Hi,
I was wondered, where can I get the last full ROM of Asus (WW)?
Thanks in advance.

Can anyone tell me if the TF101 from Asus and teh SL101 from Asus are identical inside?
i see a lot of comments on the TF101 and very little on the SL101 and if they are interchangable it would mean there is a lot more information out there. On the Asus site I compared the specs on both and they seem identical but I would rather someone else confirm that before I move forward.
I have downloaded ICS for TF101 and want to install it on my SL101 but not sure if it will work. Will try anyway unless someone tells me otherwise but it would be good to know in advance.
This is my machine:
Asus SL101 Eee Pad Slider
Android version 3.2.1
GPS Version V5.5.8
Wi-Fi version V5.2.65
Bluetooth version V6.24
Kernel version 2.6.36.3-00010g9a21fc1
[email protected] #1
Build Number HTK75.US.epad-8.6.5.21-20111216
MobileDock version SL101-0202
32GB SDCard
32GB External SDCard
I ahve downloaded US_epaduser9_2_17Updatelauncher.zip and unziped it to
US_epad_user-9.2.1.17.zip to put on the SDCard for update as I read on a note for TF101 users who are doing the update manually.
I have rooted the machine and have taken ROM backups and app backups so I'm ready to go but a little nervous.
Any help would be appreciated.
Jim
Hi Guys
I'm new at this hope you can help. I have the Asus TF300T and it is unlooked, rooted, and TWRP 2.2 recovery. (I have done a lot of reading the last few months) I am running the latest version of Jellybean from ASus which you guys call stock i believe. I would now like to have his extended power menu. But I don"t know how to do it. I also don't know if i need odex or deodex. And does that still enable me to keep the Asus version of Jellybean on my tablet or due I need mod version.
Hope someone can help
Thanks in advance
Linda

You actually got the right area, and here are your answers...
First, how to do it - remember how you flashed in root? Do the same thing with this zip.
Do you need odex or deodex? By default the stock ROM is odex, so that's what you want.
Finally, you keep the same ROM you're using. This is just a tiny mod to it.
I'm running this myself and love it.

Hey guys! Thanks for the great work. I just want to learn if there is an Omni Rom for Asus Memo pad 8 k011? If there isn't, than is it possible to make it? Asus' custom rom sucks.

Hi,
After 2 years I want to give my Asus TF300T a second life. I want to use it as a browser only (kiosk) tablet in the store of my parents to show their webshop to shop customers. The official ROM is pretty slow, what is the best/lean custom ROM I can install to get the best user experience? If possible, it should support the hardware keyboard. I searched for custom ROMS on this forums, but I don't know which one is most suitable.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Kind regards,
Jeroen

Hi Jeroen,
try KatKiss MarshMallow 6.0.1 Release
http://forum.xda-developers.com/transformer-tf300t/development/rom-t3237867
It is very responsive and gives a brand new second life to your Asus TF300T, really! Nothing to do with the slow and old official ROM. Much better of CyanogenMod too!
It supports the hardware keyboard too.
Cheers
