attn devs - give me your coffee links

Hey now.
So back in November I whipped up a simple page, dropped it on my server and bought a domain for it, blownfuze.org, and though it's still a single page with no pictures or advertisements, it's not so simple anymore. It's part guide part cab repository part entertainment and it's getting about five hundred unique IPs a day and climbing. But I wouldn't be getting those hits if it weren't for you developers.
Though I am not interested in donations or any other way to make money off of this site or just get enough scratch to have it pay for itself, and that is something I am confident that will remain the same even if I get very potentially lucrative traffic, I am interested, especially since I removed the password and said hello to google, in making absolutely certain that I am 1) not hosting warez, 2) not giving out free or shareware software against the authors' public instructions (unless I have permission), 3) that I cite at least the underdog developers' names and give thread links (IE touchresponse and lumos but not Google Maps) and now, and this is a new one, 4) that I give out "coffee" links to those developers who want them.
So I invite you to examine my site and look for something you or someone you know or respect designed or just passively peruse the thing and if you see anything that is in breach of 1, 2 and sort of 3 (3 is a bit of a gray area) and advise me either through pm or through the contact form at the bottom of the site if anything isn't kosher so that I can correct it.
For 4, the coffee links I want to put up, post them in this thread. Might as well make those public, right? You might get a donation from someone on this thread, you might get other guys like me out there to do what I'm trying to do. I could do that myself but it would take me many many hours, time I don't have. I should have done it from the start but it didn't occur to me and I didn't think I'd get enough traffic for it to matter.
Lastly if any of you developers see your work on my site, and if you made something badass it is either on my site or should be, and you're curious how many times it's been downloaded versus the rest of the traffic stats, I'll hook you up with that information. One of the perks of hosting this on my own machine.
I am grateful for your work, I truly am. All of you, even those of you whose applications I haven't put up [yet]. I've been having some fun with this thing; couldn't have done it without you.
Yours, Doug

Unsafe ROMS?

I've been playing around with all the 6.5 ROMS available on this forum (plus have been lurking for a while so felt like doing some contribution could be appreciated ).
My company is very stringent about enforcing Exchange ActiveSync policies, especially PIN CODE, timeout to lock and remote wipe.
I noticed that on the 230XX series (I have tested up to 23053) posted here, there are two different behaviors, one serie works with my Exchange Active Sync, one does not.
Since the PIN request and lock timeout work fine with them, I have to assume the remote wipe feature has somehow be disabled by this ROM.
I have been able to identify that a ROM will give me this problem even without connecting with my Exchange Server.
in 100% of the case, if I try to import a root certificate on a "hacked" ROM, it will be installed without any warning, just a "Certificate successfully installed, press OK" dialog.
Now, on a ROM that is not "hacked", when you try to import a root certificate, you are warned that this may be an unsafe operation and have actually to confirm.
This is very concerning to me, because the warning being removed means that any bad guy can leverage these ROM to deploy a rogue root certificate to your device and your device can start trusting wrong sites.
I do not intend this to be an exhaustive list, but as of my testing only the following two ROMs work correctly:
- NATF
- RRE
All the others do not. The source of the non-working ones is either the same, or these people have purposedly altered the ROM to change the security settings. But the result is the same, security altered ROMS.
If anyone could confirm they are experiencing the same, I would not feel alone on the planet
UM
I'd just like to reiterate that this is a development community- most of the cooked ROMS you've tried are experimental works in progress. We tend to take our experimenting a bit far here- but as none of our 'products' are really production tested, it's fairly safe to say that all of them are just a bit unsafe.
A stock ROM has the benefit of being tested in a production environment- and while performance on these ROMs may not be optimal, they are composed of a set recipe of components established between the OEM and Microsoft.
Many of our ROMs are conglomerations of various different components- so it's not exactly safe to say that any of them can be held completely accountable for device security- there may be plenty of exploits present behind the scenes that never have been exposed or rectified.
We're small-scale individual developers. Most, if not all of us, do this for fun. Many of our packages deliberately alter the way in which devices handle certificates and signing- because it allows us to expand the boundaries we develop within.
If you're looking for guaranteed security, your best bet is to stick with a completely stock device. If you choose to use another ROM, any insecurity is not on the developer, but you.
Very well said! On top most, actually all of the 6.5 based ROMs have a microsoft beta as a base. Though it may be a save bet that the latest built # may be the closest to the final release at Oct. 9 it's a common practice to reduce/alter some "security" settings an policies for an "easier" way to success. None of these facts is to blame on any ROM chef or developer or however you want to name these creative heads here.
Their work is just incredible and I bet that ms or HTC would be proud to have such guys on board.
Note:
I bet that some individuals of both companies keep a close eye on what's going on here.
Guys,
Don't get me wrong, I know what I'm doing when installing a beta that has been leaked.
First, it's illegal, we are stealing non published source code, infringing intellectual property and probably making ourselves guilty of too many felony counts to be able to get out of jail without a long white beard.
But, joke aside, this was not the point of my post and I am sorry if I didn't explain myself clearly.
There are 23053 builds that work well are 23053 that do not, as was the case with any previous build number and, consistantly, I have had two out of the pack working exactly as expected from a security perspective, and all of the rest not working as expected.
So, since I do not believe MS is deliberately compiling one tree of the code with embedded security and another without, it means that someone in the middle is affecting it.
That was my point.

