I am to assume that were still waiting on official GB because of 2.3.5? Now that its out should we expect an official release soon? I'm waiting impatiently for that kernel source to be released. At this rate we may be lucky if we get GB kernel source by the end of the year.

I think he's referring to the J. Its the tenth letter so it should've been made in October. As is the pattern with other releases. I guess it just means when its intended to be "released" when its completed.

my question is we are finding all these updates so frequently, and there are so many, why aren't any being released officially from samsung? are there that many test roms /bugs that they fear releasing an official update? don't get me wrong, i love updates, but i'm just curious. maybe they are releaseing them unofficially through here to prevent any liability or complaints as they would thru an official update? boy i hope they resolved the wifi issue finally after like 8 updates lol.

So like every rom I tried, it work great except for....
There is no perfect cure. Starting to understand that is the new status quo. No offence intended towards those that make our phones good to great.

This issue has been starred in CyanogenMod so maybe it will get fixed. CM7 now supports both BB so seems reasonable this fix may be on the way

Noticed when editing some build prop things like PPI that this section of the prop read ro.wifi.channels=
