Does anyone know how to enable the 1600Mhz undervolt on boot in SetCPU? I have to apply it every time I restart.

This is an excellent example of someones settings. It would be helpful if you mentioned what kind of performance/battery life you're seeing with these settings.
I just blindly set mine up the same way as in the screenies, so I'll have an idea after a day or two I think. I'll try to remember to come back and post what I've noticed.

I have been using No Frills CPU control and have no problem running Entropys daily driver which the highest clock setting by default is 1.2. I have run a lot of different ROM and I have had my best luck by setting my UC to 400. Governer performance and i/o scheduler noop or deadline. I generally get about 15 hours of battery life with this set up on most ROMs with the screen on for 2 hours. So.. if you feel the incredible need to OC by all means go for it.. but tis not necessary in my opinion.

scheduler benchmark results

I was trying to figure out which scheduler available in 'pimp my cpu' worked best...
my results were inconclusive, but I figured I'd post them anyway, maybe a stats geek will know better than me.
methodology:
set cpu scheduler using PMC, save settings as boot. reboot. using quadrant, run 5 benchmarks. repeat for each scheduler.
test enviroment:
LG G2x
rom:
Bionix 2 with Trinity kernel.
pimp my cpu settings:
max 1500 Mhz
min 500 Mhz
all speeds -50mv.

raw results:
Code:
scheduler Run 1 Run 2 Run 3 Run 4 Run 5 average
noop 3475 3931 3840 4224 3942 3882.4
anticipitory 3275 4004 4103 4099 3876 3871.4

bfq 4321 4268 4035 4008 3579 4042.2
Cool, nice for you to take the time to benchmark the I/O scheduler. I always knew BFQ is one of the best I/O schedulers available, that's why it is usually the first technology I introduce with my custom kernels.
I noticed that when using bfq launcher pro was smoother but my phone would go up to around 80% of CPU usage.
So basically bfq has a smaller threshold and uses more of the cpu's power even for light tasks and that's way it benchmarks higher.
Hope that made sense lol

Battery Life Thread with Display on Duration Times

I know there's already a battery life thread, but I thought it would be interesting to have one where people also included the amount of time their display was turned on for, since that seems to be the primary source of battery drain for me at least. Also if you wouldn't mind posting the average brightness it was set at, as well as any custom rom, kernel, or battery saving techniques you're using, that would be cool as well. And if you have a really long display on time, like over 5 hours, maybe you could include a screenshot fort verification too if it's not too much trouble. Thanks!
The most I've ever got is about 5 hours or so of display on time at around 25% brightness with sky ics 7.4, faux kernel 009m, -50 global uv, 1.5ghz CPU speed, and juice defender ultimate with 15 min sync interval. I can't find the screenshot for that one, but here's one that's almost as good:

No JuiceDefender or anything else extra besides whatever came with the ROM

[help]overclocking

what's the best setting for overclocking to 1400mhz without having reboot.
Raise voltages until it's stable. In rare cases, you may need to lower them. If none of this works, the SoC in your phone is too imperfect to clock that high (it wasn't intended to anyway).

Thanks for sharing those infos...
May i ask for some more?:
System details [rom, kernel]
What app is the one you use on this screenshot?
what theme do you use?
Battery life with this OC?
Thanks a lot
1. rom : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1399035
kernel : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1036996
2 hold volumen down button + power button for 2 secound in same time..
3. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1531222
4. i think it same as 1000 mhz "OC" , because i have same voltages for 1000 and 1320 mhz..
i meant what application are you using to set the voltages... sorry i wrote the question the wrong way

Here's some tips for balance of speed and battery life! (Works very well)

First of all, download an app called "Setxperia" , go to your cpu settings and set your governor to ondemand, and threshold to 40 (This gives responsiveness and speed comparable to higher end phones such as my galaxy s2). Second, download an app called "Deep sleep battery saver" , set the preset on any you want (I recommend strong) , set your screen on and off delay to 5 seconds. For battery discharge settings, set it to 10% , for recharge settings, press ignore. (Doing this compensates for power the low threshold uses) and there you go, done! Tested on my galaxy s2 first then sidekick 4g, methods work for both devices.

I only ever see a battery issue when I use wifi. But I might as well try this out.

Custom kernels

Anybody knows any custom kernel for lollipop 5.0.2 single sim? Recently been playing around with the cpu governor and i/o scheduler and i want to try out other new and tweaked governors which seems to improve the performance and stability. Just a side note, i got about 4hrs on screen time with wifi for my phone so is this good?
i hope someone develop a new kernel for the one E8
about battery life i get about 5:30 ~ 6:20 screen on time on wifi

Are you rooted? Did you tweaked your phone? Do you let the battery saver to limit the cpu to lower frequency to get more battery life? I find that having to limit the cpu makes the phone laggy when multitasking.

Yes i'm rooted but using stock rom
Power saver only works @ 14% battery
I'm just using greenify to hibernate unwanted apps