Hummm...
Wrong approach fellow...
Wrong place, wrong time and wrong people.
Don't expect to be received with an open heart while commenting such things...
Imagine the following scenario:
A priest enters a strip bar and tells the owner of his concerns of moral ground, about the practices that take pace there... LOL
I may understand your point, definitely not your purpose.
If you are lucky enough not the get flamed, you will at least see some frown faces...
Leave it...
As someone suggested before, remember this is a development community...
If what you find doesn't suit your needs simply suggest changes or don't use it at all.
If you concluded, after experimenting, that the only functional ROMs are NATF and RRE ones, allow me the following suggestion:
Choose between 3 options:
1. Use a stock ROM so you don't «steal» form anyone and don't risk having to spend 5 days in a row shaving...
2. Use a NATF ROM
3. Use an RRE ROM
I believe i made my point as gently as I could...
If i may have hurt some feelings, i am deeply sorry for that.
Cheers
Well, 2 points in answer to your post where you obviously did not read mine:
1) Did you miss the sentence that starts with "Joke aside" ??
2) Don't care of being flamed, I provided evidence to people that want to make up their miind, they don't need you to tell them what is safe or not for them
Bottom line is:
- if you do not want to have a phone crashing on you, use a stock ROM (that's actually a good joke... Stock ROMs do not crash less than their beta counterpart).
- if you do not want your passwords, contacts or personal data to end up into some hackers site, be careful about what ROM you install

Dear UM,
I had a good laugh reading your last sentence LOL
I believe that wither you misunderstood me either I was not clear...
1. I am not accusing you of anything.
2. I read you whole message (points 1 and 2 included... They were there, weren't they...?)
3. I am not trying to demote you of you purposes... I was only trying to pass a message but given the fact the message wasn't delivered, I will try to rephrase...:
You are expressing both facts and opinions.
That is, indeed, you right given the fact we are in an open community and we, still, are in a free world (so to speak...).
I do not endorse or condemn none of your previous statements.
Knowing this community for quite some time and specially knowing it's member, active ones, passive ones, contributing ones, parasite ones, etc... I just know for sure that your comment in which you address people in such manner will have one of two possible outcomes:
1. Total ignorance
2. Flaming
Now, after this, do whatever you like Don't get me wrong and sorry if I made myself misunderstood
Nuff said.
Cheers.

