How Install froyo to gingerbread for Samsung Galaxy S Captivate.
Hello Guys, Few days ago I tried to use the skype in my phone but the front camera do not work for me, I investigated and the solution is install the Android gingerbread version. Could you please tell me how Can I do that?

I Recently I upgraded my Samsung galaxy S from Eclair 2.1 to Froyo 2.2 with a custom Rom, (SztupY_JPM_JP6_NORFS_ROM_0.2) and works amazing!
Unfortunately I had some problems with my phone and I need to deliver it to the dealer, and I will lose the warranty if I deliver it like that.
I need to roll back everything urgently.
Can some one help me to downgrade to Eclair 2.1 (clean) again, and also where can I download the files for it?

I recently saw an article from Redmond Pie stating that "Official Android 2.3.2 Gingerbread For Samsung Galaxy S Leaked". It also noted that it was specifically for the I9000.
My brother has the I9000T running 2.1. Was wondering if this could mean in some way if it could get 2.3.2?
If not are there any ways to get at least 2.2 or something better than 2.1?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 with 2.3.3 as the OS, and I wondered does anyone have any idea when 2.3.4 OR 2.3.5 were due for OTA updates.I have been on to Samsung and they keep pushing me from Site to Site. My carrier in Ireland does not know either.Can I Flash any of the above without rooting. Thank you in advance
i assume you're talking about sprint's new galaxy s2. i got mine about two weeks ago and it already came preloaded with 2.3.4

Telstra recently released the gingerbread update for their galaxy tab 7 (the p1000T)
how can i root it? gingerbreak doesnt work. z4root doesnt work. universalroot doesnt work. there are almost no posts anywhere about telstras gingerbread update. all that comes up is how to put other roms on the p1000t from froyo.
any help will be greatly appreciated!

hi everyone,
a few days ago i've tryed to update my samasung galaxy S2 from gingerbread 2.3.5 to ICS 4.0.4 and i cannot succed.
I downloaded a few versions of ISC and none of them was working.
I succeded in instalation and so one but the only problem was the phone function, which didn't work.
I must say that i'm a biginer with this kind of applications.
what i need to to?
My actually version is gingerbread 2.3.5 kernel xxk3i.
