Google music beta invite

I don't know if this is possible nor have any idea of how to do it but I was thinking is there any way to make Google think you have a xoom for a short time on your rooted phone to get a music beta invite?

Can instruct how to do so but before doing so:
- Attach XOOM build.prop
- Attach PC36100 build.prop

PC36100 bp:
cat /system/build.prop > /sdcard/build.prop
Xoom bp:
- Have a XOOM user do the same successfully
- Download a XOOM rom and pull the bp
- Ask for someone to post it here for you

Just a note: I have a XOOM and still have not received an invite so your mileage may vary even if you do trick the system. Best of luck!

May you post your phone's build properties file so that I may assist the OP in his goal to trick his phone into believing that it is a Motorola XOOM?

EDIT: Replace your Evo 4G build.prop with the one attached. Should work for you then. Now every app will think you have a XOOM.

thanks for the APK. The apk I had gotten earlier from another thread was corrupted and wouldn't unpack. I don't use the app much, but I like having it.
The only caveat, this app needs to installed in internal memory and not the SD card. It will load and you can't move around in the app, but won't stream TV.

Is there any way an app can be moved to sd, but still being able to use the widget?
I want anything, app any flashing I am rooted just want to move more to sd...
Also, will ICS come with it?

You could try a sd-ext2(I think that's it) partition, I believe it makes phone think that its still on the /data but in reality its on SD card.

You can't do that as I know but some widgets working from SD card... like Walkman & Weather ... this is only widgets , not apps... why do you want to do that? Low Of Storage? what is your default app installation directory? if phone, you can switch to sd...and move almos all apps to sd...

Panoramic wallpaper?

Sorry if this has been addresses already. Been gone for four months, lol. But is the panoramic (scrolling) wallpaper perk gone in the gingerbread update? This was one of my favorite things and I'm kind of Pissed if it's gone. Also if it is gone can we re add it?

Not at home near my computer at the moment and I don't have any accounts to upload it to anyways. If you download the kk1 or kk2 deodexed roms you can pull it from one of them. I'm not sure which one has the old one. Sorry can't upload it for you.

[Guide] How to get 50GB in Dropbox [FREE]

Mod edit: Doing this is considered piracy, as you're basically getting a free version of something you should be paying for, unless you have a specific device.

What does this zip actually do? And how can we reverse it if we need to?

Actually the zip is making a link to the promo.... You can't reverse because it's a promo. It's adding space to your account, not your app... So you should not have problem

I think box has a upload size limit on files. Not sure if drop box does.

I tried it. Deleted cache data etc. Un installed, flashed and restored just the app using titanium not through store. I didn't get it. Will try from market again

You make a mistake... You need to go with the file explorer in the .zip then go in /system/app in the zip and install the two APK that are there!

This will get removed from your account. The Dropbox team always catches this. Also, you're breaking site rules by uploading/link to the APK. I'm guessing you're using the Galaxy S3/Note 2 promotional Dropbox APK.