HTC threatens handset hackers with legal action

MobileCrunch are reporting that HTC threatens handset hackers with legal action for distributing ROMs.
http://ongoingissues.wordpress.com/2010/06/17/htc-threatens-handset-hackers-with-legal-action/
maybe we, the community should build a list of user, a signature of opposing people to the closure of the site. stating that the use of the ROMs is for the purpose of cooking our own ROMs and increase the usability, performance, and desirability of the HTC handsets.
Maybe HTC need to be made aware of how much their customer base relys on ROMs for development of the HTC Handsets, and possibly go as far as to list who wouldn't buy a handset without access to other ROMs.
If Froyo doesn't come to the Desire, I WILL be installing a modified ROM regardless of HTCs feelings, and if this becomes impossible, I WILL be changing to a different brand and boycott HTC from then on. I feel very strongly about the users right to modify their phone in any way they see fit.
I dont even use the roms but i appreciate the work and effort put into them on the chance that i might use them. I also love HTC hardware because of the huge communities developed and bought my Touch Pro 2 based on the outside support that exists and if it were to get taken down by HTC i would second guess my next purchase of a Touch Pro 3 (i know it doesnt exist but something along the lines).
And as far as recommendations of hardware this site alone has swayed alot of coworkers into buying HTC hardware knowing they can tweak there purchase if the need arises.
As a matter of fact, I am now using the HTC support contact form to tell them how wrong they are in promoting this action.
The main reason because of which I didn't buy a iloserphone but chose a WM device is that I can play with it as much as I want.
In that letter it also specifically says "...or of all infringing works derived from the Intellectual Property", which means basically CUSTOM roms, the ones we're all using.
First comes shipped-roms.com, then will be the turn of XDA which hosts links to said custom roms and/or stock roms, same goes for htcpedia and everything else.
If they want to shut themselves down by making their users hate their devices, their choice, but probably we ought to let them know they're just being stupid.
Here's the message I sent them via their website, I encourage you to write them in the big numbers.
Hi.
I am the happy owner of a HD2, and I really am satisfied this device. One of the reasons I am satisfied is because of its hardware specs, the other maybe more important one is that I can actually change the way it works to perfectly suit my needs. Otherwise, I could very well dump it for an iphone.
Now, I know that the person reading this message will be a support employee, and by no means anyone who actually makes the decisions, yet I stringly encourage you to forward this mail to the upper levels.
I just learned that HTC sent a C&D letter to shipped-roms.com.
I know the legal mumbo-jumbo HTC is all about on that decision and I don't need any of that.
I also know another thing: excluding the people who buy your devices just because they were bundled with some dataplan by some carrier, and have no clue how to really use them other than as simple phones, there is a LARGE part of people, including myself, who buy your devices because they like the way they can be customized and how they can be made so much more powerful than what they came out of the store.
If you start acting against websites that allow us "power users" to get the most out of our phones, then it's like you're acting against your customers, and that is a very silly thing.
I can easily see how this kind of action could be taken further, against other leading community websites dedicated to your devices.
If and when you will do that, you will repay the dedication of your customers with legal threats, and you will instantly lose the interest in your products by the same people that now love them for the reasons I explained in this letter.
Please think carefully about it.

Thanks! I'm doing the same right now. Apple is not a loser in the game, they dont shut down websites of so-called "hackers" who tweak, crack and write programs which jailbreak their iPhone, and they could just do it, they have plenty of reason to do it BUT only one NOT to do it: $!
I told you, Apple is not so stupid... unlike HTC who shoots itself in the head!(hoping the damages will be soft?) Really silly...
Edit: here's mine:
It recently came to my knowledge that HTC sent a C&D letter to the website shipped-roms.com and if this is true, and you are serious about it, please do re-consider your decision. As a proud owner of an UNBRANDED HTC HD2, HTC BLACKSTONE AND HTC DIAMOND 2, I am asking you to not bother the core of your business: without the shipped roms and the subsequent custom roms from it, I, just like hundreds of thousands of HTC owners around the world (just look at the membership of various forums offering custom roms), would not have bought an HTC device. Why we did buy it was the possibility to modify it to fit our needs, this includes by the means of custom roms too, but not only. If you take this from us, you're left with the "carriers dependant" customers who are, by far, the minority of your customers. If you're serious in taking down websites that make us buy your devices, you will have to face the consequences because without shipped rom, we will just jump ship! As you already know, the competition is tough so you better think this legal action twice if you don't want the value of your shares to melt like snow at the beginning of spring.
I have no words about what HTC is doing. I totally agree with ephestione, and if xda-developers did not exist (or any other similar forum), I would not have an WM Smartphone, as the stock ROMs are normally slow, many times out dated, and not suited for my needs.
I hope that HTC understands that sites like these are the BEST PUBLICITY that they can get fro their devices. You have people working for FREE to make the device better, what else can they ask for?
Instead of promoting, cooperating with the main chefs, and using it to their advantage, they prefer to drag them to the court, and shut them down!!!!
They already void your guarantee when you flash a custom ROM, so I can't see how initiatives like this can cost them more money.
I hope they realize that soon, and save their faces by gracefully changing their position.
I do not say, approve, but at least look the other way
I hope more people will join this cause.
Android is opensource so remove all htc apps in ROM and host htc apps @ mediafire
I Support you if its possible. How about a open letter to htc in Taiwan? I can write a letter as PDF and share it here.
Maybe we should download all of those ROMS an reupload the on a sharehoster only to start a thread with the collection of links over here? Or Maybe a thread in every Device-specific forum?
Thoughts? Want to participate?
How dumb are HTC?
It is the ability to use cooked roms that has helped me tolerate the flaws in WM over the years.
Without the offending roms I would have stopped buying HTC phones years ago. IMHO they should be encouraging the chefs.
They've gone all APPLE!!!
If they persist with this I might as well buy an i-prat and just jailbreak it.
Although slightly off topic I see the WM7 wont allow Sense etc, will HTC still be on their hobby horse. (from what I have read elsewhere it was people messing with sense that p1$$ed them off).
Can some one Post the E-Mail Address /Contact to take my part (and hopefully others) in this ridicules process?
I want to tell them how stupid that is...
Maybe I should switch over to IPhone... if you can't customize it at least works better out of the box!

