I tried to deodex my fit running Fitdroid v2.0 using x-ultimate. Here are the steps which i performed:
1] Unzipped xUltimate-v2.3.3.zip.
2] Connected my phone to the PC via USB.
3] Launched Main.exe
4] Did step 1 followed by step 2.
5] Now when I tried to do step 3, It says File not found even when there are files in the origi_app and origi_frame folders.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello guys i am new here and i really want to share this with you. Because i see everbody is using root explorer to replace bootanimation.zip set the permissions to install bootanimation. Here is the short way to install it.
Firstly, go market and install "Rom Toolbox".
Then in the app,go scripter and press menu button and choose "download scripts"
From opened menu, choose "install bootanimation"
Then, script will be installed after this put the bootanimation.zip into external_sd or modify the script change the direction and put it there. Finally run the script, reboot
IT'S DONE...

Yea of course. You must be rooted.
But be carefull that this installs the bootanimation to the /data/local/bootanimation.zip
And you can change it to the
/system/media

I´m root and I use ES Explorer.
Just download the boot-animation you want and replace it in system/media/
Maybe you´d like to backup up your old boot-animation

But i think it is long way because i usually change my bootanimation and believe me replacement is a bit boring because you must change permission and sometimes you must creat link to bootanimation.zip if you use sanim.zip. it is really long. But using rom toolbox method you will download the script just one time and thats all. You can also back up your script. Of course it is your choice and you are free to do what you want.

Hi guys, I was wondering if there is anyway to get the ICS like task manager. (the one which has swipe to close functionality ) on our galaxy fit. If anyone can provide me a guide to do so or can port it to our fit, I would be very grateful.:good:
It's already ported inside cm9, but if you're talking about getting it to work on cm7 or Gingerbread it's impossible !
Sent from my GT-S5670 using xda premium
Why is that so?
Go to galaxy y forum there is thread in development(or in theams) section
Press thanks if I helped u
I've already seen that...It does not have swipe to end!!
I saw the thread on Galaxy Y forums, so... can anyone port it for CM7??

this is a simple task manager and i dont think its too hard to make it work on gb!!!! wht's say???
Go ahead dude give it a try..!!
Extract task manager.apk from system and put it in GB's system via root explorer and change permissions to rw.r..r..
or you can give me the apk if you dont wanna take risks

there is no taskmanager.apk in cm9 i think its a script.......tell me the file and procedure? ???i will upload it for u
Sorry but i dont know the procedure if its a script. Maybe we should just leave it to the devs.
I tried the Galaxy Y mod (I don't care about the swipe to remove) editing the .xml from framework-res.apk but I had trouble with it because I don't know what lines I should change. So, could anyone help me?
