I have bveen all over this site and the internet trying to install android on my htc hd2 its been helll i cant find anything needed other than a dual boot program that allows me to choose android or windows but I have no android program someone please helpme thank you

So for starters, you should visit this section where there are all the guides that walk you through how to flash android .
Also there are 2 ways to run android on the HD2 i.e
1) run it on your SD card - this allows you to run windows then boot android on top of windows (personally i'm not a fan of this, but there are reasons why one may like this approach)
2)Nand - This allows you to boot your HD2 as an android phone
There will be a lot of reading for you to do, and always search the forum and you will find tons of answers.

As far as I know this is not possible yet. There has been some work on trying to get droid to run on some devices but nothing solid yet.

Buy a cheap droid, and stick it with a glue to the back of your HTC phone, and you'll have dual boot
Just kidding, no offence. As Laquox said, it's not possible to do it for now.
buy HTC HD2 and you can have WP7 and Android on dualboot

Rom Version:c03.21.14 RUS
System : windows mobile 6.5
Language : Russian
The problem Is
I installed (language support app) to change the system language
and after installation the phone restarted and freezed in windows mobile logo
and i make a HARDRESET and got nothing
so i searched in the web for the english firmware and i got nothing
I Cant Use My Phone
What Can I Do ?
I need any help small or big,any thing.

Hope there is some kind of recovery option, like hold the up vol and turn on.
Then a restore to factory option. Use google translator.
