Custom kernels - HTC One E8

Anybody knows any custom kernel for lollipop 5.0.2 single sim? Recently been playing around with the cpu governor and i/o scheduler and i want to try out other new and tweaked governors which seems to improve the performance and stability. Just a side note, i got about 4hrs on screen time with wifi for my phone so is this good?

i hope someone develop a new kernel for the one E8
about battery life i get about 5:30 ~ 6:20 screen on time on wifi

Are you rooted? Did you tweaked your phone? Do you let the battery saver to limit the cpu to lower frequency to get more battery life? I find that having to limit the cpu makes the phone laggy when multitasking.

Yes i'm rooted but using stock rom
Power saver only works @ 14% battery
I'm just using greenify to hibernate unwanted apps

Battery Life Thread with Display on Duration Times

I know there's already a battery life thread, but I thought it would be interesting to have one where people also included the amount of time their display was turned on for, since that seems to be the primary source of battery drain for me at least. Also if you wouldn't mind posting the average brightness it was set at, as well as any custom rom, kernel, or battery saving techniques you're using, that would be cool as well. And if you have a really long display on time, like over 5 hours, maybe you could include a screenshot fort verification too if it's not too much trouble. Thanks!
The most I've ever got is about 5 hours or so of display on time at around 25% brightness with sky ics 7.4, faux kernel 009m, -50 global uv, 1.5ghz CPU speed, and juice defender ultimate with 15 min sync interval. I can't find the screenshot for that one, but here's one that's almost as good:

Battery issues

So I'm running the 7/15 CM9 rom and today my battery is draining at an alarming rate. The highest percentage isn't even screen its phone? File attached. What is up with this? I've made one 2 minute call ALL day and sent about 20 text messages.

Have you tried InstigatorX's kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1721235 I've heard that it gives great battery life.
I would ask this in the CM9 thread in the general section http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1710289 if that doesn't help.
It could be wakelock issues, try to use BetterBatteryStats to monitor the phone's usage. It'll tell you which program or service is using battery. Could also try rebooting. When the phone doesn't go to deepsleep it stays on a specific frequency (CPU) and slowly drains battery. Programs can also cause draining if they're constantly syncing and using mid frequencies rather than low level frequency. Each frequency level (192MHz, 1GHz, 1.5GHz) has different voltages so if it stays at a specific frequency it can drain a lot. CPUSpy is also a simple program that monitors how much time the phone stays at a specific frequency. If your phone has been on for 8hours and 7hours is on deepsleep then there is no wake issues. If it says 8hours and 5minutes is on deep sleep but 384MHz (or any) and you don't have any programs on then you have wake issues or a service is constantly using your resources.

Here's some tips for balance of speed and battery life! (Works very well)

First of all, download an app called "Setxperia" , go to your cpu settings and set your governor to ondemand, and threshold to 40 (This gives responsiveness and speed comparable to higher end phones such as my galaxy s2). Second, download an app called "Deep sleep battery saver" , set the preset on any you want (I recommend strong) , set your screen on and off delay to 5 seconds. For battery discharge settings, set it to 10% , for recharge settings, press ignore. (Doing this compensates for power the low threshold uses) and there you go, done! Tested on my galaxy s2 first then sidekick 4g, methods work for both devices.

I only ever see a battery issue when I use wifi. But I might as well try this out.

What's your PCMARK score...true battery/performance benchmark

Since I see so much Ignorant in the Battery thread, I like to point out (rant) some things..
1. A person 6 hour of Screen On Time usage is different from person to person.
2. Temperature can have a great affect on battery life.
3. Signal strength can have a great affect on battery life.
So with that in mind, I suggest everyone try to do a PC Mark bench, it is fair and give people a much better idea of what of what they should be getting. To do this test here are the few settings you need to set
1. BRIGHTNESS AT 23-25% (EYEBALL IT)
2. Wifi on
3. do not disable Mobile data or sync
4. Clear all RAM before start
below are the CONTROL numbers from a stock rom (pictures are from greenbot.com)

Below is my stat, using arter kernel and foreverloco rom. (I DO UNDERVOLT MY KERNEL)
Is this ok? Running skyhigh 2.1 and darthstalker v4 rom. A57 cores @ 2.4ghz and gpu @ 852mhz with a -75mv uv all accross the board.
I ll post my battery result as soon as i can, meanwhile here s my previous battery result i got a few days ago... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=63851201
Here s my pcmark battery score too. I started it from 90% after already using the phone for a whole hour (sot of about 1h6mins)
ran pcmark again with skyhigh 2.3 ...running at 2.4ghz a57...

LG V20 Korean varian F800L CPU usage constantly high

Hi, recently i have problem with my phone. The battery is always drain so fast, one charge can be long for 2 or 3 hours max with moderate usage (no gaming). I check using cpu monitor the cpu usage always higher than 50 persen often at 60 or 80 persen.
I try to change the battery, but no visible differences appear.
Below i attached screenshot.
Please help, hard reset and flash new rom is currently not feasible option as my laptop just broken last week.

I've try using greenify and it sure extend the battery life a little bit but it doesn't stop the cpu usage that is always more than 60 persen (74 persen average cufrently).
I will try titanium backup
it dosent go back down to 307 mhz? somthing maybe wrong with the cpu setting. try kernel auditor app and use different governor settings
