I have just tried to re-install mango on my HTC Mozart and it keeps coming up with a error, then it started booting up to the bootloader all the time and now it wont come on at all
Is my phone bricked?

Hey.First of all,I don't know much about theese rom update things and I know that i'm not good at English.
PPC: HTC Touch Elf (Windows 6.0)
PC OS: Windows 7
I want to install Windows 6.5 on my Elf.I've read some guides for that.I've downloaded that for unlocking CID: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=320155 .I tried it like 15 times and got "Error 260" on all (i'm sure that i followed directions right).Then tried a few more CID Unlocker,but they all ended up to Error 260.
For example,on that unlocker,when it starts to upgrade my phone's screen turns off for 2 seconds,i'll hear the disconnect sound from my computer,and after my screen comes back with tricolor upgrade will stuck on %0 and i'll get Error 260 again.
I've tried with 3 different USB data cables but it's still same.And i'm deactivating my firewall/antivirus program before install...
Note:I've already searched on forums,but that didn't work.

My brother has got a Telstra HTC Desire that won't boot anymore after doing a google maps update. His phone isn't rooted, just stock Rom android 2.2
For what I understood the phone keeps on rebooting on a loop after the HTC screen.
I made him go into hboot to try to restore the original HTC Rom from the executable but the computer won't see the phone connected.
Do you know if anything can be done to fix the phone?
Please any suggestion is welcome!

i recently purchased htc mozart..and was updating to mango..when the update was at the end there was a connectivity problem and the update was failed...after that when i tried to start my phone its not booting up...it just shows the htc logo,vibrates few times and stops there...
i even hard reset the phone but still it doesn't bootup...

Hey guys i've got a problem with my HTC Mozart since yesterday. If i press the power button the phone starts with the HTC display an then it shut down.
The SPL was 5.12.xxx but with the Goldcard i've got 1.28.xxxx, RSPL & HSPL is no problem but if i install any ROM the phone starts only at the HTC Screen an go out.
The Phone starts only with the Power-Cable.
Please help me

i have done some stupid thing to my htc arrive. which is running on windows 7.0 os with spl 2.x i tried to install windows 7.8 without downgrading to hspl. rom updater started at 1% my pc got restarted and shown your pc is recovered from serious error. but nothing was happened to my phone. after next day morning touch screen was not responding. showing microp wrong platform(0×0) touch none. now i downgraded to hspl using dft tool and installed all available roms for htc arrive but touch was not working. i already have full backup of original rom and i have updated that one also still no luck. i tried y cable method 3 times but nothing happened.it says installing touch driver ok but not working.i have opened my htc arrive and pulled out the sd card and reinserted still problem was alive. i don't have warrenty for my mobile. is there any solution available to solve my problem? sorry for my bad english
