[HELP] my phone is rebooting..

Hey guys!! i need HELP ASAP!.. i went to this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=835536&highlight=install and tried to install that theme.. and now my phone loads the SE bootscreen and then it reboots infinite..
anyone can help me??

hi there,you will have to flash your phone or go into xrecovery and do a full wipe,wipe cache partition then into advanced options-wipe dalvik cache then wipe battery stats,let me know if i can help further

yes thanks for the heads up. anyway, ROM manager does recognize and uploads a rom for Galaxy Mini which is not for Fit. The newest Rom Manager can detect the ported CWM recovery so it might be seeing our phone as Galaxy Mini. Installing from it could brick your phone in the process. Last night I did flashed the Touch enabled CWM recovery thru CWM Recovery Mode from the other post and it worked fine.

Yes... I had corrupted my motherboard... My phone went dead after tapping on backup rom in rom manager. Will never use rom manAger in future

It is true. Britch S5670 was due to this program. The guarantee, they did change the motherboard.

Even the supported devices have been bricked because of it...ask about it in the mini and ace forum...
We already have a good enough way to flash cwm...

Did the same f****** thing... But with my Mini a year ago. Same story. Flashed CWM and I pressed Nandroid Backup... LAst thing my poor Mini did. Ever :'(

Currently impossible, the only way to fix it is getting it to Samsung to replace the Motherboard...

But I still can't understand why rom manager can destroy the motherboard.
If this is the truth, any other rooted android program can do such things to destroy your phone.
I don't think the phone factory might do such a design.
It's too dangerous to use this phone!

Well ROM Manager doesn't, flashing the CWM Recovery with it bricks the phone, my theory is that some of the data gets lost, or maybe the ROM Manager just can't write to the RFS partition, or doesn't support it completely, at least the one on our phone, it formats the whole phone, but that's only my stupid theory =)

Yes, I also think that maybe the cwm recovery bricked my phone, maybe some of the data lost, maybe ....
But why odin can't overwrite all of the mistakes?
There must be somthing that odin can't overwrite but rom manager can write.

it cant undo the mistakes because the "ARM11BOOT.img" is corrupted, basicly, you cant even turn on your phone, at all, so that means no download mode

big problem after root

hey guys finally i rooted my phone with the aid of doomlord kernel but 2 big problem have occured.
1-my sd card and xperia neo is not recognized i mean i cannot access to my sd card with usb cable i have enabled usb cable debugging and other media mode but it does not help me as well, i cannot do anytihng right now.
2-my second problem wifi connection which does not work now after rooting i cant get internet access

can u get into CWM and then acces ur sd ? if so try flashing new rom n kernel !

i have installed ice cream 4.0.4 with cwm it was succesful then i have installed kernel but after these 2 steps phone stays XPERIA screen and nothing happen i dont know whether i installed wrong kernel but by the way i have tried nearly 10 different kerlen to fix problem.
Bro plzz help this helpless boy im really sad i cant do anything Xperia neo screen stays On XPERIA scripture and nothing happen

always flash kernel first then do wipe data partitions and clear dalvik cache in CWm and then flash the rom via cwm...
(flash kernel in fastboot mod)
dont just try any kernel see the ROM thread to find which kernel is compatible with ur ROM

i have followed your instructions but it remains on XPERIA screen nothing happen.
i first mounted kernel with flash tool then i opened cwm by pressing volume down
finally i have wiped out all cache davit and made factory reset then i have instal succesfully below rom but nothing happen.

try going back to the stock rom !
before flashing ROm or Kernel u should always Backup ur curren ROm via CWm so that u can restore it in case anything goes wrong ( BASICS )...

everything was fine before unlockbootloader
but when i have locked the bootloder everything starts going wrong

[Q] Xperia L 4.1.2 Stuck at Boot Animation, need help [SOLVED]

I just installed a font installer app. When I just installed a new font, the app ask for reboot. I rebooted my phone and it starts normally. But after 4 or 5 times I installed the others font and rebooted again and again, at the last time I rebooted, my phone stuck at the boot animation. Even 30 minutes it doesn't past the boot animation. How to fix it?
My phone is Sony Xperia L C2105 running Android 4.1.2 (15.0.A.2.17), rooted, bootloader is still locked.
I don't want to flash my phone because it will erase my data. I have some important contact and messages that I didn't have the backup yet.
I need help, it's really important for me.

My brother used MyFont app..installing any font would cause a reboot for him. So, he uninstalled the app when somehow his phone started after successive retries... try remove your battery and somehow start your phone and remove that app!
Btw, he rooted via Framaroot! What about you?

Let me tell you again that he uses Xperia M. I have Xperia L and Framaroot didn't work for be too,I rooted using vRoot. Also, are you on the latest version. I don't think that might work but no harm trying..

Thanks all for the suggestions
But, I have found a solution for this problem.
The solution is to flash the device without wiping user data and cache (don't tick anything under the Wipe option). I just tried it and it was successful.
Now, my phone is back and I don't lose any app and my data.
But, once again, thank you

Soft bricked Tipo

Hi there,
1. I am fed up of my Tipo's lagging touch (responding after half an hour, miscaliberation). I update the firmware using Sony companion and tried to install one of the Jelly Bean roms on the stock ICS using CMW. It some how soft bricked my phone. Can any one tell the reason?
2. With lot of effort I installed the stock ST21a 11.0.A.4.22 Sony Generic kernel (using Flashtool). It is same laggy and miscaliberating. Did I not reformat, similar to PC? shouldn't it be fresh and new ?
3. I am not trying to install JB rom. What is the correct way to install? Should I worry about any seperate parts like Kernel?
4. To install JB rom (Paranoid Android) I tried to root the device, but the flash tool says "no root exploit for this version". If i cant root. I cant install CMW. I cant install frest rom. Is there any other way to install ROM?
I am stuck in the above points after my research, and will appreciate your help.

Steps To Follow -
1. Download Flashtool (I'm Guessing You Don't Have That Yet)
2. Click On The Thunder Icon
3. Click Flashmode
4. There You Would Find A .ftf File Saying Device X10 Version V1 BRELock bla bla..Click OK
5. Then Take Out Your Sd Card And SIM Card And Using A USB Cable Connect Your Device While Pressing The Down Button
6. If You See A Green LED Flash On Your Phone Just Wait Until It Flashes

8. Then Attach Your Device To Your PC
9. Go to PC Companion And Press Update Device

Yeah, but those two have the same effect. Repairing with PC Companion is exactly the same as flashing a .ftf. And if that didn't work, PC Companion won't.
