I was wondering if this has or can be done. A decompiler/compiler that runs on android for android apks so that I can mod on the go without my pc?

Guys i had been tryin to mod the miui launcher by vipitus for my own phone but everytime i use apkmanager to extract apk an mod it the apk manager closes!!i tried extracting from winrar and that work!!but i need to sign it to be used and it does not get signed? Can any1 help?

Hey guys,
I want to build an android app on my PC, but I can't use android SDK, because that stucks the whole time when I try to install platform tools.
Is there another programm like eclipse, but then where I don't need SDK?
I know java, so it doesn't have to be "copy/paste".

decode the apk using apktool an android and then inthe decoded folder open androidmanifest.xml and change the api to your level. recompile app using apktool and install.
app may not respond properly due to hardware or software restrictions.
