Yesterday I put CM7 nightly 144. build on my Desire and found new android version. But I can't find any info on the net what's new in this version. Does anyone have some link with changelog or know the diffs?

iCEWICH is based on cm nightly, ics love is based on cm 7.1 stable.

I noticed on MIUIANDROID.com that the 2.1.6 MIUI is out for the Optimus2X. Seeing as how this is based off Android 4.0.... is there any chance of us getting MIUI 4.0 for our beloved G2X?

On my phone when is start the cammera app it craches, does any one have soltion for this?

Virtuous quattro is a VERY old rom, of course camera doesn't work. You should try Cyanogenmod 9, BlindICE or AOKP.

Sorry mate, but which part of "Very Old" do you not understand? The last update to this ROM was 5 months ago - that is a lifetime in the development cycle of ICS. Virtuous Quattro was one of the very first attempts at porting ICS, and that was even before the devs had the One S and One V to work from.
If you want ICS then you need to look at an up-to-date ROM, such as Fallout, or take the advice of shrome99 and try one of those he recommended - up to you. But you will get zero support on a ROM that is no longer being actively developed.
If you like that ROM, try out cm9, it's exactly the same but more functions work like the camera
