't been successful either. Only ruu I could find was a Vodafone au one but it was only for the regular sensation.
A few people are holding out for an Ruu from Vodafone from ics.
Sorry I couldn't be of help but looks like we are out of luck.

My phone is HTC Sensation XE and I'm currently running ARHD 6.6.3 XE 3.32.401.105_R but I wanna flash the vodafone AU stock ROM because I wanna take it to customer service due to dirt under screen problem. The one I'm looking for is :
RUU_Pyramid_LE_Voda-Hutch_AU_1.73.862.3_Radio_10.58.9035.00U_10.15.903 5.02_2_release_222667_signed.exe
that is what was once running on my phone when I bought it. It's GB not ICS. I tried looking for it but all links are broken. Voda AU ICS stock ROM is not available yet I think. Do you have any idea about a safe way to return the phone? I think the important things are Vodafone's boot animation, stock ROM and locked bootloader and S-ON. I've read information on how to get S-ON, I can lock the bootloader again by following HTC Dev instruction but I cant manage to get the Vodafone's bootanimation and stock ROM for my phone.
If you have any file that could help me I really appriciate it

No worries, I will be looking around for it. As a backup, I have a nandroid backup of the original gb ROM but do not have the original firmware.

Help needed please

I unrooted the sensation xe today. No experience with HTC whatsoever. By mistake installed RUU Gingerbread 2.3.4... but of Sensation instead of Sensation xe.
Now have all specs showing of Sensation like 1.2 GHZ and no Beats Audio, etc.
My question is this :
I have downloaded now ICS update RUU file ( the correct one for sensation xe ) but it says that my phone Must Be a Sensation XE and nothing else.
But after this installation of Sensation RUU , isn't my phone just Sensation now or I still can update with power off into bootloader from this ICS RUU since in reality it is a Sensation xe ?
Or do i need to install a Sensation xe gingerbread first before I upgrade ?
Please advice. I don't want to plug in my usb and install wrongly.
Any way out please ?

Number one what's your objective meaning what are trying to achieve you could have found a xe ruu instead and my suggestion if you won't the ruu for the xe you will have to read before flashing don't get me wrong I'm not trying to be rude but this could have been avoided had you did a bit more reading and ask question's before running that ruu but let me do some searching around to see what I can find and I'll get back with you on the result's sit tight well I'm back and its a no go on the ruu for the xe strange though you think it would be in available but it isn't and also you could check with your carrier's web site for your device and it may point you in the right direction I don't know but it's worth a try I'm with tmo u s and thats how I found the latest update for my senssation and you could have a look here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1326631

did you do a nandroid backup before you flashed the ruu? Maybe try to restore.

Kk... download latest frimware it may b 3.33.. put in SD card root,get in bootloader mode..flash frimware, download ARHD or ViperS ROM.. and install it, instructions are inside the ROM.. AROMA installer
