Custom Sense 3.0 or 3.5 ROM? - HTC Sensation

Which do you prefer and which one?

3.5 just looks cleaner. I don't know if there are also improvements behind the scenes or not, but I'm happy to stick with 3.5 for the time being.

I am currently undecided between Bulletproof, Sense o matic, and Insertcoin. Which do you use

I've tried many and right now I like Sense o Matic (without the bloat) a lot! U really need to try them all yourself to decide which is best for U!

Erm, none of them, what are they?
I'm using InsertCoin 3.4.2 for me to get sense 3.5.

I noticed sense 3.5 has 6 browser tabs and sense 3.0 has only 4 browser tabs.

used them all. I have been on insert coin loving baads work. IC ftw

sense 3.5 looks more polished

3.5 hands down
It's a tablet dammit! Not a BIG phone....

3.0 for me, ARHD does the trick.

Whats your favorite Sense 3.5 rom?

I wanna move up to Sense 3.5, and tried a rom (I forgot which one) and it was horrible. Now, I wanna give them another go.
What has been your favorite one? Please mention if you have tried multiple 3.5 roms, or just have stuck to what your fav developer usually makes.

I just flashed insert coin 3.5 sense Rom a couple of days ago, came from miui and I love it. using touch of blue theme on top of it & everything is smooth as butter, beautiful rom.

I prefer Bulletproof.

I'm a Bulletproof fan as well.

Energy. Great theming. I tried an earlier version of IC and it was really slow. That's probably been fixed by now, but I still like Energy's theming.
Many different flavors...u will have to try some. Now I like Sense-o-Maniac by V6-Maniac!

Sense-o-Maniac - Sense 3.5 v1.4.3 Beats by V6-Maniac ---> my favourite since v 1.1.
I think V6-Maniac is a good guy and I'm very impressed about his straight way to follow the "Sense-o-Maniac - Cleaning mission:"
With this in mind, I just have to dedicate my 1st post to V6-Maniac and his (in my humble opinion) great ROM!!!

AS many others, I prefer the InsertCoin ROM (mainly because of the battery savings).
Android Revolution HD or Energy which is better?
I prefer insertcoin. For me it feels faster and battery life seems improved compared to ARHD.
I use ARHD myself, test them all myself. They all have there plus and minus but for a T-Mobile user its a simple as flash and go . I haven't had to screw around with flashing radios and such either with this ROM. I also use SPB mobile shell on all Android devices so no matter which phone I grab , throw my sim card in or which tablet I grab my shell is always the same as well as the placement of all my icons, folders, programs etc. Thanks to titanium backup and a few other tweaks. If you haven't taken a look at SPB shell in a while it might be time to take another look , they have come a long way since win-6.5 days.
Later.

best sense 3.5 rom

hi guys,
would you mind sharing your preferred sense 3.5 rom?
This is for the wife's phone so it's more fore stable rom for daily use.
Thanks
InsertCoin worked well when I tried it. I'm staying put with Sense 3.0 though, because Sense 3.5 doesn't play nicely with using Exchange ActiveSync with Gmail (although that might not matter in your case).
To be honest though, Sense 3.0 looks nicer to me.. Sense 3.5 just seems black and white everywhere, even when using the Blue sky theme..

I would agree InsertCoin is very nice, but what did you mean about exchange/active sync what was your issue? Curious :\
Bulletproof ; http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1214023 2.x (3.5 version) very nice rom, super underrated...
im gonna have to say RC3dMix is the best sense 3.5 ROMs stable, fast and many many tweaks to play with

Sens3y while LeeDroid is bringing his build back up to speed.
well I think that's got just about all of them covered
might be best to take a look at each on in the Dev forum and see what looks best.
almost all are reliable, and basically it will come down to a personal decision about which one you like the look of most.
I am using LeeDROiD SuperSensational V4.0.0 . Fast and stable.
I would definitely have to say Bulletproof, I have tried other 3.5 roms and I kept getting freezing and f/c. Bulletproof is the only one without errors
Sent from my HTC Sensation Z710e using Tapatalk
ive tried many roms so far my favorites are digitalized with ICS theme and leedroid supsersensational
Using SENSEaY 2.0.0 myself. It'd been top notch for me, except for 1 nagging issue. Some apps in the market will tel me they aren't compatible with my device. Not even hardware reliant apps. I'm talking apps like Yelp and TripIt. lol

Bulletproof is the best. No bugs whatsoever. Roman is a great dev.
I agree on the bulletproof...best rom i've used to date on my Sensation(and I've tried most of them) Not saying others are bad but something about BP just felt right...stable..nice extras...and for me the real thing that kept me using it was my ridiculously amazing battery life. I'm a heavy user on my phone(it doesn't leave my hand) and I'd easily get 13+ hours without a charge. Usually I'd just through my phone on the charger before I went to bed and it was just hitting the red.

