so i need to sent me device to RMA , but today i noticed that when i connected the device to the computer , its tell me device not recognized (but its charger), there is any way to do a unroot without connecting the device to the computer? i can transfer files to the sd card

HEllo everyone....newbie here..
I did the ICS update last week, and have not been able to connect my TF101 to my PC and have it recognize the SD card. I get a tone from the PC, but also get the error that USB device is not recognized and that the device has malfunctioned. I am trying to get root back and have had no luck. Has anyone else had this issue? Can someone tell me how to fix this ( in real newbie terms)?

Whenever I connect my phone through usb to my pc neither my phone nor the computer recognizes it as connected. Which is rather displeasing in case i need to back anything up to my pc and/or need to get though adb to update recoveries or whatnot. is there anything i can try to fix this...or could this be a bug within the rom?

i have a big problem with htc one x.. This phone is without card storage stlot and not connect with usb cable to pc. I test more cable but any one not work with my phone. Device manager not see any new device.. i checked on 2 pc and 3 notebook :/. USB slot on motherboard its ok. I upload cyanogenmod 10.1 to phone using airdroid and flash this with ClockWorkMod..i dont remember gapps.. and this time when i power on phone.. i see com.android.phone .... error. and i dont can anymore options... dont upload any rom, any files to phone and i dont can this repair..
fastboot mode not work in any computers and any cable.
i try insert simcard with internet connection but phone not see services of provider..
can we help me please with my very big problem? ([phone has root and update to android 4.1.1 another guy ho have this phone after me)

On my tablet USB port is malfunctioned, i can´t connect device to PC and have a stable connection...always resets by itself.
Also, screen is broken and totally black. I hardly want to safe all of my data from tablet but don´t know how?
Could anything, btw, be done via Gmail account connected with tablet?

Then there is nothing you can do. Sorry.
The data can't be recovered if the device is not fixed (especially since it's not on an SD card and you cannot boot into recovery).
You can try something like : [Q] Recover internal Memory date from a Dead Phone

hello my firend, i want to ask you Is There any way to root and install TWRP without using pc ?? because my phone cant connect to pc and i have try everything and everyway from previous thread the result still same, the only thing i never try is flashing another rom. if i can install twrp so i can flash the rom without connect my phone to pc. i dont know what happen, i think maybe my usb connector is broken, but its brand new phone, so i think its imposible if the usb connector broke because i can still charge my phone. the only problem is it cant charge and connect to mtp mode when pluggen in to pc
