lockscreen question...

What's the secret to getting a transparent lockscreen? I have tried pushing a png and even a renamed extension jpg. Still no transparency. Could someone help me out?

Weather Animation Files HD2 - Help -

Maybe already done, but could not find it on the forms.
I am looking for the weather animation files. Anyone idea how they can be extracted from HTC HD2? I would like to make them more eye candy.

Is it possible to get HTC sense weather animations in png or gif format? I really need it. Any help?

I fyou have the htc weather and clock apk you can extract it with winrar. In the extracted dir you can find all the png's that are used for the weather.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone was familiar with how the crt animations are stored/what format they're in. Specifically I'm interested figuring out if its possible to create a few custom animations for the community to enjoy.

[Q] Where are the lockscreen animations located?

I'm trying to add the GB "on" lockscreen animation to my phone. I had it on my CM7 ROM for my old OG Droid and I liked it a lot.
I was able to decompile my framework-res.apk for my Atrix 2 and compare it to the old CM7 ROM for my droid I had lying around which had the screen on animation. Just to see the difference.
I assumed the lockscreen animations would be in the "anim" folder, namely the xml files titled lockscreen exit and lockscreen enter.
However to my surprise the xml docs were identical for both phones. Word for word. Even though the CM7 had the "on" lockscreen animation.
Am I just looking in the wrong folder/area?
Help would be awesome!

Uh... thanks for the link! But it looks as though you can edit how the lockscreen looks through here, but cannot edit the animation.
If someone just knows the proper xml files, or where the animations are located, I can edit them from there.
