Hi everyone, this is my problem,
I bought this cellphone like a year and half and I rooted several month ago, but by mistake I delete the contacs system app and my phone don´t stop to say "process.andriod.acore is stopped", I follow different solution but nothing is working, I freeze the contacts storage app and the annoying message stopped but I can´t save any phone number, so my only solution is reinstall the sock Rom, I found the stock rom in NeedRom but is android 4.03 (mine is 4.04), My PC has windows 8.1 so try with many forms possible but the sp Flash tool don´t detect my cellphone, I tried disabiling the Driver Signature Enforcement and installing the driver but doesn´t seems to work " the device couldn´t start (code 10)", so I don´t want to format my pc and reinstall window 7 for reinstalling the rom, I´ll buy a new phone but I promise mi sister to give mine, so any help or suggestion is well apreciate. Thanks:good:

after i reset my galaxy note 10.1 because i think my device now has a virus on it...well i dont really now....but this is the what happened on why i think my device has now a virus on it :
i wanted to root my device so used kingroot...i followed all the steps and yes i rooted my device but later on i read some reviews that kingroot is not safe cause it is by the way a "just one-click and you root your device without the use of pc,etc" so i uninstalled it..after i unistalled theres this apps just popped out of nowhere...the name of this apps is monkeytest , timeservice, com.android.ap.provider....so i uninstalled them but every time i restart/shutdown and turn on again my device theres this message showing up saying
android is upgrading:
installing apps......
and when i open my device after restart/shutdown those apps appear again....whatever i do they wont dissappear so thats why i decided to reset my device and now i think i just made it even worst than before cause it didnt solved anything at all, the message still shows up after restart/shutdown and the apps still popps up again and now i cant use my device properly cause now its very loggish and freezes/hangs up every now and then and every time i scroll the screen (right or left) theres this voice saying h1 of 5, h2 of 5 , h3 of 5 ,h4 of 5 , or h5 of 5.....

Hi and thank you for using XDA Assist
I'm sorry to hear what happened but in these situations is better to remain calm because everything will be fine. So in order to resolve your problem and clean up the entire system from these junk apps i suggest you to Download the latest stock firmware from Samsung here and to flash it/update it through Odin (This will cleanup for good your phone) by using this simple guide over here
Hope that's help a bit
Regards
I deleted something which I shouldn't have deleted...
Hello! I have a Samsung gt-s7562 with this problem.
Firstly I thought this phone had a kind of virus since every time I connected to internet (wifi or whatever) it started to download a bunch of random apps and the phone were too slow.
So I decided to download an Antivirus but stopped just beginning the installing of the app. I decided to do another thing, this phone have the "baidu root thing" installed which is in chinese. I just looked into this app and saw a "paper bin icon" and just selected a bunch of things which I thought it weren't necessary for work... But nop. When I restarted my phone it became the "unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped" message. I tried the Contact, Phone, Sim Tools clear data and cache, but It didn't work.
Any tips of how I could fix this? Since I find that the baidu root is a powerful tool, Can I do something to repair that?.
Can I install a rom without use the download mode? I would love to have this phone like new.
(I have the same problem that the another guy here, I can't enter to the download mode)
Thanks!
