Slide to answer - Android Apps and Games

I went over Market and internet search...
I am looking for side slider, something like Widget Locker, but for answer/reject call. Also for end call... The reason is, because it easy to push on screen button, then still easy to slide up/down. Side slide is at most hard to slide.
I use to start new call, after old call is finished by person on other side. After call phone throws me to dialer, while I was going to push End call button, suddenly it changes to Call button and I did call - last call - It works on htc senese caller like that. I had to replace it with go dialer which does not behave like that (First I have to push who am I going to call, then call button will call). But, I like HTC sense more, also, GO dialer is a bit slow on my HTC Desire phone.
So I am looking for slider solution, to put control elsewhere and make it hard to use it accidentally.
Wold be GRAT if combine apps functionality like Caller ID and Widget Locker. And truly replace, or at least put beside original caller. If I use Caller ID, I still see original caller to blink over.. and If I am fast on my phone, with combination of GO dialer, my phone use to go crazy during call, until call is finished...
But my point is side slider as caller.
Once I had to try dGB ROM, and, i think, there was something like this, or it was only lock slider? ... I am not sure I don't remember.

Lol, my ear once accepted another incoming call from this girl that I was avoiding for ages... and I didn't even realise I was talking to her, thought it was my other mate.

Ouch!
If i'm not wrong, S2U2 can turn display off during a call. Great software!
I've tried two progs more: PhoneScreenLock and InesoftAddressBook.
Inesoft provide many features including display switch off during a call.
Phonescreenlock keep the display on showing info about the call, locking the screen.. but with long conversation you may frie your ear

Any updates on this one please? I have the same problem with running gazillion apps on my Polaris with my ear in call as benjb did.
Tried PhoneScreenLock - did not work well for me because its buggy (the lock screen pretty often appears somewhere BELOW the in-call buttons or start menu and needs to be switched to via closing in-call screen, which obviously renders it useless).
The InesoftAddressBook is not an option either, cause I already have other address book app and would like to stick with it (BTW my current address book has "slide-to-pick-up-call" feature, which makes me afraid that it would conflict with S2U2).
Sadly the Polaris doesn't have motion or light sensor... It would make my life sooooo easier with ZuinigeRijder's TouchLockPro...
So any ideas on what else I could use please? Thanks!
two things...
1) Are you aware that after you answer/make a call but before you put the phone up to your ear you can press the power button (not press & hold, just press & release) which will turn off the display, but not disconnect your call (or, turn off your phone)? No stray on-screen button pushing this way! With the screen off the "end call/hang up" button still functions and when you press it the screen will come back on immediately. If you need to access your address book or make a note etc during a call, press & release the power button and it will turn the screen back on and not effect your call in any way. If your phone is set up like mine and it returns to the home screen each time the screen is turned on, then simply press the green phone button and the dialer comes back to the top.
2) If #1 doesn't do it for you and you need software to accomplish this, then search this forum for MissedCallReminder (just like that - no spaces). Besides having an option to "lock screen on connect" it has a very handy feature (the main feature actually, as the name indicates) of being able to set up repeat reminders for missed calls and missed sms messages. Very handy. It can be setup to run automatically at startup so you don't have to remember to start it up manually. It also automatically unlocks the screen when you end your call.
Turned out I had bookmarked the app, so here's a link:

Buttons pressed while calling

When I'm on a call on my Elfin, obviously the phone is pressed against my cheek. Because of that, random things get touched on the screen, which sometimes causes the caller being put on hold, call being disconnected etc. I'm okay with that, I should take care of that. But sometimes the whole call windows gets closed, which is very irritating. I have to open it all over again to hold/disconnect etc. a call.
Is there a way out of this? Possible solution: While on call, one must unlock the screen to use it, (eg. slide unlock, or a simple button press like the camera button or any other). Another solution, don't lock the screen, just lock the call windows, so that it doesn't get closed.
Maybe simple press the power button to put the screen off ? =)

[Q] Get directly to dial pad?

Hitting the phone icon on my home screen gets me only to a boring screen from which I have to hit the dialpad icon. Thus, two clicks to get to dial a call. Any way to get a shortcut or whatever so the standard Google phone handset gets to the dialpad with one click, as it does in my AOKP 4.1.1 ROM on my One S?
I have found a very nice widget, Simple Dialer Widget, which puts a mini-keypad on a home screen as a widget. Although smaller than the regular keypad it's plenty big enough to dial on, on the N5's big screen. But I'd still like to know if I can use the plain ol' Google handset. . . .

Call back button in dialer like on blackberries?

is there any tweak or mod for one mini in dialer when your calling one number multiple times and when is busy you just press once call back button and phone is starting to call the number again?
the dialer will generally display the name/number of the last person you connected with, so just tap on it and it automatically dials.

[Q] Hanging up on ringing calls

Is there any other method besides swiping right-left on the ringing phone screen to show the hang-up button?

That's it for stock. If you don't like that you need to download a call app. I use Rocket Dial. It's nice and has a ton of options. It also has skins for all the various call, dial and contact screems. The skin I use uses a button press instead of swipes.
Sending to VoiceMail
Since I put in RocketDial, it still goes to the native Phone app when a call comes in. Now I slide and hit the red button and it answers.
I'm just trying to send a call to voice mail.
I sould have been more specific.
In Rocket Dial go to settings > Advanced Settings > Caller ID settings. At the bottom tap the Settings button. On the next screen hit Caller ID settings. On the next screen put a check in the box at the top for RocketDial Caller ID. This will enable the use of the RocketDial themes for incoming calls. Now go back 2 screens to where it has the Settings and Themes buttons at the bottom. Hit Themes. On the next screen at the top tap Incoming, Then you choose an incoming call theme. Scroll down and there is a theme with large Green and Red buttons to accept and deny calls. This theme is called Full Screen 2. Tap on this theme to select it. Now keep hitting the back button four times. After the fourth time you will get a pop up message to restart RocketDial to apply your changes. Tap the OK button. Now when you get an incoming call it will show that theme screen instead of the stock screen and you can simply hit the green or red buttons instead of swiping. You can do the same thing with Outgoing calls and Missed calls as well. There are a ton of option in Rocket Dial which is why I use it.
