Hi everyone .. i've huawe u8180 locked at mobinil .. i tryed to rom it but it Stop at operator logo
i've rotted it the i installed rom manager and when i choose flash clockworkmod i cant find huawei u8180 only 8160 aand 82xx Was found i chosed the 8160 and when i reboot to recovery mod-it stop at operator logo and doesnt make any thing .. sry for my ban English
Get clockworkmod working
Try this link to get clockworkmod working again and then use that to flash your rom.

It worked on my U8180. I used the reckovery manager method. But you could try his fastboot method to replace the version of clockworkmod you put on before. Once that's up and running you should be able to flash your rom. It's worth a go.

1st Thank you for this forum, in 5 days I really learned and I have known a lot!
I have a U8150 IDEOS Vodafone Italy Android 2.2,
I tries to Install the update-cm-7-20120322-NIGHTLY-u8150-signed.zip from Recovery menu already installed, but can’t, (the old version, with 3 choices: install update.zip, wipe settings and another one (forgot it)
I installed Rom Manager Premium, and then Recovery 5.0.2.8 = I can boot from Recovery mode
After that My phone is recognized as U18160, and therefore I cannot install update-cm-7-20120322-NIGHTLY-u8150-signed.zip or other U8150 ROM from recovery,
I tried to install a ROM from Rom Manager, but still asking me on choice in Phone Model = U8160.
After many test I kill my phone, but now I installed an original ROM of U8160 from SdCard/dload folder with Red+UP+ON (Vodafone Italy) i have No wifi +Bluetooth and several slowness in games.
The question is: How can I change and return my Phone as U8150?
Knowing that I already tried this Solution:

Now I cannot start any update, for U8150 or for U8160!

OK i solved my issue
i copied dload folder from this Original ROM STOCK_U8150-B833SP02(Italy_WIND) to my SD card,
reboot
UP+RED+ON
Update successful
reboot,
my phone return to U8150 IDEOS
now i will tries to flash it with appropriate recovery and Cyanogenmod 7.2 for U8150

Hi i have micromax a87(NINJA 4) im new to android so i did some mistake and over flashed my recovery and then i was unable to flash custom rom and as stock rom can only be flashed by recovery i mean through .zip file as my phone does not have download mod . As i had no problem now i can use all phone and even do every thing but cant formate it and upgrade rom . As i told first that i dont have download mod so i cant do any thing so can you help me ,or to guid me to install download mod [My phone MICROMAX NINJA A87 (NINJA4)]
HI everybody, I need some help concerning my huawei U8100, i was on a custom rom CM7 and it was runing fine, yesterday I tried CM9 and the phone freezes on every boot, the big problem is that CWM recovery also freezs, I tried to instal it again from my PC but it didn't solve the issue, so is there a methode to install again my previous rom? thank you for your help

I installed custom ROM(Cherry flame v2.0) to my device(Archos 45 Platinum), and now my device just randomly crashes. I decided to recover my original firmware, so i downloaded it from offical site and then i wanted to flash it using cwm, but the thingnis when i installed custom rom my cwm got deleted :\ I would install it again but i dont have pc anymore and my device isnt rooted. So can someone help me to install custom recovery without pc and root??

Im new to this flashing rom thing, but i catch on real fast if explaned to well... Anyways i have been trying to install a custom rom which i got from this site as well and when i installed the rom it loads up to the screen and iwas able to configure everything but it stucks after i finish configure it and and it only says loading for hours but wont go away .... Can someone help me please and tell me what to do???

1. bootloader is already unlocked
2.Phone is rooted
3.Phone is wiped before proceeding to install the rom

I did not flash the ROM that you mentioned (Primo-S)!
Which recovery do you use to flash the custom rom? I had some issues with CWMR and had to switch to TWRP ... to flash CM 11 on the Desire-S.

After rooting the phone (with CMWR) I flashed TWRP recovery to the HTC Desire S (TWRP-saga-2.8.7.0-unofficial.img)
After booting in recovery I installed CM 11 (cm-11-20150702-UNOFFICIAL-XNG3C-saga.zip)
Due to the limited space on the HTC Desire S I installed only a reduced set of GAPPS afterwards (gapps-444-base-20150818-1-signed.zip plus some Gapps afterwards).
