Can not send SMS/mms - Samsung Infuse 4G

Lost ability to send texts I can receive texts but no longer send.
Running stock 2.2.1 rooted with CWM. I went into *#*#4636#*#* and changed in phone settings. GSM/WDCMA auto (prl) to WDCMA only. Rebooted and now I can no longer send text/mms but can receive.
Any help would be great.

I never text on my phone but you can try rebooting a few more times or factory reset...

I found +13123149810 by searching the net and plugged it in and I can now send messages again.
Do you know if their is only one number for Cingular in the us for the message center? Or should I be using a specific number? I live in the NE USA?
Thank you again!

No data transfer in Brazil

I could not transfer data in Brazil with non of the Brazilian providers. From some countries (Germany, Spain,...) I could not be reached by phone. My home provider is Proximus (Belgium) who has a roaming agreement with most of the Brazilian providers. Who knows the explanation?

I personally tested my TP (I have Proximus also) in: Germany, Poland, The Netherlands, Denmark, France, Spain and Portugal. All worked fine, recieving and making calls had no issues. I even used 3G on those locations, no probs at all.
It does not surprise me that data connection did not work in Brazil.
If you browse the forums a bit, you will see that in North-America 3G is on a different frequency or band then in Europe. If I'm not mistaking: Its the same for Brazil. So basicly: no 3G in America using EU TP (yet).

UK, FR, NL SIM help??

I've never done this before, but traveling to UK, FR, and NL in a month. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to going about getting a SIM. I will be using a Sprint TP2 for data only so good speeds would be a plus.
Been looking at Orange and Vodafone, but don't know how to go about getting the SIM. Any recommendations as to which SIM/Carrier is best for each country? Will be in London, Amsterdam and Paris. Thanks for any info.
Also do I need to unlock my Sprint TP2 for use in Europe? I think I remember it being unlocked from the factory, just wouldn't work on other US GSM networks.
Also do I need to do any radio flash to work in UK, FR, or NL?

T-Mobile USA Preferred PLMN Selection List

So, I popped my T-Mobile USA SIM card into my laptop's smartcard slot and fired up a program called SIM Explorer. As you can see from the included screenshot, there is a list of 28 public land mobile networks (PLMNs) that T-Mobile prefers usage of pre-programmed into their SIM cards.
So, on with the list:
310-640: AirFile Mobile, a regional operator in Michigan
311-370: GCI Communication, a regional operator in Alaska
262-01: T-Mobile de: Deutsche Telekom's home market of Germany.
234-30: T-Mobile UK: Now known as "Everything Everywhere"
204-16: T-Mobile: In the Netherlands.
232-03: T-Mobile: In Austria.
230-01: T-Mobile: In the Czech Republic.
216-30: T-Mobile: In Hungary.
231-02: T-Mobile: In Slovakia
210-01: T-Mobile: In Croatia
260-02: T-Mobile: In Poland

Nothing surprising here, is there?

Huawei P20 Pro Variants

I was completely engrossed in trying to figure out the differences with the variants that are out on the market. I think I've finally figured it out (with the help of Phonedb.net).
http://phonedb.net/index.php
L04C - Canada
L09C - Global Single SIM
L29C - Global Dual SIM
AL00 - China Telecom / China Unicom
AL01 - China Mobile
TL01 - Hong Kong
L01J - Japan
The biggest differences I've found is that the AL00 & AL01 versions have full support for the LTE bands on both SIMs, the L29C seems to be the most flexible as it covers the most LTE bands for the most countries, and the TL01 version focuses mostly on Hong Kong and southeast Asia. AL00, AL01, and TL01 also appear to be compatible with CDMA bands that the other variants are not compatible with.
Huawei's customer service, albeit very friendly and willing to help, did not provide accurate information about the variants. They didn't have any of the FCC reports/certifications available so the consumer could see what each device was certified for. I personally needed a phone that would work with mobile providers in South America, China, and the US. Luckily the L29C variant covers a majority of providers in all three areas of the world. Hopefully this is helpful to someone!
Just so there is no confusion, here is a re-listing of the Huawei regional firmware codes that are independent of the variants/sub-models of the the P20 Pro:
