NEWS: Mugen Power 3600mAh and 1950mAh for Sensation / Sensation XE - HTC Sensation

Today I got these news:
Mugen Power has updated their compatibility checks and these two batteries are compatible with both Sensation and Sensation XE:
1950mah
3600mAh

Thats some upgrade compared to the standard Sensation battery!

It's good that they are compatible with XE. Looking into buying it!

Having a battery last as long as this one claims would be great, but i don't think its worth the 65 quid ($105) and having that abomination of a case extension. Still think i might invest in an Anker battery.

It would be interesting whether this battery has really 1950 mAh.
May someone is able to confirm this?

Cannot confirm directly on this product cuz I have not bought it yet but I can vouch for Nexus S, HTC Desire and SGS2 cuz I have Mugen batteries for all three. Works like charm.

Mugen Power 1800 mAh battery for sensation

Hi!
A real and good battery is arrived!!!
Look at Mugen!
I think it will better than all stuff that you can find on ebay......
Wondering how long it will last since it's only 300mAh more then the original battery. Think you'll still have to charge overnight.
But can't wait for your results
You can buy a Htc evo 3d standard battery too, it's same size, and 3,7v too.
You must just return the battery and hyde the "htc"....
Just pre order, expeded on 22 july!!!!
But mugen power has a very good reputation!
And i waited this model before to buy a simply chinese product....
The new update ROM will improve the charging time, but i must to wait because mine sensation is not unbranded.....

I was wondering if you think it will be better to put the upcoming seido 1900 designed for the HTC Evo 3D into a HTC Sensation. From the imagery it seems to be the correct voltage and on other XDA posts they do say the Evo 3d battery fits in the Sensation. If anybody has any thoughts or review data about Seido v Mugen can you share them please.
p.s. I can't post the Seido link but it is under HTC Evo 3d accessories

Some friends have bought some extended battery for galaxy s and they are very happy about quality.
Mugen power are expert in battery, and when you read and hear good reviews about their products, i decided to trust them.
promise,i will report you my objective feedback!
for the other good stuff:

Better quality? And what are you basing this on? I had both the Seidio and the chichitec for my Incredible. I would never, ever pay full price for that Seidio crap. Did it last longer than OEM? Slightly. Chichitec lasted longer and was about a third of the price. JMHO.

1950 mah mugen htc 3d battery

Ok so we know that the htc 3d has the same battery container as the sensation and they can interchange battery's between eachother, if this is the case then the following battery designed by mugen for the htc 3D should fit in the sensation am i wrong ??.

1950 mah looks pre good and they are a reputable company for phone battery production, only question is are their any foreseable problems and if not il be purchasing one of these buets tonight .
Did you purchase it? If so, let us know how well it works
Waiting for stock atm, could be a month away. I do have the anker and chichi battery as well.
I dont understand why HTC not include this battery with our phone. We buy the best phone HTC has to offer now and they give us 1580mah battery and 1gb storage. This is not acceptable HTC!

Its all about the Benjamins. ($$$). If they save 2$ on each phone and wind up selling 1million, then they save 2 million bucks.

I can deal with the 1gb of storage, its the battery life the drives me MAD. We'll see just how much this 2.3.4 update will improve battery life. I can't see it doing a lot but fingers crossed though.
Any news of this battery?

so between chichitec and anker which one has the titled capacity? I found many ppl report the anker only got 1700mAh. Poor me that I just ordered 2 of them with thoughts of 1900mAh each.......
My Mugen sensation 1800 mah came yesterday ...
So I ordered this evo 3d today because it should give additonal 150 mah, which is approx 10% more than the orignal stock battery.
The evo 3d from HTC with 1730mahwas fitting without any problems, so I hope that the Mugen evo 3d will do the same.
Best regards,
dingolino
The chich and anker are the same, i think they are physically the same as in the same battery lol.
Have heating problem?

same size does not make it same capacity anyway, lol.
@dingolino : so the mugen 1950Mah, what do you think of that?
Has anyone tried this in a Sensation? Mugen is a reputable battery company so I wouldnt be surprised if its actual capacity is 1950. I would gladly buy one if it fit.
I have a Mugen for my HD2 and was very happy with it.
Now I have the Muggen 1800mAh for the Sensation a few days and I can see improofement over the HTC 1730mAh from the Evo, so I would expect from the new Mugen Evo 1950 an even better result.
So far my experience with Mugen is good!
Best regards,
dingolino

