Need a tutorial on how to do a sys dump, possibly help another member with it, he has a demo htc ace and wants to dump the system build before he returns it tomorrow!!!!!!

i would put it in bootloader and reflash it with a rom
but flame not being a htc device i have no idea how you do that

New to xda forums.. my HTC HD2 just came in and I have been researching how to put android 2.2 on it for a few days now.. I just need a foolproof way to do this is my radio is compatible and if there are gonna be any flaws once i do it. please and thanks.
I have bveen all over this site and the internet trying to install android on my htc hd2 its been helll i cant find anything needed other than a dual boot program that allows me to choose android or windows but I have no android program someone please helpme thank you
