Have anyone tried to put the theme chooser apk in system>app form a older oxygen rom to the new oxygen 2.3.1 rom and had sucess?

So I installed the clear vanilla lockscreen the other day using MetaMorph and a .zip file from here:

Now, how can I remove this lockscreen and go back to the original Expresso one that is used with RegawMod's latest 2.1 ROM?

Push HTCLockscreen.apk from the ROM back onto your phone. That should restore it.
Where do I push it?
/system/app is where it should go

I was wondering if anyone could make a black ring for kingdom base roms. Im currently on Sacs v8 I flashed synergy an loved the themed lock screen but like 3.0 better. So if anyone could do it that would be awesome thanks.

I believe there is a black lockscreen addon if you look in the extras folder or if you use the synergy updater in your apps list. Just update the themes and addons using the updater to see any recent additions.
I've flashed Oxygen 2.3 which is based on 2.3.7 about a week ago and it's running smooth.
I went to UOT and cooked myself a file to replace fonts (F06 Sony Sketch), smileys (B2 smiley) , bootanimation (Nexus One) and lockscreen (Rotary).
I uploaded the framework-res.apk and systemui.apk to the kitchen and the fonts are changed and bootanimation is also working, but the smileys and the lockscreen hasn't changed.
Has anybody got a clue why it didn't do that?
Is it oxygen rom based on cm7 ?

I've got a two-day old Nexus S and I'm loving it. I've already had NSCollab and the ICS ROM on it and I loved the ICS feel but it isn't stable enough for my daily use right now. Can anyone suggest a CM-based ROM that has support for the Theme Chooser so I can put an ICS theme over Gingerbread? (Alternately, can I install the Theme Chooser on my current NexusMV ROM?)
Look for the deck 1.3 rom. It supports theme chooser and its based of gingerbead 2.3.7. I've been using it for the past few weeks and its awesome.

I've been running the Ultimate Crespo 2.0 for a few days now. It's based off CM 7 and incorporates theme chooser.
Been very stable and fast so far.
Does anyone know a place to find themes for a kindle with hellfire or if I can even create a custom theme

I see that you posted this a while ago. Some CM7 themes work with Hellfire CM7. They are in the market. I am using the LunarUI CM7 theme and it seems to be working alright. It is applied via the theme chooser app that comes with the rom.
Can I suggest Steel Blue theme also in the market through theme chooser.
