i'm running n73 right now and it's pretty nice. only thing not working in 2.3.4 nighlies is mms, which will soon, as there is a fix available and should be merged into the git soon.
the difference:
stables are released when cyanogen feels the rom is stable enough. issues are allowed to be reported on stables, and they get more support.
nighlies are released every night. they have all the newest stuff from that day. not always stable. but at this time, they have android 2.3.4 (stable has 2.3.3) but mms recieve is not working. again, there is a fix.
some people update nightlies every night.
I noticed on MIUIANDROID.com that the 2.1.6 MIUI is out for the Optimus2X. Seeing as how this is based off Android 4.0.... is there any chance of us getting MIUI 4.0 for our beloved G2X?
I think you are mistaken, 2.1.16 for optimus still ginger.
NVIDIA NEVER AGAIN!
the situation with ICS MIUI is the same as with CM9 and official ICS. We WILL get it. We need to be patient.
Ahh I didn't see that thanks for the quick response.
Thanx

I'm just looking for opinions which would be a good daily driver rom? Not looking to over clock all crazy just looking for a stable fast stockish rom tht I could disable 4g on....
And I'm stuck between skyicsbor the tc3 n the tc3 rom is looking pretty good to me...
I personally like these 2:
Sky ICS by seanzscreams
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1377087
Alien by romracer
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1376482
Personally I'd wait grab a solid GB rom until xboarder gets further along with ICS.

On my Note 1, I just recently changed from the excellent Beanstalk ROM, which I love, to the new Carbon ROM with android 4.31, etc. I am loving this ROM too! It's quick, smooth, battery fine, and it has a decent range of customizations. What's more, after I had been using and increasingly loving this ROM, they (the Carbon team) made it compatible for my favourite, goto device, the HTC One X. This device had always been beautiful when you get rid of the sense software and strip it down and use a decent AOSP ROM. Therefore, I'm currently a huge Carbon fan and haven't, as yet, found anything wing with it. I hippie this had proved useful.

I have a note too With stock rom. So you suggest carbon rom is the best?
currenty I use CM 10.2. But I flash PAC ROM, in the next days...
I tell you what, the Beanstalk ROM breathed new life into my galaxy and it was difficult to simply change it to anotheranother ROM. However, I love changing ROMs and luckily the new Carbon ROM is great! Also, at the end of the day you can always revert back to stock if you want. My regards and enjoy.
