I recently put the Hypersensation ROM on my HTC Sensation but my Latitude doesn't work anymore. I tried using the maps and gps features but they don't seem to catch my location. I'm fairly new to this, what would I need to do?

Check out the page for Revolution HD 3.6.7 there is a Q&A at the bottom of the page for GPS fixes.
I'm runnung the Revolution HD software and the info on there helped me with my GPS issues.

Sorry if this has been asked before, i searched the forums and could not find a fix for this problem. Im running the newest version for ARHD with the new faux123 o.1.6 kernel. I thought the new kernel was going to fix the 3d game crashes, i start up cordy and during the intro to the game it freezes and the screen gets all fuzzy and i have to remove the battery. if someone could point me in the right direction that would help a lot! Rooting problems
Hi Guys,
I am a newbie here. Please help me regarding HTC Desire HD rooting. I have rooted my device. Flashed one ROM, it wont work, so I flashed an other one. The same happened. So I flashed an ATT stock rom, but my service provider is hungarian. And my device wont connect to the internet only via wifi. The data plan is not working. How do I fix that?

I think you need the apn of your provider and this is the reason why your data plan doesn't work. Search it in the internet, it's very easy.
If you love eyecandy and smooth ROMs you can try BinDroid or Coredroid ROMs ;-) if you like the iphone user Interface you can try miui ;-)

I've got my Sensation XE from Vodafone just 2 weeks ago, But now I've did s-off and I've tried several different ICS rom's But it sucks the battery really fast and the performance is not good at all, I've seen that most of the peoples are usng Android Revolution rom, So I just planned to give a try to Android revolution and Custom kernal which i heard Brick is good but which ver ? :/ Please help me and give me a advice which ver of Android revolution is good and Kernal as wel this will be really apprciated, thanks

If you want to try ARHD here is the main 2 things. Both versions are very stable.
4.1.9 is Sense 3.5
3.6.9 is Sense 3 (which is what comes on the phone)
3.5 is more polished and better laid out
3.0 seems a bit smoother and is better for gaming
as for bricked the best luck I have seen is version 1.51 beta 1 v528.

I am on the phone and can't link unfortunately. But if you go to ARHD thread 4.1.9 should be post number 3. You will see a banner that says download and under it will say 4.1.9.

Flash Energy rom, In my opinion Energy ROM with sense 3.5 is the best rom out for sensation series. Very attractive as well as good battery life. Since i got my sensation I have tried and tested all roms, Energy is the best one out there, Other with good battery life are Elegancia ROM, Percaso rom, and RC MIX

Have a look at my sig, it contains links to my favourites at the moment.
3.6.9- the link is also there for 4.1.9, Bricked link and the radio which has given me least issues.

Thank you so much everyone for your help and support I don't know, I just can't figure out why ARHD doesn't work on my cell, I have tried different versions of ARHD but I am having a same problem with all the versions my mobile is restarting with all the ARHD rom's :/ and now again I am gone back to Ultimite ICS rom, BUt I am happy with that now, I am just scared of flashing other rom's and the battery timing is also pretty good It's nearly 9 hours on my battery and I've still got 78% left I have made some calls and took some pictures and WIFI is on. Thanks guys

Thanks Tariq bhai for your suggestion, But I removed my stock rom because I wanted to try something different, I am using Ultimite(ICS) from webstar1 right now and it's awesome rom with good battery life some little bugs needed to be fix, But still this rom is the best rom from all.

I'm hoping you knowledgeable people can point me in the right direction in updating the ROM on my Sensation.
It's currently on InsertCoin 4.0.3, Android 4.0.1, Radio 10.14.9035.01_M. I've not updated the ROM for months as last time I tried, I messed something up and I was relieved just to be able to get back to the old version. Looking at the situation today, that ROM has been merged with another team's efforts and I'm a bit confused as to how to progress.
The latest Chrome seems to have played havoc on my device, hence the need to update. Has anyone else experienced these issues? Freezing, crashing, resetting the phone.
I was interested in Cyanogen Mod, but there doesn't appear to be a stable build as yet. Which ROM should I go for?
Any help is most appreciated from this clueless chap.

It seems from your radio that you are still on GB.
In order to update your phone's firmware to be able to use the latest CM9 ROMS,look HERE

Yes you will need to update your firmweare to 3.32 for Ics roms.
Once your firmweare is updated correctly you can flash a ics ROM then. Remember gb wont run with Ics firmweare and ics wont run with gingerbread firmweare. Hope this helps some.

Hi,
Your radio number is a GB one.
That is probably what is causing your Chrome issues.
Follow the thread I gave you and update your firmware fully(which includes the radio)
Remember,when the firmware has finished,it will say update complete.

I installed Elegancia ICS Sense 4 v.2.0.0 and I have a problem with WiFi : not in range.
I reinstalled the rom another two times, change the Kernel to Sebastian and Brick, but it still the same, I cannot connect to the WiFi.
The interesting part is that, when you install a fresh rom the WiFi works, but after a while (2-3 hours) after the installation, the error appears.
Also, I reboot the router, and follow Steve0007 QA instructions:
Dial *#94349# and press the call button, that will change your Wifi Region as it seems ICS Roms can have problems with some Wifi Regions.
Flashing another kernel after flashing the Rom can also help to solve this issue.

I tested with another rom with similar features that I have in Elegancia 4 v.2.0.0 (of course without the elegancia esthetics) and I have not longer the WiFi issue: Not in range.
Hence, this is a bug in the Elegancia 4 v.2.0.0 with the WiFi connection.
I am running kernel 1.36 Brick, Ril 3.33 and Sensation 4.
If someone can contact Steve0007 (Elegancia's Head Developer) and inform him about this bug in the WiFi.Unfortunately, I am unable to do so, as I have no priviliges to post in the development area.

it is an issue with the 802.11 channel. I have changed the channel in my router it didn't work with european only channels (above 11) but only with channels less than 11.
