Did it - see attached file.
Copy it anywhere on your device, rename the original shellres192 to shellres192.dll.bak, put the new file into the windows folder (use Totalcommander), softreset and enjoy. After all you may delete the *.bak-File.

Is this for 6.5.x only?
Any chance of some for 6.0?

can you make a cab file of the patched file? I can't use totalcommander now.
Seco, would you be able to give me a quick explanation of how you did that? or link me to a tutorial....
I tried to find out about this before but I didnt find much...
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

tryed to post a link to a fine tutorial over there on hardwarezone, but the link was broken - best tutorials are right here by tsowen and so on...
-> you need three tools:
unsigner.exe to unsign the *.dll
ResHacker.exe to replace the icons
MSigner.exe to resign the *.dll
'cause I'm not at home I will post you a link 'till tomorrow, ok?

Sorry . Forgot to add binaries. Fixed now. Enjoy...........
AFAIK, if You have already installed android SDK You won't need any additional libraries. Just point to SDK path during the first QtADB start.
hi
OK add this to the roll up thread
WOW this software is really COOOL. I really liked it. Thanks a ton and keep up the good work.

arunmcops: could You mention in first post that You are NOT a QtADB author? and if You can just place qtadb.wordpress.com link instead of files as attachments. You won't have to upgrade files when new version will be available and I will know how many people downloaded my application
Hmm will give this a try

Solved!!

I need all the files extracted from this specific boot.img of our andriod P920 i can't tell you what i need it for but i promise you it is for an amazing project i am working on alone and if it works then you guys will love it too.. It is not a kernel that i am working on but it is important that i get these files so please help me get the ramdisk img and all the files inside it and i promise you it will be worth all the hard work and effort...
So please if your a dev please help me out and extract the ramdisk and the files inside i will be grateful. Please extract all the files.. these are the files i need from the ram disk it self.. but upload everything you extract please and thank you ....
./init.devicename.rc
./default.prop
./proc
./dev
./init.rc
./init
./sys
./init.goldfish.rc
./sbin
./sbin/adbd
./system
./data
So download the boot.img extract all the files from the ramdisk and give me the files thank you
https://hotfile.com/dl/150027044/9b2ade6/boot.img.html
seems like someone is using the guide suggested in the other thread to pull the lg proprietary 3d framework... I wish u good luck man. I really wish I could help but I am clueless as to how to pull the ramdisc files.
There is a thread about how to decompile and compile boot.img on thrill 4G forum under development + I guess the same thread was ported here under development as well, check it out and if you don't find send me a PM and I will tell you how to do.

If you read my original post this file sammo has provided is for you to extract the boot.img file of our P920 this way you can make kernels and stuff and if you know what your doing you can also steal a few files from the actual ramdisk and do stuff with it...
Im starting with customs roms, and i make one, but i tried many times, extract the boot.img, and alway give a error, if you might explain me, how to extract the boot.img. I'll happy all day, jaja, and thank you for everything, excuse me for me stupid mind.

lets make it simple for you first you must have ubuntu then you open terminal and type mkdir boot-tools this will make a boot-tools directory in your home directory then you type git clone git://github.com/bedwa/LG_Waggle_Kernel.git and it will save the kernel which you may and may not need and the tools you need to unpack the boot.img with and the instructions on how to use it is on the page sammo posted...

OMC CLOCK for GALAXY ROYALE MOBILE

Hey Guys,
Here is a new application of Desktop watch for our Galaxy ROYALE mobile.
Process of installation with Zip file.
1) First install the attached APK.
2) Dont open the installed file. As there is option to download (Full online Collection), So I have downloaded on your behalf. Just download attached .OMCThemes.rar & extract it to /mnt/sdcard
Make sure, all files & folders must be extracted into /mnt/sdcard/.OMCThemes/
Note: When you will extract that folder, it will be hidden.
3) Open the Widget & wait for next 2-3 Min.
Now you can have this amazing Watch..download it and enjoy.