What's the Best most Stable/Fastest 3.5 ROM?

Just rooted and running Android Revolution 3.6.7 (3.0 Sense) with Beats Audio and Thyparancy - Honey HD Theme. Everything works fine - fast and stable, but I'd like to check out a ROM running 3.5 sense. I love Beats Audio and would love to get that with a stable fast and reliable 3.5 Sense ROM. Any suggestions, based on personal experience?
Thanks
Sense-O-Maniac is a great one and no bloat! Check out its thread for details....
InsertCoin & Elegancia.....are the best =]
Sensay
Gotta love the tweaks options within ROM

Agreed, 3.5 is much slower for me. A lot of it's UI changes don't really help the interface either. Also, love that SNL reference.

Sense roms

I know this has probably been asked plenty of times, but I'm bored of cyanogenmod (again) and wanted people's opinions on the best as we seem to be getting a lot of official support now. Which sense rom is your favourite and reasons why please?
I've had my fun with ICS and am now waiting for a stable release so no ICS recommendations for ICS please.

Choice of ROM is a very personal thing but at the moment I am using Endymion v3 and am extremely happy with it. It just seems to work, and I use it heavily for work - Bluetooth, Wireless, Calls, SMS, Camera, GPS etc

I'm Endymion V3 and just wouldn't consider anything else to be honest .The help and support lowveld gives is amazing
i also use endymion v3 if i had the delight to use sense
I use Endymion 2.2 with the fixes from 3.0. I only like the stock look, so don't feel the need to theme and lose 200+mb.
It's all personal preference!

+1 to endymion v3 here too!! great sense 3.5 rom, excellent battery life and awesome tweaks!
The only gripe I have is the the sense 3.5 dockbar, I find it ugly and somewhat blown up, especially with the text (applications, personalization)
kept changing between the two-button bliss bar and stock 3.5 bar and couldn't settle on either
hope someone would make a sense 3.0 /2.1 dockbar mod for it!!
Is there a way to sense 3.5 rom has a normal font for the screen of our Desire S? Small fonts is something that annoys me a lot, and see how Rhyme rom only has something like that, but it seems that unfortunately proxuser left development of the Rom :/

Yeh.. I sort of got used to it now though
However when I went to use a Desire S in the store again, 2.1 sense, the icons and fonts were massive!! I was like wow!!
Also I used the Sensation XL, and sense 3.5 looks lovely on it, the icons are all giant and easy to see!

Hey guys I am a Droid incredible 2 user, but my buddy has a mt4g. I rooted it for him and I need a sense 2.3x rom that's fully stable. Is there one? The ones I could find (using my phone) all have a bug (camcorder fc..) or I don't know enough about the rom to just make him try it.
That being said, what ya got?

Nothing that I can think of has zero issues out of the box. There are patches for the two major issues with runnymede ports. Namely small mms and upside down front facing camera.
Android revolution 7 v2 doesn't have the camcorder issue. I'd start there.
I'm using HoneySmartDroid and I don't have no bugs or issues so far its ported by invasion2

Yes. It's usually small unnoticable bugs. The only major ones I can think of are the camera and small mms....although I don't have that problem.
I don't either and the DoubleShot camera fixed the camera for me.
Yeahp
I'm using RunnyDroid and DoubleShot camera and it's stable. I don't text or tether though. I assume it also has the usual "3.5 bugs"
If you don't mind running Sense 3.0 instead of Sense 3.5, get Virtuous Unity and flash Doubleshot camera. 0 bug solution.

I have tried several of them, and at the top of the list is definitely Android Revolution 7.0.2 & CoreDroid 1.2. If there are any issues, they are not very noticeable. I'm not a camera user though so I can't speak on that, if that's an issue.
