I'm sure others have done this but I brightened up the picture in PS and it's obviously a phone next to a tablet. Could be that they are paired together or could be the launch of the first ICS tablet. Thoughts?

ASUS padfone
you are reading too much into it
the only real phone tablet is the ASUS padfone, which was previously mentioned already on the original topic http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1289656

read the article & almost fainted. If this get's true (although soooo unlikely somehow) it would be awesome.
It just get's me thinking ... Optimus Prime -- Nexus Prime?

according to the article, it's saying Google / Samsung is copying the idea from Asus
http://event.asus.com/mobile/padfone/
By saying I'm reading too much into it are you saying that I think the phone and tablet are paired together? Because that's not what I think at all...
I suppose that they will just announce both smartphone and tablet with ICS
Personally I think the whole, empty tablet that makes your phone screen bigger is ridiculous. If you wanna pair the two, have the tablet half pump some power into the situation.

Can this be done with HTC phones?
I like the concept. It's about time, we can get a picture of our own phone/mp3 player on the screen, color included. Itunes has only done that for about 4 versions now.
Here is the link to the developer kit: http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/device/DeviceExperience/Dev-Kit.mspx
Which I assume will never get utilized by phone manufacturers, since Microsoft is leaving it up to them. Maybe for the newest ones.
Nice article about it: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2354491,00.asp
If there is a place likely to develop these custom .xml profiles before waiting for the phone companies to do it, XDA seems like the place.
Any takers on cooking these profiles up? 1 Vote for the Tilt.

I've gone through a few phones recently and many of them already do this in WMDC but I suspect you need a manufacturer that can be bothered. In fact, I remember my tosh g900 doing this a couple of years ago.
Hi
I am currently considering getting a Transformer Prime when they are released in the UK (was going to get a Galaxy Nexus, but the whole Volume issue has soured me) and I just wondered if there was a dock that just functioned as a charging dock etc?
I had one for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and it was great for watching Movies when I was on a plane / train etc.
I just wondered if there was one available for the TF101, and such if I could expect one for the TF201?
Thanks
Stewart

I know this is off topic, but:

I think ASUS are making a charging dock. Not sure though

If you have a terminal Lg 're in luck, because you can forget about all the problems you had with him, because now is launching a range of new phones that you can move all these heinous problems to a new terminal with a completely new hardware still more pointer.
Forget upgrading to ice cream sandwich in your old optimus 3d, and re-warm as a motorcycle can not update your new phone hits the market seeing a new version of the operating system and you can upgrade if that in three months next year as they take another new phone range.
With radio, wifi, GPS, send and receive calls, Fluzo capacitor, all in one device the next century that maybe it works or not, or would work or not.
Do not think most LG acquires a latest generation terminal and feel the indescribable feeling to see you cheated and slighted by an international holding company, is an extra few give you the pleasure of tasting.
Sincerely.

Looks legit to me.
Nice catch...I'm hoping that Google really has a new Nexus 7 to release, with Android 4.3. Maybe they've chosen not to announce it at the keynote, but the Nexus 7 is definitely due for an upgrade.
Hmm, I wonder why they'd 'accidentally' reveal a new device this way? Such a tease.
Looks like the regular to me, maybe just light shining off of the camera. If not, they literally kept it identical in design.
Edit: then I saw the video. Nevernind

I think that Google is good at "accidentally" revealing stuff. Just off the top of my head, I remember the Google now widget, nexus 7 dock, and the nexus 10 dock were revealed accidentally in ads.
Also, remember how we basically knew everything about the nexus 4 long before it was officially released?

Okay this may sound silly but here it goes!!
I'm about to build a new computer, but I only have one desktop monitor . . . and it's attached to the crappy computer soon to be landfilled heh.
If I have to I can of course disconnect my huge NEC widescreen monitor and haul it over to my bench, but what would be too cool would be to rig my little tablet in some way that it displays the activity of the new computer as it takes its first boot.
Because if it doesn't boot, then I'm going to need online help from the home-built forums to troubleshoot what I've connected incorrectly. I would like to have both computers at my disposal as I am building, in other words. I have never done this before, but I have (2nd Gen. DSL) WIFI here at home and I can too easily picture me hauling my monitor back and forth NOT! lol
I saw the free Chrome app (Chrome Remote) but . . . I'm not sure that would work on a new build such as mine because I won't even have partitioned my drives let alone installed Chrome.
Any suggestions? Can this even work? Which Play Apps would I use?
Thanks guys!
