[Q] How do you root the elocity a7?

I'm trying to get root r/w access to an elocity A7. I have root explorer but can't get the /system folder to mount r/w. It will only mount r/o. Have tried terminal emulator to mount as well but no luck. Does anyone how?

[Q] Trouble mounting system as r/w with Root Explorer

I am having trouble mounting system r/w with Root Explorer. It has SuperUser permission granted, and actually says it is r/w when I select that button, however, whenever I try to rename or paste something in the /system folder, I get a toast message saying the system is not mounted r/w.
Has anyone had this problem?
I am rooted, running Jelly Beans (TW based) build 8 ROM and LeanKernel 1.7.
I wiped data and cache before installing the ROM. Restored user apps and data using TiBu.

Cannot remount system as rw

I have a Sony Xperia M2 D2303 mobile and I have just rooted using kingroot. I have checked that device is rooted using root checker. My problem is that I cannot remount system folder as rw.
so I cannot copy any file to /system folder. When I try to install an application as a system app to /system folder it fails. I have tried ES file explorer to set write permission to system folder but without success.
What can I do?