[Q] Which is the best battery

Hi guys
Which battery is the best for the sensation I have not tried and anker 1900mah battery but have tried BXT 2300mAh which I bought from ebay I have had good battery life on aosp roms but not on sense roms? just wondering
Anker 1900 seems to be the best. Haven't got it myself though.
I have heard great things about the Anker battery.
Will be getting one myself once i have been paid.
certainly the Anker, I have two of them and they have both worked amazingly!

What about the 2500mah on eBay?
Can u post a link for the 2500mha battery?
I hav the Anker battery and it works just fine, perhaps u hac heard of the touchscreen issue? For me it doesn´t lift the bottom of the phone.
Also the phone don´t get warmer as before...
2500: http://www.ebay.it/itm/2500MAH-Batt...826431?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item4ab6862c7f
A lot of people are pointing towards anker batteries, the thing is it's pretty hard to get one down here in Malaysia. So currently i am using MoMax and am having no problems with it. With moderate use (texting, phone calls, browsing, facebook) my battery can last 1 whole day with 30% still left..Don't have the picture to prove it but i can guarantee you that it has happened on more than one occasion.
what about these ones?
http://www.amazon.com/2050mAh-AceSo...72Z8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1334708111&sr=8-1
All those 2000+ mAh batteries are fake if they are same in the size. They put on the sticker, but real capacity measured is equal or worst compared to the Anker 1900/ OEM 1830 ones - as read from user who bought such batteries
can anyone post a link for anker battery ?
It looks like it isn't for sale any more..

I don't have the right to post an external link but you will find on Amazon.com : "Anker 2 x 1900mAh Li-ion Batteries for HTC Sensation, Sensation XE, EVO 3D, Mytouch 4G Slide + Free Anker Multi-purpose USB Travel Charger"

I found (and ordered! ) the equivalent on Amazon.fr. To find it on the french site, ask for "batteries Anker 2 x 1900mAh Li-ion pour HTC Shooter, Amaze 4G, Sensation, + caricabatterie da viaggio USB".
Maybe you can order it from UK.
Sometimes, the items I order on Amazon.fr come from UK (cartridges). I imagine the opposite is possible.

Or from the german amazon: http://www.amazon.de/Anker-1900mAh-...ZJMC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1334826376&sr=8-1
I also found this on the UK one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/1900mAh-rec...XHC0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1334826543&sr=8-1
I think those are the same, no?

How is 2520mAh HTC SENSATION XE extended battery works?

Hi,
can anybody give me advise on 2 x 2520mAh HTC SENSATION XE AMAZE 4G EXTENDED Battery + Dock Charger G14 Quality.? Is there any reviews?
http://orders.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.d...d=221144738403
i dont think a true 2520 mAh battery can fit inside original battery cover. So probably fake.(maybe around 1800-1900 mAh in reality).
I ordered mugen power battery from mobilefun india site, for INR 2270 (including shipping cost from UK).
I suggest u to look at this page: http://in.mobilefun.com/33227-mugen-power-htc-evo-3d-sensation-xexl-extended-battery---1950mah-Reviews.htm
And it's gone now. I can assure you it was a fake. No battery of the 'regular' size has a capacity that high. If I were you, I'd consider buying a battery from a trusted reseller, like Anker.
Fake, definetly

NOHON 1700mAh battery for HTC Sensation

I'd like to know if anyone have tried this NOHON battery for HTC Sensation.
It's 1700 mAh, for 10.99$ in Dealextreme. I think it's a good price, not too cheap, not to expensive for its capacity.
Thank you in advance!
I know it's not for our phone but I found this review.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1210544
There seems to be some speculation that they are the OEM for Mugen batteries. At that price it might be a good idea and relatively cheap enough to take the risk.
Looks interesting, for that price difference with Mugen may be worth the risk.
Let's wait some other people answer...

Anybody else?
for 1700mah, you might as well get the battery for evo 3d. Evo 3d's battery is 1730mah and it fits the sensation just fine
Wow and is it 3.7V as well?
