Hello,
I'm an obsessive-compulsive care of my phone ,
and I do not like to leave it charging overnight.
So I finally decided to develop a small utility that notifies every X minutes when the battery is charged, in order to remove the charger.
Also, I added a feature to notify when the battery charge is low.
You can set the notification ringtone, interval between notifications, number of notifications, charger type...
I hope you find it useful.
Please, report errors, if any...
Battery friendly
The application is only loaded when the charger is connected (via a service), and only is executed when the
battery level changes.
The resource compsumition (battery and memory) is extremly less.

Thanks for sharing your app, I can see a couple uses for it and might even try it out.
I only ask that you please delete the part about "bad for your battery" (from your post, and your brain), since as long as the charging circuitry in your phone is working (which you'll know almost immediately if it fails because the battery will severely overheat, and possibly pop/leak) it is absolutely not bad for it to be left on the charger over night... unless you have a NiCad battery, or other pre-lithium tech battery that is. In that case ignore my last.

added the ability to set full charge is a percent or real full charge.
if you set "real full charge", the 100% of the battery don't enables the notifications.

Hi,
No problems for me with Utacka or Imilka in my Note.
Please, have you unchecked the 2nd preference in app notification settings (related to have notifications only with normal charger)?
thanks
I didn't, the blame is on me.

99% after ten hours. Went out of the country and didn't have to charge once. You want to save juice? Just put the phone in airplane mode.
i dont really believe the androids built in battery measure.
Maybe a number on how much time the screen was powered on, for reference?

lol...but actually that doesn't matter...it doesnt drain a lot rebooting...it just refreshes the battery stats to show the real value. his phone is saying it's at 99%, but I can assure you it's much much lower than that
Probably was lower than 99%, but it did last a good four days without needing to be charged (in airplane mode the whole time).

99% after 9 hours of battery use, yep i have to agree with you scotsman, it is much lower than that
WiFi can certainly be a hog, as can be GSM signal - especially if it's a weak signal. Display will drain if you keep the display on a LOT(!) - but otherwise that's why you see a lot of folks recommend to turn off WiFi or BT if you're not using 'em.
Wow what a great idea put the PHONE in airplane mode Hello? its a phone people were using them to call and/or text each other.
Want to save gas? Dont drive , just sit in your car and listen to music
Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas and happy new year to all in advance. No matter if it sucks battery I would prefer to use my phone and keep a charger with me every time. But one should enjoy the features to the full.

I would like to present the new “Neon Clock” created by CodeDaemons team (which consists of two graphic designers and one programmer). It is one of the first widgets created by us, but we did our best to ensure that our application would work efficiently. It is completely free version of Neon Clock, however there's always a possibility that payable version will be available in the future.
Beautiful Neon Clock in Google Play
And our profile link.
We are looking forward to read Your opinions!
Cheers!
oh... these look nice!! thanks for sharing. I don't normally use a clock widget, but I might use this...

I would use if the clocks were transparent, any plans to do this?
Been using for some hours now, it just seems to be draining my battery, any solutions?

Sadly - no plans about that
@tranceph0rmer
please note that those apps will display false battery usage as the service for clock is only ran once a minute and is disabled for the rest of time

I second the transparency, I think that would look nice. About the "false" battery usage though, why would it be reported that way if it wasn't actually using that much battery? Is that just because (some) battery monitoring apps really don't take into account times when widgets/apps/services aren't running? That just seems odd to me, however I am not extremely experienced in the way these things work.
It's not a battery monitoring app,
It's the stock htc power usage displayer.
Hmmmmm......
First come smiles. Then come lies. Last is gunfire.
hmmmm we'll look into that
+ maybe if few more ppl show their interest in transparency option we will think about that
I wanted to see how my phone was performing battery wise so I downloaded BBS but Im not sure how to use the info it gives me. So looking at the screenshot below. Is my phone normal or should I make some adjustments. I know that if I leave it off the charger over night I loose approximately 25% not sure how normal that is for Android. Any tips or advice would be be nice

Looks horrible. Phone should spend majority of its time in deep sleep overnight. You should only lose 1% per hour or less. You should check partial and kernel wakelocks too.

Thanks so much for the replies. So since my battery life was not superb. I decided to try a new rom. Synergy, it looks like I am getting more sleep time but my wlan is still up and so is data connection. I also ran kernel and partial wake. Any insight on these reports below?
You can try going into maps settings and make sure report location is unchecked. Also, make sure your GPS is off

With its 5-saving modes, you can set up your routine and optimize your battery life, reaching to the end of the day without problems.
General Mode: You can configure the connections to turn them off when you stop using the phone, and set a specific frequency to activate them and synchronize your apps for a few minutes, and then turn them off again automatically. It allows you to stop wasting your battery life while you have all connections enabled and unused.
Night Mode: In this mode you can set up your schedule where you don’t want to be disturbed!
Super Saver: Independently from general mode, you can decide what to do with your connections when you have little battery left, allowing an improved performance.
Weekend (Only with the PRO version): Your weekends are special and different from the other days, so you can make different settings to rest or whatever you want to do.
Rush Hour (Only with the PRO version): Is there any specific hour that you need more frequent updates? Don’t worry, in this mode you can set it up and stay always connected.

Interesting concept. Let's hope that it actually works, unlike Juice Defender which actually made my phone worse.
Really useful app! :good: Got my battery drain down to 0,6% when in deep sleep. I have a question though. Is it possible to integrate a wifi toggle like in here or is it possible to use those apps side by side? Anyways thanks for this really simple and easy to use app! :fingers-crossed:

How much time it stays connected to sync all data?
Congrats on the app, nice and simple.
Thank you. Nice app
I have a terrible battery drain when my phone is idle. Tried everything, but nothing solved it. Ever since Lollipop I have this issue.
Clean flashed MM and still nop. Flashed ElementalX 6.04 yesterday which still couldn't solve it. This is frustrating :crying::crying:
I have disabled everything too. No Wifi, data, bluetooth, location...etc (My phone is not a smart phone anymore)
Only adaptive brightness is enabled.
Yesterday I fully charged and went to sleep to find out it has drained 28% after a 7 hours sleep. Removed all the unpopular apps (suspicious apps) as well. BetterBatteryStatus says my phone has been in DEEP SLEEP throughout the whole time too.
Please give me a solution

How old is your phone?? You might need to replace the battery. Especially you've already done everything from kernel, to clean flash to disabling apps and settings
your bstats also tells no abnormality? how about its partial wakelocks? can you post those so we can check it out?

According to BBS my phone has been in deep sleep throughout the whole time. I'm assuming its the battery, I need to replace it may be.
I charged my phone again. I will post partial wakelocks too in few hours time.
Thanks alot
Even though it may not make a huge difference but you can try draining the battery out to 0 (until the phone can't stay on even after a force power on) and a full charge (30 mins to an hour overcharging after you see full battery indicator).. Gluck.
I replaced my battery, I was getting hard reboots as well. But wow with a new battery and marshmallow my nexus is like a new device.
99% no or unknown signal.
That could be the cause of your drain, when the phone has no signal or poor signal it will use a lot of battery to keep the connection alive. Set aeroplane mode on
