Wow! After many hours of searching, I think I found the one any only site left on the whole internet that had this file hosted. I even had to do a bunch of Google Translate from Chinese and register an account, just guessing what the boxes were. But finally! Downloaded!
Can anyone recommend a good free filehost to share it and I will upload it?
Also found the 1.24.661.2 update.zip, but after using both of these ROM's, I can confirm they still have the dialer bug

Hello everybody,
Is there somebody around here that could share an build.prob with the information for ICS in it. Prefered a stock leaked version.
Normal case i would just download the entire rom and extract the file.. but i am traveling at this moment and dutch opperaters are greedy with bandwith allowed for us.

It seems I can't get a hold of the dev that made ASBS rom. His links for the download of his Rom aren't working.
So I'm just curious if there's anyone out there that has the latest version of Android Sense Best Stock and could upload it to drop box or something for me and PM me the link. Just want it PM to me to respect the dev and not get a bunch of downloads from his own servers.

Hey everyone, I've tried all day to get a network signal but nothing!
Unlocked and s-off. I've tried all the roms i could find (about 4different ones) and even flashed the HTL21rawCH s4 rom, unionradio zip and then used the chinese unlock apk as ricky886 said and none work. The apk says my phone is sim free but i get no signal. I have fnoj1's sense5 gsm port installed now. It offers gsm/wcdma/lte option but the phone doesnt see my sim!
any suggestions?
