I have 3 devices, the inspire (coredroid 8.1), a nook, and a xoom. Out of all 3, the inspire has the only issue connecting to netflix (currently 1.4.1)
It sometimes just keeps loading and loading the netflix screen. after backing out 3-5 times, I finally get the gray screen, and that's all I'll get. After backing out several times, I'll finally make it to the lists, where I at times episodes will fail to load....
so, how is Netflix behaving with you?
I'm running coredroid 8.1 and I'm not having any issues with netflix.

What Netflix version are you using, and could you provide a link?

I finally managed to somehow get my device S-off today and flashed Android Revolution HD ROM. NOW this didn't happen for atleast 7 hours after installing Revolution HD but now none of the browsers are loading pages over 3G and WiFi networks while the market and speedtest.net app work though I can't seem to get anything to download from the market. Any clues as to what might be wrong?

Can anyone help me, please? This is a major issue for me.
I use a htc inspire 4g with cm7 stable. I installed hulu plus from the market, and on several occasions, while watching hulu, the phone locks up to the point where I have to remove the battey.
I tried reinstalling hulu but it still happens. Any advice?

Are you overclocking?

No. Using SetCPU but I left it at defaults, to lower CPU when idle to save battery.

never heard of that. Is that part of SetCPU or CM7?
I love Cm7 but the only thing i can say is try a new ROM and see if it changes.
How did you get Hulu+ to run under CM7? Always tells me it can't play video.

Cannot get the YouTube app videos nor videos in the browser to stream over 4g. I switched over to 3g and it works fine and same with wifi. My neighbor has the Galaxy Nexus and YouTube over 4g works fine for him. I did a battery pull/sim pull as well as uninstall/reinstall the app. No go. Anyone else?

Reinstall the Rom or flash newer radios

I have the same issue..I have a droid charge also and it plays all the videos I attempt on my bolt without an issue on 4g. Like you say switch to 3g on the bolt and all is well..I've tried all sorts of things and NO BUENO!!

This has happened before and it seems to be a youtube app issue everytime..
+1
The youtube videos load but it takes minutes, that's if they load at all
It works fine on wifi
Also, my friends with Nexus have 0 youtube issues. And the wife's iphone has 0 issues.
More details
What is your ROM version? or YouTube app version? Where is your location? Maybe you should call not only VZW but HTC for help. My friend in NJ works well over 4G.
I am working now as of 2pm today. Wasn't working this morn. Weird.

The YouTube update fixed the slow loading issue.
I knew it wasn't the network because my friends nexus worked without issue.
Thanks everyone

I notice that issue this morning. video wasn't loading switched back to 3g and worked perfectly. not really a big deal for me.
I am also seeing this issue. HD Youtube videos take minutes to load on 4g and seconds to load on 3g and wifi. Non-hd videos work fine on 4g though. I'm seen it on multiple cm7 variants and across multiple radio releases (on the latest leaks now). Can be very frustrating when trying to watch videos or browse youtube
Having been using the One X for a week now (switched from a iPhone 3GS), and have been very pleased with it except for some hiccups here and there.
I am also having this trouble loading longer flash videos.
It would load out fine, but around the 3min mark, it would just freeze, and not load anything after that. I have tried it on wifi, lte, and 4g, all with the same problem (I can see that no data is being transmitted as well, even if I pause/unpause video). Also tried on the stock browser and Dolphin HD browser, and I'm still getting the same results. Anyone with any insights on this?
Thanks.
(Also, my One X is rooted as well if that makes any difference)
This might have something to do with the source, not the phone. Tried watching the same video with your computer? Rooting does not affect.

No problems with the source.
Can watch it on the computer just fine.
What about updating flash player the latest version?
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium
Yup
I have upgraded to the latest ad well
I turned off battery management, and that seem to help a little
Anyways, here is a video
hxxp://anilinkz.com/jormungand-episode-6
I tried to watch a few videos on my one x yesterday and today. My Internet is 100 percent connected and loads everything on YouTube except the video.
I hope I'm not the only one having this issue.

Stock ROM or otherwise? Any other changes you made recently? I know AOKP will not play HD videos on YouTube.

Wait really? I'm on AOKP and was watching HD stuff on YouTube just this past weekend.
I don't have any problems either...
but I run stock everything on my HTC One X from Rogers...
side note though, I've tried a few times while watching youtube, that my connection drops half way...
I'm on LTE, and soon as the connection drops, I lose all network connectivity... however, the LTE sign still stays on! but no data goes through... I usually have to reset the phone... this is intermittent though..
I had an issue uploading a video yesterday. Rebooted and it worked normally. Viewing was fine also.
