i have big problem I have unbranded HTC mozart and can't get nodo update.
I had 7004 and ulocked it by shevron then install february update 7008, now zune says that my phone is up to date
please help
i tryed trick with turning off wifi on zune 4.7 and 4.8 didn't work

To try install wp7 beta.
IVS beta is enough
then start update with Zune 4.8 beta
then zune 4.8 beta will install Mango final with driver.

you must just cancel your internet connection when zune is searching for updates! It's for NoDo AND it's for Mango, because MS want to make one BIG update..
ok. I solve problem. I updataed to nodo stock rom via bootloader then without any problems I get mango update.
p.s. internet connection was not allowed. i hear that microsoft not deliver anymore updates from 7008 to nodo.

I try Mango Beta, it's nice but after I go back to 7004.
I want to put chevron another time before put 7392, but now it's impossible for me !
I unload all programs, reinstall, delete host file, try another PC always the same message from chevron : "sorry, I'm having trouble communicating ..." Zune running, mozart was synchronise but ...
I think that Mango modify something in my mozart like Dfrouter mode.
Somebody can help me ?

Did you try to uninstall 4.8 of Zune? Go back to 4.7 and give that a try.

You should be able to do it. I had locked mango --> reinstalled factory 7004 --> updated to 7008 --> Chevron unlocked --> updated to nodo --> updated to Mango again, but this time kept my unlock via root tools and diagnosis app. This way is wayyyy easier than Ansar's way.

I would like to downgrade HTC 7 Pro from NoDo(7392) to ealier version of rom and then unlock with chevron to set Polish language and then install Mango but I don't know how to connect my phone... With Zune 4.8 or with WMDC?. Maybe someone can explain to me how to do this couse I can't handle myself...

With Zune phone is syncing etc. but with WMDC I can't connect and in rom flashing instrucion is something like "Establish an ActiveSync connection..." but how?
i had the same problem like you... and i dont managed it to work and leaved it as it is at 7392 (now updated to 7720) with no ulnock ...

You must install Zune ver. 4.7 because this version is compatible with NoDo. Ver 4.8 install later.
I go to bootloader mode and now checking connection is ok but I have some problem with Image version which is empty...

Ok I managed to downgrade to 7004 so now Mango.
I have managed to run Mango 7720 with my national langauge and chevron unlock after downgrading from 7392 locked so if someone is interested please give ma a sign and I will post step by step what I have done.

@omygoodness could you please send me how you did this? I only want to downgrade to unlock so I can put the special registry key to update to Dutch when Mango is available.

Thanx! It worked. Flashed to pre-NODO, then unlock, install registry editor, then put in the needed registry keys for language and prevent relock, then put NODO back on.

I have 7720 RTM in my tmobile mobile and it is unlocked. Last night I was prompted to do an update. This must be mango from my carrier. How do I update to the official version and stay unlocked?
Wondering the same thing!
Just got prompted to update. Doing a full backup atm, and searching on how to/if it keeps the unlock.
Only reason why I want it is because I have Navigon Select on it. Took me forever to install it right.
Does anyone know if I update from RTM to Offical it will keep it installed?

Anyone could tell me how to I update to Mango 7720 with the unlock as 7329/7403.
I've the unlock one, 7329. Ok, from the web I can update to 7403 by keeping the unlock. But, for next step, all web said to 7712. But, my Zune can update to 7720 at one shot, no choice for 7712.
When I do as the web from 7403 with the unlock, to 7712 from Zune. After I run "Connection Setup" at the last. It's nothing to help. I can't run the old app (force to revoke, uninstall), or deploy a new app (locked).
(I can restore back to 7329/7403 with an unlocked one)

Not quite sir,
because, on the web, it will use Zune (I think that version is 4.8.2134.0) update to 7712. And use special method to update it to 7720 RTM, like as run command 'ISVTo7720.bat' to patch the 7712 to 7720. (I mean at 7712 it can unlock)
but now, zune can update to 7720 RTM. A new version (4.8.2345.0) may do something more?

Because, I try by following the step follow the web, from 7329 to 7403 [ok], and 7403 to 7720... it's locked. Although, I pushed and xml file in windows and run Connection Setup.
So, anyone can migrate from 7329/7403 to 7720 work? without passing 7712. If yes, please tell me the step

Today, i got my LG Quantum. It is also in 7008, still Zune is saying there is no update.
