I don't think anyone has tried to p;ort anyh radio apps across yet. Traditionally CM7 has had problems with FM radio implementation. You could try to ' borrow' a spirit radio apk somewhere (google and you shall find)... or in the mean time, use internet radio like TuneIn.

Make a note of it then check the DHD Development Forum radio thread to see if it's there in which case you can install it again.
But if going to stock you'd probably flash a stock RUU which unlike a custom ROM will contain the stock radio too.
Guys don't know if this is useful however I found that sometimes the radio which comes with the ROM isn't always the best one to use. For example with ARHD 2.2 I was using Mike's ROM with the official radio, and I found my device would often disconnect during calls.
I switched over to LeeDroid and his suggested radio, and this worked absolutely fine. So I then tried Mike's ROM again with the radio for Lee's ROM and it worked a treat.
I'm based in Italy and not sure if the ROMs are tested by the guys when developing in the UK, but I've found you can play around a bit.
Hiiii, i need FM Radio of Galaxy S-III, for our galaxy fit.
Can Anyone Help me for that radio? :good:
hi i have a htc one x att unlocked and rooted ,but the fm radio doesnt work on rom hatka xl jellybean 4.1.1 .it used to work on viper 3,2,6

Capture a logcat and send it to Hatka. His ROM is having problems and he's trying to fix them.

Thanks!

You should try out Spirit FM.
Hello all,
I went through most of the relevant threads about this issue on xda forum but I still haven't been able to fix it.
Here is my situation in short: I have a SGH-1257m with Rogers in Canada. My android version is KitKat 4.4.2. As you might know the 1257m stock ROM does not come with FM radio app.
I successfully rooted my phone and I now have SuperSU but I don't want to change my ROM to i1990 or i1995. I followed the instruction here: http://www.s4miniarchive.com/2014/08/galaxy-s5-fm-radio-for-galaxy-s4-mini.html and it did install the radio app but it crashes every time.
Please note that if I did change my ROM to i1995, I could have FM radio as it is part of its stock ROM so I believe my SGH-1257m must also have FM radio tuner chip inside.
Any help is much appreciated.