No cooks, no buy
I wouldn't have bought my HTC Rhodium if there weren't custom ROMs available for it. None of the stock HTC ROMs are any good compared to custom ROMs. HTC should thank the chefs for taking their half finished ROMs and making them usable, because it's the chefs who are helping HTC to sell more phones.
That's one hell of a shot in the foot you've got there...
[RANT] This has to be without doubt one of the daftest actions HTC have ever taken against anyone...
"Hello loyal customers....... We'd like you to go to jail please! "
I heartly agree with everyone on here so far, the main reason I bought my HD2 was because of the custom ROMs on here. (Infact it got reflashed before I even put the SIM in! )
I steer clear of everything Apple because I like to be able to customise what I want, how I want. If HTC are getting all edgy because they're promoting diversity, then they should jump in the iBandwagon and I'll go back to using my Nokia.
I can say with 100% truth, if it wasn't for XDA-Dev's I wouldn't have had 6 HTC's by now. [/RANT]
Dear HTC, as a legal and loyal owner of multiple HTC devices (Vodafone magic x2, Telstra desire, Telstra hd2 and Vodafone legend) I am entitled to download any updates for these devices. As such I would like shipped-roms.com to maintain my copy for safe keeping. Seeing as you do not maintain a public copy of historical roms for unsupported devices I believe this is a suitable compromise. Also this way there is no cost to your company.
If wish to continue on this misguided attack I will dispose of these devices, buy a competitors product and never buy or recommend your product to anyone.
Yours Sincerely,
JJ
They have a forum too
HTC's official site has a forum too.
http://community.htc.com/na/htc-forums/f/87.aspx
Check the forum before posting, make sure you pick the right place for your country or maybe we can all post in the same forum. Also, if we do let's just keep a single thread over at their forums. No sense in flooding them, that will just get the threads deleted.
I hope HTC has more sense(pun intended) than to lose distinction between piracy and a huge group of fans that can only benefit them.
I am on my 5th WM HTC device and it is basically because of you guys that I have kept on going with them. I can't imagine having all this fun tweaking, prodding, and modifying any other phones.
Android should be safe... but...
This really does suck. From my understanding and previous history with scrappy unsupported phones from other OEMs, even if I did stick to WM, I would have gone out of my way to get an HTC phone, because of this site and the work that gets done here.
Fortunately, I went with a Nexus One running android so aside from the appropriated Desire keyboard, there really isn't anything that's HTC specific app wise. Also tack on the fact that Android is covered by GPL if I'm not mistaken so that should shield at least the Android development hacks. But who knows really. It could also be a licensing issue with WM specifically that may have triggered this. WM licensing is something truly weird as none of it is really visible to the end user and is usually agreed upon between OEM and carrier.
I just hope this doesn't spread to here. XDA is the central hub of making smartphones actually smart.

[Q] How do i make a rom

i am sick of the mt4gs olny having a handful of rom
i really want to contribute to this deving community and i dont know anything about the codes or stuff but if i know ill probably like deving so can anybody tell me where to start deving blue6x ( sorry if i misspeled that i meant no disrespect ) but do you have any tips for me i really want to dev.
My suggestion is to start with a port. Look for the htc kitchen here on xda. Thats how I started. Did a port of the Salsa for the myTouch 3G Slide. I got some great help from others in the 3G Slide dev section (especially Nbetcher he Rocks).

