When I reboot my Desire S I get this screen... Today I learned that this is the logo of an British telco...
Is there a way to debrand my Desire S?

Thanks for your reply. My phone is S-OFF, Rooted and I'm running a custom firmware... Actually I just want to get rid of that Three screen
what custom firmware are you using?
This one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1220672
right. ive got a new boot animation for you.
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/12564111/Bootanim/Stock_White_Bootaniamtion.zip
download this and install via recovery
after that you should be back to official htc boot screens
Thanks but the screen that I'm talking about is shown before the Boot animation... Looks like it's in my bootloader, not in the Android image...

hmm, in that case i would suggest flashing a new bootloader, preferably the 1 i am using.
look in the sticky at the top on android development section and there are guides in there of how to do this
The information on my Recovery is this:
SAVA PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT-6.98.1002
RADIO-3822.09.08.20_M

You don't need anything as major as a new boot loader what you need is simply a new splash screen, which you can flash from HBOOT.
I followed the information within this thread to change mine, however this gives you the method to create your own with your own image.
EDIT: You would have found that post with a little more researching and had you just searched the forum for "splash" . In fact I'd suggest that you do try this as you'll see more examples of other pre-made splash screens.
Thanks ben_pyett, I now have a nice green HTC splash

Such a great advice! Thanks!
One more question, will it keep my operator safe?
It's T-Mobile by the way.

Its not about S-ON correctly. Its about beeing able to update software by 'oryginal' way. After I did root my phone I cannot do this anymore.
There was an update that showed me an exclamation mark in yellow triangle with droid's logo. I guess that was an error, wasn't it?
Hi evereybody,

on my Desire S but I have some problems.
In fact I've done a full wipe (Data/Factory Reset+Cache+Dalvik Cache+Battery Stats+Wipe All except SD card). Then I flash the ROM (successfuly) and the GoogleApps (if I don't flash the GApps it does exactly the same) and when I reboot this freez on the green htc logo.. I tried to manually flash the boot.img file after flashing but it does nothing.. I'm on the 2.02.0002 HBOOT, for any other precisions I'm here.
Thanks.
EDIT: When I try to install another ROM it does the same. So this is not a ROM issue but a problem with my phone.
A little up ! And some more infos on my problem, in fact I succed to flash CyanogenMod 7 it seems to be the JellyBean ROMs that don't work..
UP plz !
I guess you should have hitachi panel, it needs to flash special kernel version.
First check if it's really problem of you.

I recently purchased a rooted HTC One X, the phone is currently running 4.2.2 Liquid Smooth and hasn't been updated in probably a year. Do I need to update TWRP recovery first then install whatever rom I want to use?

Here's pictures of the current bootloader and TWRP version.
You have some work to do. First thing you need to do is get s-off, try the Facepalm S-off method. Then you'll need to update your firmware, go to the How-To Guide For Beginners thread in my signature for download and instructions. Then you need to flash the latest TWRP, you'll find that here.

So I've gone ahead and followed all of your steps, have s-off, updated firmware and an updated version of TWRP. Is it safe to say I'm good to go and can flash the rom of my choice?
Yes, your phone is now able to run any current ROM.

Recently I tried to get S off on my HTC one in order to install kitkat google edition.
I unlocked bootloader, rooted the phone and tried to get s off using rumrunner
but i got this error

Then I came across this video http://youtu.be/TaCVCTAmJXs
I followed everything he said but when I tried to install Android Revolution HD 82.0 from http://android-revolution-hd.blogspot.in/p/android-revolution-hd-mirror-site-var.html it kept getting stuck at the HTC logo when rebooting. And this is the current state of the phone.
I had not created a backup before I did all this. When the phone was working the OS was 6.13.707.106.
I found the stock ROM of that OS on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=53291671#post53291671
I tried flashing it thorugh TWRP sideload but it kept giving error saying MD5 not found.
Please help.

Hello,
After looking for a way to remove the "Bla, you're bootloader has been unlocked and can't be trusted, bla-bla" screen when I start my phone but it's not yet possible.
So I'm looking for a way to make it look like it's more "inside" the system by implementing it to the boot animation.
So I'm here to look for a picture of this bootloader warning, does anyone has this as an image and not as a picture like this ?

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I just want the image as a PNG or a JPG to add it as the first frame of my boot animation.
If anyone can give me this, I would be soooo happy !
If at the end nobody has it, I'll have to do it pixel by pixel by myself....
Stay tuned, I'll share the bootloader at the end, in 1 week if someone can give an image of the bootloader warning or in... 3 months ? If I have to do it myself.
Thanks for reading !

I saw a lot of posts like this but I surrended. Like I said on my thread, it's not yet possible to remove it.
Now, I'm just looking for a picture of this warning to add it to my boot animation. Make it like fade into the boot animation.

I'm not sure, but isn't there a kernel boot/splash screen before the boot animation? There is a thread about changing it to match other device or rom, so if I'm not wrong, you will end with "blah,blah screen - kernel boot/splash screen - blah,blah fade into bootanimation" and this will not be good. Again, I'm not sure what you want to do(maybe my not really good English) and just asking
