Is anybody else's weather widget updating? On my Sensation4G with Android Revolution 3.6.1 and my wife's Sensation4G (stock,un-rooted), the weather widget won't update.
It was not updating for me either a few hours ago

Neither does mine and come to think of it, neither does my e-mail and it is all setup in "Accounts & Sync".

On my Inspire, none of the htcsense.com services work, and I don't have access to the HTC Hub app. (It returns a "can not connect to server" message.)
I've tried rebooting, deleting my HTC account, relinking it with the phone, but still have made no progress. Is this because HTC hasn't technically launched it yet, or is there an issue with just my phone?
You have to go into settings>accounts> HTC and check sync HTC hub.

When you first set up your phone there is a part that mentions that they are still in beta and won't always be available.

I have been having issues with this, and sent mail to HTC about it. The reply mentioned that they are working through some scaling issues right now...
Any other uk desire s owner on the 3 network updated to sense 3 last week? Anyone else have a problem with live wallpaper freezing since updating? If so is there a way to fix it?

Hi,
Recently my twitter push notifications are not working...
Using the official twitter app
WHen i get mentioned, there's no response from my phone at all..
This used to be working, but im not sure when it stopped working. Could possibly be after the new twitter update for ICS devices, but im pretty sure it wasnt really working before that..
When i enter the accounts & sync settings page, I notice that sync is currently experiencing problems syncing twitter contacts. Perhaps this caused this problem?
Anyone experiencing similiar problems and have solutions, please share them with me! Thanks!
For me the best push notification for twitter or facebook is using email like K-9 or maildroid... Seems so much faster..
I get notifications fine, but I am also seeing failed contact syncs for Twitter.

I was able to get notifications sometimes but I realized its quite random...
So this contact sync issue is common?

TweetDeck doesn't have push notifications from what I know. Its like an update interval is set and then say every 30 mins it refreshes and if there are mentions then it will ring.. its not instaneous at the point of mention..

I have been runing ICS for the past 2 days , original ROM non rooted and i have noticed a bug in the email app.
I have 2 accounts setup as exchange and push mail. for some reason it keeps changing back to update every 15min and sync 3 days only. I change it back to push mail and sync all mail, but after a couple hours I noticed i don't receive any mail, when i check back its on every 15min and sync only 3 days again
anyone else notice this ?
Yeah it's a known issue.
I got the same problem here. I had OTA the rom to ICS.
my work e-mail will sync fine on push mail. Only gmail accounts give these problems.
here is an topic about the same problem too.

I know it may or may not be the ideal solution, but when I had my HTC Desire it also had problems with exchange active sync, and like the Desire I have installed the AOSP ICS mail apk and so far push email has been working fine and sticking to the assigned settings regardless of reboots etc.

Could you please explain a bite what the AOSP ICS mail apk is? Maybe a printscreen of the AOSP ICS mail apk on your phone? Thank you
If you search for 'ICS email.apk' within XDA you will find it. It's simply the stock android email app from the AOSP or 'vanilla' ICS rom.

I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I have Facebook syncing with my contacts and i also have another app doing the same thing. When Facebook syncs to my contacts it has that the latest post was something a week ago while my other app is more up to date and it shows that there was something 2 days ago. Manually running a sync for Facebook does not update it.
Anyone else seen this or know how I can force update the posts. I have already tried removing my Facebook account completely and readding it but that did not work

don't know what to tell you other than Facebook sync has always been notoriously bad on every android phone I've ever owned.