Seen this post in my latest feed, was wondering if the htc kitchen works for the thunderbolt as well. A lot of the devs for thunderbolt jumped ship when the newer phones came out.
I am pretty sure it is supported. Before he stopped developing it he was adding HTC phones regularly and added a few non htc ones. It's a great program and I learned a lot about linux from using it. It is a powerful and simple program.
Edit: looks like he did a small update to be compatable with ics.
Here's the thread.

Not too long ago someone asked me the same question. It was an in-person thing, not over the net, and it is really a hard question to answer. Though yours poses a slight bit more information as regards to the how. Try this analogy:
Q - What's it take to make a new car?
In that respect, why don't you like the car you have?
- Not enough horsepower? Color bothering you?
- Maybe the interior is a little beat up. Could you use some more room in the trunk maybe?
Navigation system would be cool too.
...
Just like deciding if you don't like your car, what don't you like about your ROM now?
- Are you looking for an overclock kernel? Do you want to mess with themes maybe?
- Wanna edit Rosie or change something in Sense? Get rid of some apps to make room for...what?
-In my case I took on GPS, why I mentioned that.
----
You should have some kind of idea what you want out of a ROM. Even if you're just tinkering with it to see what happens, sooner or later you will want to change specific things.
Get used to managing the flow of information. That's probably the best advice I could give anyone. Time is your competition, and you are competing against yourself.
To me, it seems, you have a finite amount of time to invest in the endeavor - nowhere is it more apparent to me then right now when I have a lot of other things making demands on my time. Depending on how much time you have, decides what you can do.
Time management is your most valuable skill at your disposal. Forget anything about languages, coding, graphics or any of that stuff. You won't get to any of it if you waste all the dev time you have trying to figure out or attempt to do everything at once.
This being the root of all you build on, the more efficiently you manage your time and projects, the more you can accomplish per time invested, maximizing the range of projects you can tackle.
Too, as you learn more skills it increases the range of what you can try to do. But the foundation of that is taking the time to search for information on how to do things. Knowing even rudimentary search techniques becomes a huge asset when trying to find guides, tutorials, manuals and documentation.
If you want to work on the device, then you should at a minimum have read the user manual cover to cover more then once, reviewed the HTC and T-Mobile web pages for it and read through them.
Don't forget to stop by Qualcomm's web page and read up on the processor.

