Hi
I just bought Reckless Racing from market.
But the game wont start - the game starts but closes after a second or two. It doesn't give any kind of error-message, it just returns me to the homescreen.
The lite version ran without a problem.
I'm using a Desire HD - standard rom - running launcherpro.
Does anybody know this error?
Anybody having any ideas to solve this?

I play O&C on my Transformer, and I haven't modified my build.prop at all. I honestly don't think it's required anymore. And I'm using the APK for the XOOM, which isn't modified at all....

I can confirm Hero of Sparta works (xoom version). Crap game though.
Now we just need Brazooka to modify some more apk's for us!
Where you at Brazooka?!? I'd happily donate some funds through paypal for you to try Lets Golf 2, Eternal Legacy, Shadow Gaurdian etc.

1.0.9 is what I have. (from the Xoom)
Do they work perfectly? Playable? Other issues?
I have the Xoom Nova 1.1.4 and the screen is off centered a bit downwards, meaning that the touch buttons have to be pressed slightly on top, which is annoying. Plus, there is this black bar over the top.

All of the games/versions I have listed run perfect on our (or at least my) Transformers. No problems or glitches that I can see.

Please read the first post. I am not providing any apks or sd files.
There is no reason to use the Xoom version of Asphalt 6. Asphalt 6 is now available for the Transformer.
I appreciate this information. I am in a similar boat as you. I have managed to obtain the Tegra modified 9mm apk but it force closes immediately after launching the game. What ROM are you using? I am on the latest Revolver ROM and I think that may be the issue. Thanks.

Just to let you know I have already emailed gameloft regarding games not being found on the market for the asus meaning people who upgrade from other tablets or phones cannot then obtain their products legally when they have already paid for them.

if more people email gameloft in regards to the issues you may see more games coming out on the asus and honeycomb roms...
How exactly did you guys get 9mm running.
I tried the tegra2 1.0, tegra2 1.0.1, adreno 1.0 with chainfire3d - qualcom driver - reduce texture size and quality.
First two produced black screen and crash to desktop, third one i could play a while but crashed when loading forth or fifth level.
you should use apk adreno LOW,not adreno only (if not low,the game won't work good or nothin)with sd files from lg dual\3d plus 200 or 300 mb that you download via wifi,and then use chainfire with setting write in the 9mm 3ad..hope this helps you mate!

You don't need Chainfire to run 9mm. There is a Tegra 2 modified apk out there. See these posts:

poetter747, not sure why you can't get it running. It works without issue for me, running Revolver 3.5.2. I would suggest uninstalling the game, deleting any sd files associated with it, and then reinstall the app and let it download the game data again. Maybe some rogue information from a previous install is messing with things?
The Tegra2 version doesn't work. It just crashes.

Im using stock 3.2. Works perfectly, including mulitplayer.
But I've read that after the 1.1 update the tegra2 modified 9mm didn't work.
Brazooka then released a new apk that works with 1.1. You should check you have the right version.
the mate. You were right. Uninstalled, deleted SD files. Now it's running with tegra2 v1. 0.1. Next I need to find out if it still crashes after third level. But that 's for tomorrow.
anybody come across with the FONT error? i mean like if you are searching apps on play store (market) and suddenly the word become blur and unreadable. but after i reboot the phone it works just fine. Any comment would be appreciated .
This is a known problem of ICS ROMs, which is expected to be fixed when HTC release ICS for this phone.
Sometimes restating the Launcher works, but a reboot is guaranteed to clean things up.

So far something very strange happens with 3 games. The touchscreen and capacitive buttons stop responding altogether and I have to repeatedly turn on off the screen and somehow get to the homescreen. After that I have to go into running services and kill the game to get the phone working. But even then it's very slow and only a reboot fixes it. It's not a problem with all games but currently asphalt 6, oscura and riptide GP are giving me this problem.
All 3 games were running fine in ICS but not after updating to jelly bean. I am running rooted stock 4.1.1. Anyone else having these problems?
Eh it seems like the problem is fixed in 2 games by just reinstalling them.

Problem still with asphalt 6. Please can someone report on asphalt 6? I suppose I should reinstall the data as well but it takes so much time and not sure if that would help.
they probably didn't make the game compatible with jellybean yet. I know when I first switched to ICS there were alot of games that wouldn't work because they werent compatible with ICS. I know a game called "the world of magic" wouldn't work with ICS at first. But it works fine now.
maybe you have to wait and see if that game gets an update

Also for me: Asphalt 6 doesn't work on JB, while it had no problem with ICS. Same after reinstalling the game and downloading the data.Gotta wait for updates, I think. :crying:
Change your governor to Smartassv2 it is much smoother than Ondemmand.

Issues with games and Dolphin browser
I am having issues with several games on my Transformer Prime Jelly Bean. The high end games will just shut down, the screen calibration is off and Dolphin will shut down after a few minutes or refuse to load pages. A restart seems to restart the process. I am using the Black Bean 2 ROM.

I tested RR3 on TF101 with CM10.1 but that's lag a lot.
Is it possible to explain how to configure CM10 to avoid this lags ?

I haven't used CM10, but if you can overclock try that first. Check my sig for a free app to do it.
You can overclock natively in CM10, it's in performance settings, no app needed.

The update is causing lag.

I been playing RR3 on my modded stock rom tf101 and it didn't lag at all...ran perfect along with NFS most wanted...idk but seems to me that these roms y'all have seems to help smoothness and newness of your tf101 but if nothing is wrong then no need to fix or use different ROMs causing your tab to think differently and run harder...but that's just my opinion on this tab as I'm a heavy customizer on other phones...try the touch booster

The problem that I have is that I cannot install this game.
Device is not compatible.

Could be a vareity of things, like Build.prop, screen dpi, or market region.
Theres a real racing 3 config app on the play store that lets you choose graphics presets, lags on my tf300 too but if i put it on low-high preset it runs fine.

I downloaded the APK over on the Nexus 7 forum & that was a post at the beginning of the month. I don't know if there is an updated version or not. If there is I would like to try it. There is a MOD to the graphics setting to make the mirrors work. I did try it & the game was almost unplayable. I reverted back to the original setting. I am rooted but completely stock & the game is really smooth with the normal settings.
