try format cache

Check using 4ext recovery if possible that your cache is EXT4, what serious do you get when trying to format cache?
This thread shouldn't be posted in this development section, I have requested that it's moved . The end of the first post on the main index thread, see last link in my signature, has a section all about this possible issue

I think this is a symptom of the infamous fried eMMC chip problem, however I recall reading that this can occur if the partition table is corrupted. Read this thread for more information.

Sound like the above I'm afraid. Hope you mangae to get it sorted tho

Hopefully, it may not be the infamous emmc issue, it's worth your time to check whether you *may* be affected.

How to use ADB Shell

Hey, i almost bricked my device, after a radio flash i had these lines in recovery
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
Now, i restored a nandroid backup and the phone switched on !! Checked the radio, it was the new one. I wanna know where i can download ADB from, and how i can get a dumb like the guy gets in this thread's step 8 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1150917
This is so i can check my phone
I had the same errors. The problem was overheating (I had it charging while before) So I would reccomend to frst fully charge, then let it cool down for a 10 minutes or so, and then S-OFF/root/flash ROM.

Shouldn't be much of a problem to find what you need. The XDA-forum also has some very usefull guides regarding the subject

I had the similar problem when I was using godmode stuff. Reflashing the recovery normally fixed that for me so give that a shot. Idk what's going on with that but it must have something to do with the way it mounts the system within recovery between the two. Recoveries aren't exactly my specialty
Reinstall the recovery manually, that always fixes it for me.
