Does anyone know where I can find the latest T-Mobile US market with the music? It has a free music section for T-Mobile users only and I was wondering if anyone could post a link or direct me to where I can find it. Thanks.
Well I'm rooted with cm alpha and woke up today, opened the market and had to accept a new agreement and now I have the music section, so maybe you just need to wait a little or try a reboot? I have never downloaded a different market.

Yeah, but the free section doesn't appear up. I guess it can't recognize the device as a T-Mobile one.
Yeh, I got the update with the music section but it doesn't have the T-Mobile music section. That was what I was looking for.

That is why I want the T-Mobile version because the free songs they have are actually good songs from well known artists.

Maybe it just has to update on it's own.
anyone knowif its the build prop that make its think its not a tmobile phone as i would like this too?
Install Google Music, log in, then reboot. Upon reboot, open Market app. You'll have the Tmobile music section.
I have never revived the update.. I received the Google music update and an email that said I would get the new music update and market..never revived

I bought an app while my phone was stock, NFS Shift. After updating to EA-11 then EB-16, I thought maybe waiting a few days would make my app show up but it hasn't. I logged into the market on my laptop and it shows that i indeed have paid for the app but my carrier is SeaMobile. WTF!!!!!! I'm lost here. After some suggestions found out in the wilds of the web, I went and looked at the /system/build.prop file and it says uscc in there so whats up? Is anyone else experiencing this? I am really confused by this. The market says SeaMobile isn't a supported carrier. I have bought other apps while on ea11 and they showed up
I've noticed that market thinks the phone is no longer compatible with the NYTimes reader, but that's the only issue I've had. I don't think it said I was another carrier though?
Mine did the same thing. I heard the desire did something similar after the official froyo too. Not sure if it still does our not. I'd guess it has something to do with the way google reads our firmware since it's not official?

Just realized that it says SeaMobile for me too. Weird..

I've noticed this too... Paid for NFS: Shift and Tetris when it was on sale and now I can't get them back since upgrading. Even after I downgraded back to Eclair, I couldn't get them back. Oh well. It is what it is, and I'm out $2. No big deal I suppose.
This is happening on both builds. The build.props are both correct for the market. The only thing I can think, is that these aren't supposed to be available yet so the market doesn't recognize the phones. I'm going to try a few things tonight.

Thanks for doing some digging Phidelt. Like I posted earlier there were a lot of people having similar issues when the official FroYo release came out for the desire. I think its just google being slow about updating the market to recognize the phones.

Glad to see that others are having the same issue. I had a feeling it was due to the "leaked" signature.
I haven't been able to find Bejeweled 2 and a few other new apps because the market thinks I am a Seamobile phone.
Umm it was showing SeaMobile when I was on stock 2.1
It isn't a bug, USC just isn't that well known.
Also as for NFS Shift, I bought it when it was on sale and I just upgraded to EB16 and had to factory reset.
NFS Shift can no longer be purchased because of some legal thing with Verizon.
Also people who did purchase it could not re-install it and had to repurchase it for 10$.
A bunch of bull if you ask me.

You have a skype app, that works on wifi and 3G? Where'd you get this? I've looked around a little but not a ton cuz I don't skype too often...but if I had it in my phone I might, haha. Thanks!

I don't use it that much either...only for my lady...but you need to install any version of skype you have, then install this one; from my dropbox.
This one allows you to place calls over 3G.

He means this particular dev will give you a refund within 24 hours. The 15 minutes rule applies to using Google for a refund.

No it does not. Only FullHDMI has that ability. Check my sig for more info.

The app, watch espn has some games, but you need to be a subscriber of a company that supports it, like verizon. Also idk if this app is still on the market but justin tv player had a lot of games, ustream had a few. I have been using m.veetle.com lately tho. All of these have worked when i wanted to catch a game in class (;

Sometimes if your not stock thought it depends on what it says in the build.prop file. You have to change it back to the model of your phone.

My new phone is stock. I have the Rezound and it is just not on the list of compatible devices so the app is not visible in the market and can't be installed from the web either (through the market).
My guess is it is because of the higher resolution compared to most other phones and the lack of testing, but I installed the apk and it fired right up and looks great. The only downside is that I may have to do this again when it gets closer to my trip since I am assuming no updates will come through either (unless my device is added to the compatibility list by then).
Thanks again (and yes it is 7 MB not 7 bytes, so it is pretty big)

Try using "Download All Files" app or use the Opera browser. This happens to me a lot when trying to download apks from the stock browser.
I hate to bump up this old thread, but we are heading to Disney in a little over a week and I wanted to get the latest version of the app and it still isn't "compatible" with my Rezound so I can't download it and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can someone download it for me (since it is compatible with the Charge) and post the apk?
