I added key to registry for "CZECH" language but I cant not change to "CZECH" in settings..

No, because you must download language package with that language. Now you haven't files with that language so you can't settings that language. If you update system without that entry in the registry, your device download only language package with 5 languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian).

So there should be way how to additional copy language files to my device....??

No, way is used TouchExplorer and copy files to Windows folder but where to get them ? And TouchExplorer must be run for official Mango but now isn't working.
Now is one way - add entry in the registry and update to Mango - device download new files, and you can choice that language in settings.

No, because the TouchExplorer at the mango does not work. When you update the device loads the six language packs (English (USA), English (Great Britain), Italian, Spanish, German, French. Soon everyone will be.

Moto Q9h, European Edition Windows Mobile 6.1, Arabic Support

I am not sure if this is the way to post this fix, but I would like to share this simple but possibly hard to come by fix.
As anyone with a Motorola Q9H is aware, there is a European Windows Mobile 6.1 edition around on the Internet that has support for Italian, German, and English, (version: SHIP_NORMAN_AP_U_01_10_05R_MODEM4_U_40_11_40R_12_U), which you can download from www.maximus.ws or other sources.
The problem with this ROM is there is no Arabic support, however there is a fix, involving the following: Downloading a modified version of the segoa condensed font, the "MOBiDIV Multilingual Support 3.0" cab which supports Arabic viewing but no writing.
I will upload these in a separate post. You will also need Total Commander for Smartphone edition. Here is what you need to do:
1. Install Total Commander on the Q9h and then find these two fonts in your Windows folder (after installing the WM 6.1 ROM): segoe.ttf, segoeb.ttf.
2. Using Total Commander, select both files and then remove the READ ONLY attributes.
3. Using ActiveSync or total Commander upload the modded versions of segoe.ttf, segoeb.ttf that support Arabic to replace the versions inside the Windows folder.
4. Check they have been replaced by checking the timestamp of the two files.
5. Install "MOBiDIV Multilingual Support 3.0" cab from your memory card of device memory.
6. Reboot the device.
You should now have support for reading Arabic SMS and Arabic E-mail and Arabic in other applications. This workaround will NOT provide Arabic data entry, meaning you cannot type Arabic in e-mail or SMS or other applications.
I have tested this on a European edition Motorola Q9H (no WiFi or GPS). It could work for an AT & T version as well, but have no way to confirm this since I do not have the said device.

[Q] WP7 (mango) emulator language (unlocked italian image)

hi,
i downloaded the italian image and its working fine ! but my only question is how do i change the language permantly? everytime i reboot the emulator the language changes back to italian !
thanks for helping !
it can be hard . try to re-install that
already tried that. doenst work... any ideas how to get the unlocked image permanently to another language?
You're stuck
I've tried every possible solution to permanently set the language to English, but had no luck. I would suppose you're stuck with it, which isn't a bad thing, as it only requires a simple reboot of the virtual phone. After setting the language in the settings app, that is.

To check without side loading anything go to 'Settings' -> 'region+language' -> 'Display language' The languages listed there are all the ones you need to load with the CAB sending tool.

You can't add display languages that way. For that you need to install a custom ROM. Since you've got a Titan - there are ROMs available with full unlock and all languages.
Unrelated to that, you can only install .xap files on your phone in custom ROMs, too. Otherwise, if your phone is at least developer unlocked, you can use the Application Deployment tool from the Windows Phone SDK.
