Play Onlive games app released for Android - Xperia Play Themes and Apps

Here is the market link http://news.onlive.com/rd/9z1z6k1khihj3tfnilbe5j8t6uml45s70cjb59er3k8

I managed to load up Batman Arkham City on my Xperia Play but couldn't use any controls when playing as the Xperia Play gamepad doesn't do anything.
I'm sure that if we all sent OnLive an email asking for xperia play gamepad support they might consider adding this feature. Then we will be able to play games like batman and saints row on our phones

It des not want to connect on 3g - I suspect it is wifi only until there is a mod

sorry for not realising the link was already posted here:

How do you activate Xperia Play controls when you're already in a game? Also how do you activate them at all. In the menu the only thing that works is directions and "back".
Guess that's already answered. We need a control mapping update yesterday.

I have tried a button mapper to change what the xplay controls do, but doesn't work

Can someone upload the apk? I can't download it from market it isn't avaible in Europe?

Is it possible to edit the apk to accept different control inputs or spoof the device?
Key Mapping needed.
Isn't this a paid game in the Market? If it is you should not be posting this link here...
He only posted the demo version I believe
Is it playable without the keyboard?
That is correct demo can be downloaded for free so it´s ok

Analog Controls in Need For Speed: Shift

Hey everyone, I saw it mentioned on here that there is a version of Need For Speed: Shift for the Xperia Play that has support for the analog controls. I have tried both the EA Flexion and Market versions and neither supports use of the controller, only the accelerometer for controls. I suspect the reason I cant find it is because I have a US Play, R800x. I have been looking all over for it, I know it is a trial apk, would one of my euro brethren be so kind as to upload the trial apk for me? Thank you!
You can get it from the ea store the same store as where you get deadspace.

Here's a link to deadspace just navigate to need for speed on the bottom it's funny cause I was looking for this last night
Thats what Im saying though, that version doesnt have analog stick support, or even d-pad support, am I missing something?
Dunno worked for me last night when I downloaded the trial. I have the r800x as well.
wierd, its working now. thanks.

The Conduit HD (working on Xperia Play - not optimized)

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that The Conduit actually does work on the Xperia Play. Since the first two levels are free to play I decided to download it (from a third party as it's not available for R800i on Google Play) and discovered it really is optimized for Tegra 3 but not exclusive to it. Unfortunately there is gamepad compatibility but you can adjust some graphical parameters, which help the game run smoothly on the device. Combine that with a GameKeyboard file and...
Anyhoo just thought I'd let you know
Yup, this game runs on pretty much any device. Xperia Play owners can download it from Google Play if they edit their build.prop or use a device spoofing app. I had to turn the graphics wwwaaaaaaayyyy down because i'm not overclocked.

Yeah, mine is overclocked, forgot to mention that!
I played the Wii version few years ago (pretty decent game). And when I read the title of this thread I never thought that was the same lol
Good find dude

Worms 2 Armageddon - in Google Play now

https://play.google.com/store/apps/...ddon.app&rdid=com.worms2armageddon.app&rdot=1
Worms 2 Armageddon is in google shop now. But it isn't avaible in my country. Could someone check is it Xperia Play optimised ? Is it works ? I wait for this game for long time and it's shame that it isn't avaible for me .
It isn't available in my country either
Sent from my R800i using xda app-developers app
Not optimised, touch screen only.
Says in the description that it is optimized for touch screen. BTW its a really good game and works great!
I love Armageddon but if you want a game-pad optimized version then you could always go the FPSe route.

No bluetooth controller support either? I can understand devs not wanting to spend time adding specific support for our now dated device, but bluetooth controller support would be nice.
I have the previous Worms game that was in the Play store, but never could track down an Xperia Play optmized version... I found using the ninja-rope skillfully to be very difficult with touch controls - just can't seem to get around as easily.

Xperia Play Playstation apps

Hello,
I was browsing the web today and found that this forum still talks about the Xperia play to a limited degree. It being 2017 there is such limited information to be found on this topic.
I am a collector and I recently obtained an Xperia Play. The software is original and unmodified or rooted. I was looking into getting the original Playstation games that came out for the system and looking to make a back up of the files for preservation/study. Unfortunately I live in the U.S. and none of the games are available in my region.
In the UK store I have found WipEout and Jet Rider (Jet Moto in NTSC countries), but I cannot purchase them due to the region lock of the google play store.
Is there a easier way to obtain these, or will I have to use a VPN? If so what would be a decent VPN to use on an unmodified Xperia Play?
Would love to know an answer to this as well! Apparently Cool Borders 2 had an updated version of the emulator https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=16746986&postcount=584
Can anyone still play their ps one games from uk?