Right behind Time Management, information is your next greatest asset. The reason you always strive to maximize your efficiency in gathering and learning from information is to build your skillset and be able to tackle more complex operations.
Resource management is one of the ways you save yourself a lot of time. Naming conventions and structures are important to designate what file belongs where. Don't just make generic names for things, give everything you are doing a label.
Versioning is extremely important. You need to keep track of what files belong to what versions. It is so easy to get things mixed up, lost or what have you.
Optical media will save you a whole lot of time. If you save something to a disk, finalized...none of that multi-session, then you have a static copy of something according to how you made it. It hasn't been changed, altered or anything - you always have a clean source.
That doesn't mean don't keep things on dynamic media, portable hard drives, flash drives, partitions of your internal hard drive structure...these are all good locations for backups and duplicates. The optical media you know is pure.
Depending on what kind of prior computer skills and habits you have before you start will set your base level of efficiency. As we've seen efficiency equates directly into all forward progress, this whole subsection applies to you. The message?
Take some time to learn how to learn before you start.
Before you even start to work, concentrate on setting up your work environment. Think about how you will name stuff, and how you will keep track of it.
Check out this portable program for the computer
That program will let you keep track of things by setting up notes in a directory tree, so this would be a good thing to use to test out file structure, how you expect folders to develop as you envision the project and so on.
This is a tedious task at first, because you don't know how the project will develop, but just making the attempt every time makes it a part of your process. As you take on bigger and bigger projects, it makes you stop and give yourself an overview before you start.
Get a dry erase board. You'll thank me later. I have a 4x8 sheet of plywood next to my desk with sticky-mount dry-erase on it and a handful of markers on my desk. I also have a small 9" x 11" one I drilled 3 holes in to fit in a 3 ring binder.
The binder has folders with printouts and handwritten notes on my projects. Whenever possible I try to write my code outside, usually sitting in or under a tree. No computers, no anything but peace, quiet a notebook an a pen. A memory exercise to force me to recall it from my mind and not google.
I learned that writing web pages a long time ago. Just go sit somewhere quiet and write out your HTML code in a notebook. This is probably where everyone should start if they want to learn code. It's probably the simplest, most forgiving language to familiarize yourself with the higher programming languages. Try to learn a few after learning HTML first.
If you want to get into graphics, while you're learning HTML is a great time to do so. You can start messing with images and learning how to use graphics programs at the most basic of levels to start small. There are a lot of options in things like photoshop and gimp, so knowing what they do doesn't all come at once.
...and then we're back to time management again. By piggybacking the skills, we are learning the very basic structure of what some of the code we'll come across later looks like while simultaneously introducing ourselves slowly to complicated graphics software.
From here, if you get into graphics, or if you skipped the HTML part because coding doesn't interest you - learn about icons.
What else do you know about computers? The first real problem I tackled once we got root was to dive into GPS issues. I needed the GPS to replace the standalone gps unit I used to have, and out of the box it was just not sufficient.
In the beginning don't be in a hurry. Rushing gets you nowhere but tired. Take your time and learn good habits, however much longer you think it's taking in the beginning.
Development at it's core is doing something new or more efficiently, really. To do either you have to know what is, so you'll be spending a lot of time learning what the android SDK is and how to use it. Definitely read as much literature as you can from Google's site. Again, though, back to information being your friend.
But above all, enjoy yourself. It's fun, exciting learning new things, and there's no reason why anything can't be done that's a reasonable expectation of performance - it's just a matter of making it happen. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it.
You left a really open ended question, and I sense the excitement behind it - ( believe me I know ) - figured some theory would be helpful in guiding that.
Edit:
This thread: Windows XP - Fresh Dev Computer setup is one i'm putting together to show one way to set up a windows environment. I have some links to tools in there, and i'll be adding more as soon as I get the time to straighten it out. It's a WIP right now, but I just have to find the time to type it out.
It might be helpful in getting started, and i'm sure you could find some linux guides floating around XDA if that's your preference

Set My Firmware Free!! Can we try to set a legal precedent for Abandoned Hardware??

Please take a moment to sign a worthy petition aimed at Kobo and Nvidia:
~~SEE BELOW~~ *Unfortunately, being new to this forum, I cant post links or images for a while* (sigh)
So I'd ask you to go to CHANGE`ORG and search on NVFlash . It'll be on your page in 243 mS!
Thinking GREEN these days??? Here is a really pertinent issue... thousands of perfectly good and very recent high-tech devices will be in the LANDFILL very soon, if the maker won't release some firmware files so that a few civic minded people can re-compile and freely distribute the (open-source!!) operating system the device SHIPPED WITH to a current version that isn't full of security bugs, and rapidly making apps OBSOLETE. As in "sorry, can't install this app, your version of OS is too old..."
Kobo 10 HD is not a throwaway bit of tablet hardware... it has a Quadcore CPU, 2 gigs of RAM, wifi, miracast, and a beautiful ten inch screen with 2500+ horizontal resolution.
I have one myself, and have given away another two as Christmas gifts.
"There ought to be a law" protecting landfills from this kind of stuff. And protecting the rights of consumers, who paid a lot of money for these items that the manufacturers have quickly ABANDONED.
I can't imagine how much "Carbon" was spent in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of these devices - which if the firmware was opened up to the public, could easily have a useful lifespan of another ten to twenty YEARS.
How many cheap "disposa-tablets" will people have to burn through in twenty years? How much bigger the waste of everyone's resources ( not to mention landfills)... This one is an excellent example of modern WASTE at its most un-necessary!
Should be made a test case, and eventually set a real LEGAL PRECEDENT for thousands of others...
The Change`Org petition reads:
Petitioning Kobo and 1 other
Release NVFlash & APX files for Arc 10HD so the community can build new Android Images
James S Ibrahim Netherlands
Many people (currently XDA) have their Kobo Arc 7, Arc 10HD and they want some bugs to be solved, such as:
- Bluetooth connection interruption
- Wifi connection disconnection
- New Android version, to be upgraded to at least 5.0
This petition will be delivered to:
Kobo
Nvidia

PS: if anyone with more forum experience ( 'can post links') could kindly post the link, I would appreciate it. Trying hard to make this petition go VIRAL, so the easier it is for people to sign, the better...
