i am also trying to root the same model but unable to root.
tried almost every apps that are stated for gingerbread 2.3.4
I tried almost all .I tried using adb shell..but unable to root..

there is no Root for 20b, or 21B, will have to just patiently wait for someone to come up with a new way to Root.
V20 is good rom but i can't root it. Plz help me. thanks

rooting and operating system Upgradation is not same
first root the phone then search kitkat available for your phone on official site of motorola
