could u be more specific? ... how about battery life?... how much u can get?.. and is it lag or not?
Maybe kernel RC8 solved the problem ?
Hi Sakindia,
don't want to be too pushy but on my investigations for a solution concerning the charging problem in the original cradle maybe you have a solution. I figured out that all open source kernels suffer from the same problem as mentioned here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=11854684&postcount=1
Maybe it is possible to reintegrate the mentioned modul without loosing the advantages of the cranium kernel

i lose around 3% on 6 hours idle with 122 min freq and smartassV2. most importantly there is no wakelock and no lag.
UPDATE: last night i lose only 1% for 6 1/2 hours (sleep time). i use ondemand this time, i think its better compare with smartass, gonna stick with ondemand
Nice work brother
can someone tell me what I/O schedulers exactly do? or point me a tutorial about this?

i read it but i dont know which to choose :-s. are so much.. and no frills is more stable than set cpu ?
it's just a application. it's stability doesnt matter. it's the stability of the kernel that matters.
just use whichever you like.
ok thanks. i use set cpu for now but i saw you using no frills. what i/o do you recomend me ?

no frills is always bettr coz mostly evry1 uses dat..
if u want battry lyf nd performance both den simply switch to 'ondemand' governer nd if u need best performance den switch to 'perfomance' . I too hve less knowlegde bout i/o scheduler but i hve set to 'deadline' wich gives no problem to me at all..
press tnx if i hlpd u..!
i'm using ondemand/bfq on general usage. performance/bfq on gaming.
thanks a lot
i think this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1369817 thread would be helpful about governor and i/o

[Q]kernel and overclock setting

What are the best settings to save battery and keep performance ? or What is the best settings to get best performence ?
and what kernels do you suggest ?
I use latest Andromadusmod kernel with cpu config: SmartassH3 & row (or smartassV2 & sio) battery is nice and performance is good
what would you suggest for a sense 4 rom ?

To sense 4 use this kernel: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1845039
Configure governor SmartassV2 and sheduler sio. Cpu speeds 1024 or 1200 are ok.
If I helped, click Thanks :good:

Sorry but smartassv2 is not present in any of the kernels available there. On-demand is still ok though

I use vipersaga 2.2.0 with amidabudha 3076 kernel. interactive and -100 uv. I can get about 2 days of battery life.
